Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Flach-Metall mit einer Dicke von 20µm bis 400µm, mit mindestens zwei Walzen (2, 3), die im wesentlichen parallel zueinander verlaufen und deren Drehachsen (4) in einer Ebene (5) liegen, die in etwa senkrecht zur Schwerkraft-Wirkungsrichtung (7) verläuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Einrichtung (11) vorgesehen ist, die das Metall (10) frei von Zugspannungen zwischen die Walzen (2, 3) einspeist, und mindestens eine Einrichtung (12) vorgesehen ist, die das Metall (10 ) frei von Zugspannungen aus den Walzen (2, 3) entnimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand der Walzen (21) voneinander verstellbar ist, insbesondere durch Verfahren mindestens einer der Walzen (2), insbesondere über Präzisionsvorschub.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei Walzen (2, 3) mit einem Antriebs-Drehmoment beaufschlagbar sind, insbesondere unabhängig von einer. Drehmoment-Übertragung zwischen den Walzen über deren Oberflächen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine der Walzen (3) nicht verstellbar ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Flach-Metall mit einer Dicke von 20µm bis 400µm, bei dem das Metall im wesentlichen parallel zur Schwerkraft-Wirkungsrichtung (7) zwischen zwei Walzen gewalzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Metall (10) frei von Zugspannungen zwischen die Walzen (2, 3) eingespeist und frei von Zugspannungen aus den Walzen (2, 3) entnommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Metall (10) durch die Fertigungsvorrichtung hindurch transportiert wird.
