Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif (1) pour produire du métal plat. Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif de production de métal plat d'une épaisseur comprise entre 20 µm et 400 µm, comprenant au moins deux cylindres (2, 3) qui s'étendent de manière essentiellement parallèle l'un à l'autre et dont les axes de rotation (4) sont situés dans un plan (5) lequel s'étend de manière sensiblement perpendiculaire au sens d'action de la gravité (7), caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu au moins un dispositif (11), qui amène le métal (10) sans contraintes de traction entre les cylindres (2, 3), et au moins un dispositif (12) qui retire le métal (10) sans contraintes de traction entre les cylindres (2, 3).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'écartement entre les cylindres (21) est réglable, notamment par déplacement d'au moins l'un des cylindres (2), en particulier par avance de précision.
  3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux cylindres (2, 3) peuvent se voir appliquer un couple d'entraínement, en particulier indépendamment d'une transmission de couple entre les cylindres par l'intermédiaire de leurs surfaces.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en que l'un des cylindres (3) n'est pas réglable.
  5. Procédé de production de métal plat d'une épaisseur comprise entre 20 µm à 400 µm, dans lequel le métal est laminé essentiellement parallèlement au sens d'action de la gravité (7) entre deux cylindres, caractérisé en ce que le métal (10) est amené sans contraintes de traction entre les cylindres (2, 3) et retiré sans contraintes de traction entre les cylindres (2, 3).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le métal (10) est transporté à travers le dispositif de production.
