Claims (9)
- Kunststoff-Fenster mit einer außen aufgesetzten Aluminiumschale, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ohne rückwärts überstehende Versteifungs- und Befestigungsstege ausgebildete Aluminiumschale (3, 4) mit einer formstabilen Kunststoffschaum-Auskleidung (5, 6) ausgefüllt ist, in die vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff bestehende Befestigungsschienen (7, 8) zur Aufnahme von Haltern (17, 19) am Kunststoff-Fensterrahmen eingebettet sind, an denen die Innenfläche der Kunststoffschaum-Auskleidung (5, 6) zumindest teilweise überdeckende Abdeckschenkel (9, 10, 9', 10'), angeformt sind.
- Kunststoff-Fenster nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckschenkel (9, 10, 9', 10') die freie Innenfläche der Kunststoffschaum-Auskleidung (5, 6) vollständig überdeckend mit der Aluminiumschale (3, 4) verrastet sind und der Zwischenraum ausgeschäumt ist.
- Kunststoff-Fenster nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aluminiumschale (3, 4) und die die Abdeckschenkel (9, 10, 9', 10') umfassende Auskleidungs-Abdeckschale (11, 12) im Wesentlichen L-förmige Profile sind, die gemeinsam ein Rechteckhohlprofil bilden.
- Kunststoff-Fenster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Aluminiumschale (3, 4) und/oder den Befestigungsschienen (7, 8) mit den Abdeckschenkeln (9, 10, 9', 10') im Wesentlichen T-förmige Verankerungsstege (22, 23) angeformt sind.
- Kunststoff-Fenster nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Verrastbereich der Aluminiumschale (3, 4) mit der Auskleidungs-Abdeckschale (11, 12) C-förmige Dichtungsaufnahmen (13, 14) vorgesehen sind.
- Kunststoff-Fenster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halter, insbesondere am Blendrahmen (1), T-förmig ausgebildete, am Kunststoffrahmen angeschraubte Halteklötze (17) sind.
- Kunststoff-Fenster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halter - insbesondere für die Verkleidung der Fensterrahmen (2) - T-förmige am Fensterrahmen angeformte Befestigungsstege (19) sind.
- Kunststoff-Fenster nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsstege (19) zwei beabstandete Hakenstege (18) umfassen.
- Kunststoff-Fenster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nach oben über das Fensterrahmen-Profil (2) überstehende ausgeschäumte Aluminiumschale (4) den Anschlagsteg für die Verglasung (20) bildet.
