Claims (33)

  1.   2. Dispositif à projection selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'assemblage à élément à bielle (14 ; 54) est un élément d'assemblage à goujon de verrouillage à bielle.
  3. Dispositif à projection selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'assemblage (14 ; 54) est un élément d'accrochage à goujon de verrouillage.
  4. Dispositif à projection selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture et la fermeture de l'élément d'assemblage (14 ; 54) dépend du compas à projection (13 ; 53).
  5. Dispositif à projection selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement du compas à projection (13 ; 53) s'effectue dans le sens longitudinal (15 ; 66, 67) de la pièce de base (11).
  6. Dispositif à projection selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de base (11) présente au moins une fente oblongue (16) dans laquelle au moins un boulon du compas (17) est logé de manière déplaçable dans le sens longitudinal pour le déplacement du compas.
  7. Dispositif à projection selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément élastique (55) peut être précontraint au moyen d'un mouvement de déplacement par rapport à la pièce de base (11) dans le sens longitudinal (15) du compas à projection (13) se trouvant en position fermée du compas.
  8. Dispositif à projection selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément élastique (55) présente un bras ressort (56) qui sert à la précontrainte du dispositif à projection et qui peut être mis en contact d'appui avec un goujon (59) de la pièce de base (11) lorsque le compas à projection (13) se trouve en position fermée.
  9. Dispositif à projection selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le crochet d'arrêt (18 ; 48) présente une contre-dépouille (21 ; 52) pouvant être mise en contact fonctionnel avec l'élément à bielle (51).
  10. Dispositif à projection selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de l'élément d'assemblage (14) dans une position d'ouverture ou une position fermée est commandé au moyen d'un contact d'appui entre une partie de l'élément d'assemblage (14), en particulier une saillie (22) d'élément d'assemblage, et une arrête de butée (23).
  11. Dispositif à projection selon la revendication (10), caractérisé en ce que l'arête de butée (23) fait partie du compas à projection (13), en particulier d'une saillie (24) d'un élément de butée (25) du compas à projection (13).
  12. Dispositif à projection selon la revendication (11), caractérisé en ce que l'élément de butée (25) présente une fente oblongue (26) évoluant en travers du sens (15) de déplacement du compas, ladite fente oblongue se trouvant en contact fonctionnel avec un boulon de commande (27) de la pièce de base (11) de telle manière que l'élément de butée (25) peut être pivoté dans une position de service ouvrant l'organe d'assemblage (14) lors d'un déplacement de compas s'effectuant en position fermée du compas.
  13. Dispositif à projection selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le compas à projection (13) présente un bras de projection (28) qui est logé de manière déplaçable dans le sens longitudinal au moyen d'un premier boulon de compas (29) dans une première fente oblongue (30) de la pièce de base (11) et de manière pivotante autour de l'axe du boulon de compas, et présente un bras de retenue (31) qui est logé de manière déplaçable au moyen d'un deuxième boulon de compas (32) dans une fente de guidage (33) de la pièce de base (11), la fente de guidage (33) présentant une fente oblongue rectiligne (34) en vue du déplacement du compas et une fente en arc de cercle (35) en vue d'un pivotement du bras de projection.
  14. Dispositif à projection selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le bras de retenue (31) est logé dans une deuxième fente oblongue (37) au moyen d'un troisième boulon de compas (36) au niveau de la pièce de base (11), le troisième boulon de compas (36) servant en outre au logement pivotant à déplacement longitudinal de l'élément de butée (25) et étant situé entre le deuxième boulon de compas (32) et le premier boulon de compas (29).
  15. Dispositif à projection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que le bras de retenue (31) est en liaison fonctionnelle pivotante avec un bras support (38) qui est logé de manière pivotante et déplaçable dans le sens longitudinal dans la première fente oblongue (30) de la pièce de base (11).
  16. Dispositif à projection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le bras de projection (28) présente une fente de retenue (40) ouverte à une extrémité (39) dans laquelle entre, de manière déplaçable dans le sens longitudinal, un boulon de retenue (41) de la pièce de base (11) en position fermée du compas à projection (13).
  17. Dispositif à projection selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que la fente de retenue (40) présente une zone de transition en courbe (42) et une zone de déplacement longitudinal rectiligne (43).
  18. Dispositif à projection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 17, caractérisé en ce que le compas à projection (13) présente un élément de raccordement (44) logé, de manière déplaçable dans le sens longitudinal, dans la première fente oblongue (30) en vue d'établir une liaison fonctionnelle avec le dispositif d'entraînement motorisé (12).
  19. Dispositif à projection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 18, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de raccordement (44) est un boulon de raccordement faisant saillie de la première fente oblongue (30) et qui sert en outre au logement pivotant à déplacement longitudinal du bras support (38) dans la première fente oblongue (30).
  20. Dispositif à projection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 19, caractérisé en ce que le bras de projection (28) présente une butée position fermée (45) pour l'organe d'assemblage (14).
  21. Dispositif à projection selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément élastique (19) est un ressort à branches.

Dispositif à projection selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le goujon de verrouillage à bielle (51) du dispositif de verrouillage (69) peut être déplacé depuis une position de déverrouillage dans une position de verrouillage, ou inversement, au moyen d'un moteur de commande (46) du dispositif d'entraînement (12) en liaison fonctionnelle avec le compas à projection (13) lorsque le compas à projection (13 ;53) se trouve en position fermée.

  28. Équipement de fenêtre selon la revendication 27, caractérisé par un dispositif à projection destiné à l'appui lors du pivotement et/ou du basculement manuel du vantail (72).

Équipement de fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 27 à 28, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'assemblage (14 ; 54) fait partie d'un bras de projection (28 ; 58) et est assemblé de manière amovible avec un élément à bielle (51) lors du verrouillage et déverrouillage motorisé ainsi que lors du basculement, le système d'assemblage présentant au moins une butée de verrouillage et déverrouillage (74).

Procédé de basculement motorisé et manuel d'un vantail d'une fenêtre, d'une porte ou d'un élément similaire, présentant un dispositif à projection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 26, caractérisé en ce que lors du basculement motorisé, le vantail (72) est maintenu au niveau du élément à bielle (51), en particulier du goujon de verrouillage à bielle, et en ce que ledit maintien est annulé de manière automatisée pour un basculement manuel du vantail (72) au moyen du dispositif d'entraînement (12).
  33. Procédé selon la revendication 32, caractérisé en ce que la génération et l'annulation de la liaison de maintien entre le compas à projection (13) et l'élément à bielle (51) s'effectuent de manière automatisée au moyen d'un mouvement renversant du compas à projection (13).
