Definitions

  • the invention relates to a motor scissor assembly.
  • Such scissor assemblies have a Ausstellschere for the operation of wings, especially skylight wings that need to be operated at not easily accessible places, so must be opened and closed.
  • Such multi-link scissors usually have three pivot points, one of the main scissor arm, one of a control arm and a Ausstellgliedes, wherein one of the points is displaced by a control rod in the longitudinal direction and adjust the other joints and the scissor arms in accordance with this movement.
  • the DE-A 196 13 152 (Beikirch ) shows a ventilation window, which is driven by a motor and a spindle rod.
  • a traveling nut moves on a spindle rod and releases via a driver (there 30) a rod coupled thereto (there 32) and this a claw-shaped pawl (there 31), which engages in the closed position on a pin of the wing, see , there Figures 3b, 3a.
  • the shears of the local fitting are indirectly actuated by the Ausstellterrorism the wing, but not directly.
  • the traveling nut directly actuates the driver, which slightly drops before opening the window, via the articulated rod, there 32, the latch raises and releases the wing to the opening, see.
  • US-A 5,226,256 such as DE 199 38 253 (Winkhaus ) show a tilting device for a turn-tilt wing, wherein a single electric motor drive alternately actuates a tilting device and a locking device.
  • two nuts are provided on the threaded spindle, cf. there column 5, lines 45 to 55.
  • the US-A 5,535,551 shows a cross-shaped extension arm for an electrically operated Ausstellinraum for a wing.
  • Two separate spindle rods, there 21, 22, are provided with opposing threads in order to achieve the raising movement of the X-arms, see. there FIG. 2 to FIG. 1 ,
  • the scissor assembly in this case has a locking arrangement (as engagement arrangement) so that it is arranged in the course of the housing length, exiting the housing and is shaped so that it can engage in the rebate (feature (a)).
  • the scissor assembly which is held and stored in the housing is laterally, in particular above the wing at a distance from the rebate arranged that the locking arrangement is able to engage in the rebate between the frame and sash with her arm and thereby detect a control pin in their longitudinal movement and can operate in the longitudinal direction.
  • the pin When opening the wing, the pin is first actuated by the arrangement by the motor actuation of the scissors in the initial Leerhubweg to then release the pin during the deployment movement of the wing. During the closing movement, this process is reversed. First, the pin is taken when closing and then in the course of Leerhubweges (the scissors) in the longitudinal direction of the locking (on the wing) moved.
  • the locking or additional locking is achieved via the actuating or locking linkage (also called locking linkage), where usually provided pins engage in closing pockets on the frame at a locking position.
  • actuating or locking linkage also called locking linkage
  • a first locking can be achieved by the scissor assembly itself, which presses with its pulling force the wing to the frame. Usually, however, this initial locking is not sufficient in terms of the required closing force or the uniformity along the length of the operated wing, so that an additional locking on the locking linkage and distributed along the wing length arranged locking pin helps.
  • the locking linkage can also extend around the corner of the wing, so that closure pins can also be provided in the vertical rebate chambers, actuated by the scissors arrangement via the described engagement arrangement, starting from the housing bottom, feature (b), via the locking linkage become.
  • the engine and the Anlenkböcke the articulation points of at least one Ausstellschere and a spindle rod are arranged in a common housing.
  • the housing In the course of the spindle rod, the housing is continuous, so requires no coupling pieces and is therefore easy to assemble.
  • the mounting on the frame is done by fixing the housing with the motor and the scissors at the same time, with a few simple steps and a few screws the exact placement and good alignment of the housing held in the shears is possible.
  • a compensating device which allows a rotational movement of the traveling nut driving the scissors, without the described additional locking in their position perpendicular to the frame to change.
  • the operation of the scissors assembly is carried out via the traveling nut, wherein the same traveling nut is coupled via a (circumferentially) loose coupling with the latching arrangement engaging from the housing (claim 1).
  • the coupling takes place via a sliding member, which is guided at the bottom of the housing.
  • the sliding member may be configured roof-shaped (claim 8), wherein it engages in a chord-shaped recess of the traveling nut.
  • the wedge-shaped surfaces are either left or right in the end position near the flat bottom and can by their wedge slopes (which are flat) define the maximum Auslenkhub (the rotational position limit angle) of the traveling nut.
  • the engagement arrangement on the slider member may have an angular shape in order to improve the engagement in the rebate space between the flap of the wing and the frame on which the scissor assembly is fixed (claim 7).
  • a central drive is provided (single-window solution).
  • a long spindle rod is the coupling element of the scissors.
  • the intermediate tube does not rotate with the longitudinal movement, but couples the pushing movement to the next - and also further - scissors (s).
  • two or more (spaced) individual shears may be sequentially coupled to a pipe (a profile), the drive being located only in a pair of shears (multi-window solution).
