Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum durchströmenden, kontinuierlichen Behandeln von ggf. bahnförmigem Textilgut, Vlies, Tissue oder Papier mit einem gasförmigen in der Vorrichtung umgewälzten Behandlungsmittel, mit einer unter Saugzug stehenden, stirnseitig Böden (11, 12) aufweisenden durchlässigen Trommel (5) als Transportelement, wozu zwischen den Böden (11, 12) der Trommel (5) sich das mit den Böden (11, 12) fest verbundene Trommelmantelblech erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trommelmantelblech (15) im wesentlichen über seinen gesamten Umfang gleichmäßig fest, jedoch lösbar mit dem zugeordneten Boden (11, 12) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Befestigung des Trommelmantelblechs (15) mit dem zugeordneten Boden (11, 12) eine kreisförmige Klemmverbindung (17 - 22) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der zur Trommelmitte weisenden Seite in den Boden (12) in radialer Höhe des dort zu befestigenden Trommelmantelblechs (15) eine Ringnut (17) eingebracht ist, in der das Trommelmantelblech (15) rund um die Trommel (5) fest verklemmt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kreisrunde Klemmnut (17) in Richtung der Trommelmitte zur Bildung von zwei Klemmbacken (19, 21) konisch verengt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ringförmige Klemmnut (17) nur eine konisch sich verengende Klemmbacke (21) aufweist, und zwar bei radial außen angeordnetem Trommelmantelblech (15) die radial innere Klemmbacke (20; 21).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ringförmige Klemmnut (17) eine axial in Richtung des Trommelmantelblechs ausgerichtete Klemmbacke (18; 19) aufweist zur ungebogenen Anlage des Randstreifens des Trommelmantelblechs (15).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Trommelmantelblech (15) und der konisch ausgebildeten Klemmbacke (20) ein ringförmiges Klemmelement (22) angeordnet ist, dessen konisch ausgerichtete Seitenwange der Neigung der Klemmbacke (20; 21) der Klemmnut (17) angepasst ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ringförmige Klemmelement (22) in seiner radialen Dimension der Höhe der Klemmnut (17) abzüglich der Materialdicke des Trommelmantelbleches (15) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ringförmige Klemmelement (22) mit mehreren Schrauben (23) an dem zugeordneten Boden (11, 12) von außen gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweiligen axial ausgerichteten Randabschnitte des Trommelmantelblechs zwischen der Klemmbacke (18; 19) der Klemmnut (17) und der Seitenwange des Klemmelementes (22) vollflächig gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 - 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ringförmige Klemmelement aus einzelnen Kreissegmenten (22) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 - 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ringförmige Klemmelement aus einem vollständigen kreisförmigen Ring hergestellt, zur Montage jedoch mehrfach über den Umfang lediglich getrennt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ringförmige Klemmnut (17) in dem jeweiligen Boden (12) von einer radial inneren (20) und einer äußeren Wange (18) begrenzt ist und in der radialen Höhe der äußeren Wange (18) auf dem Trommelmantelblech (15) Luftverteileiemente (24) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Trommelmantelblech (15) U-förmige Profile (24) mit Abstand zueinander aufgebracht sind, deren Stege von einem siebförmigen Belag (9) radial außen zur Ablage der bahnförmigen Güter abgedeckt sind.
