Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Trocknen von durchlässigen Warenbahnen insbesondere Textilgütern wie Gewebe, Gewirke, Tissue, Vliese od. dgl. mit einem Gehäuse, in dem wenigstens eine drehbar gelagerte Siebtrommel an- und dieser eine Pumpeneinrichtung wie Ventilator stirnseitig zugeordnet ist, die das gasförmige Trocknungsmedium aus dem Inneren der Siebtrommel absaugt und außerhalb der Siebtrommel wieder zuführt, wobei der Siebtrommel außerhalb eine ortsfeste mit einer Perforation versehene Siebdecke oder ein feststehender zylinderförmiger, siebförmiger Körper zur Strömungsvergleichmäßigung des anströmenden Trocknungsmediums zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die feststehende Siebdecke (10, 10') über ihre Länge im Gehäuse (1, 13), also in Transportrichtung des Textilgutes (17) gesehen mit einer fortschreitend mehr offene Flächen/Flächeneinheit enthaltenen Perforation (18) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Perforationslöcher (18) über die Fläche der Siebdecke (10, 10') einen gleichbleibenden Durchmesser aufweisen, jedoch der Abstand (Feld 1 - 6) der Löcher fortschreitend vom Eingangsbereich bis zum Austritt des Trockners kleiner wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reihen (Feld 1 - 6) der mit gleichbleibendem Abstand nebeneinander angeordneten Perforationslöcher (18) fortschreitend vom Eingangsbereich bis zum Austritt des Trockners dichter hintereinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siebdecke (10') über ihre Länge in einzelne Abschnitte (Feld 1 - 6) aufgeteilt ist und in jedem Abschnitt (Feld 1 - 6) eine Siebdecke (10') mit gleichbleibendem freien Luftdurchtrittsquerschnitt angeordnet ist, jedoch der in Transportrichtung des Textilgutes (17) folgende Siebdeckenabschnitt mit einem höheren freien Luftdurchtrittsquerschnitt versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Feld aus mehreren gleich perforierten Segmenten zusammengesetzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine erste Siebdecke über ihre Länge im Gehäuse mit einer gleichbleibenden Lochung, mit einer gleichbleibenden Luftdurchlässigkeit versehen ist, aber zusätzlich eine zweite parallel zur ersten verlaufende, ggf. verschiebbar gelagerte Siebdecke quer über die Arbeitsbreite vorgesehen ist, die mit ihrer ggf. anderen Lochstruktur für eine teilweise Abdeckung der Löcher der ersten Siebdecke im Eingangsbereich des Trockners vorgesehen ist.
