Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Trocknen von durchlässigen Warenbahnen insbesondere Textilgütern wie Gewebe, Gewirke, Tissue, Vliese od. dgl. mit einem Gehäuse, in dem wenigstens eine drehbar gelagerte Siebtrommel an- und dieser eine Pumpeneinrichtung wie Ventilator stirnseitig zugeordnet ist, die das gasförmige Trocknungsmedium aus dem Inneren der Siebtrommel absaugt und außerhalb der Siebtrommel wieder zuführt, wobei der Siebtrommel außerhalb eine ortsfeste Siebdecke oder ein feststehender zylinderförmiger, siebförmiger Körper zur Strömungsvergleichmäßigung des anströmenden Trocknungsmediums zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Siebdecke (10, 10) über ihre Länge im Gehäuse (1, 13) in Transportrichtung des Textilgutes (17) gesehen mit einer Perforation (18) versehen ist, die mit zunehmendem Trocknungsgrad des zu trocknenden Textilgutes (17) mehr offene Flächen/Flächeneinheit aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Perforationslöcher (18) über die Fläche der Siebdecke (10, 10
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit zunehmenden Trocknungsgrad des zu trocknenden Textilgutes (17) die Reihen (Feld 1 - 6) der mit gleichbleibenden Abstand nebeneinander angeordneten Perforationslöcher (18) dichter hintereinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Siebdecke (10
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Feld aus mehreren gleich perforierten Segmenten zusammengesetzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine erste Siebdecke über ihre Länge im Gehäuse mit einer gleichbleibenden Lochung, mit einer gleichbleibenden Luftdurchlässigkeit versehen ist, aber zusätzlich eine zweite parallel zur ersten verlaufende, ggf. verschiebbar gelagerte Siebdecke vorgesehen ist, die mit ihrer ggf. anderen Lochstruktur für eine teilweise Abdeckung der Löcher der ersten Siebdecke im Eingangsbereich des Trockners vorgesehen ist.
