Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum durchströmenden Behandeln von Textilgut, Vliesen oder Papier mit einem gasförmigen oder flüssigen, in der Vorrichtung umgewälzten Behandlungsmittel mit einer unter Saugzug stehenden, stirnseitig Böden (11, 12) aufweisenden, zur Durchlässigkeit gelochten Blechtrommel als Transportelement, welche an ihrem Umfang mit einem durchlässigen Belag (9) bedeckt ist, wobei zwischen dem Belag und dem Trommelmantel (5) als Unterzug zur Erhöhung des Abstandes zwischen dem Trommelmantel (5) und dem Belag allein parallel über die ganze Länge der Trommel (5) von Boden (11) zu Boden (12) sich gerade erstreckende, U-förmig aufgebogene Blechstreifen (10, 10') mit Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind, deren jeweiliger Boden (14) an dem Blechtrommelmantel (5) unmittelbar anliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassa) die Blechtrommel (5) auch im Bereich zwischen den mit Abstand voneinander angeordneten Blechstreifen (10, 10') gelocht,b) der Boden des jeweiligen Blechstreifens (10, 10') mit der gelochten Trommel (5) mechanisch verbunden undc) der durchlässige auf den Kanten der Blechstreifen ruhende Belag als Siebgewebe ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden des Blechstreifens (10, 10') mit der gelochten Trommel (5) verschraubt (15) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden des Blechstreifens (10, 10') mit der gelochten Trommel (5) vernietet (16) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die Befestigung des Bodens des Blechstreifens (10, 10') mit dem Trommelmantel (5) die normale für die Durchlässigkeit der Trommel vorgesehene Lochung (19) der Blechtrommel (5) verwendet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (17) der Schraube (15) radial innen an dem Trommelmantel (5) anliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (17, 17') der Schraube (15) oder der Niet (16) in dem jeweiligen Loch des Trommelmantels (5) versenkt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (14) des U-förmigen Blechstreifens (10, 10') über seine ganze Fläche entsprechend der Lochung (19) der Blechtrommel mit Löchern versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (14) des U-förmigen Blechstreifens (10, 10') mit zwei Reihen der Perforationslöcher (19) des Trommelmantels (5) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen zwei benachbarten U-förmigen Blechstreifen (10, 10') ein Abstand eingehalten ist, der zwei Reihen der Perforationslöcher (19) des Trommelmantels (5) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die radial sich erstreckenden Wandungen der U-förmigen Blechstreifen (10; 10') ebenfalls gelocht sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Blechstreifen (10, 10'), also beide Flanken des U-förmigen Querschnitts, radial über einen dort nicht perforierten Trommelmantelsteg (21) erstrecken.
