Definitions
- the invention relates to a container for accommodating objects, for example Tools, small parts or the like.
- objects for example Tools, small parts or the like.
- Necessity to such containers, eg. B. for transport purposes, to stack and in Stacked state to connect.
- a packaging container for stacking which is also for housing of tool is suitable.
- Contains this packaging container four side walls, a bottom, a cover and one of the shape of the tools adapted interior.
- the side walls and the floor are made a dimensionally stable material, and the outer surfaces of the side walls are with Locking means for engaging fasteners for connecting each provided with an overlying second packaging container.
- the side walls, the front walls and the floor consist of one one-piece component.
- the invention is based on the object to provide a container, which is stack with a simple structure, has a high strength and optionally even in a stacked state still usable, so an access on its content.
- the invention proposes a container with the in the claim 1 mentioned features. Further developments of the invention are the subject of dependent claims.
- the container proposed by the invention thus contains two side walls, wherein the stacking between superimposed containers between the side walls is effective. So it takes a load above the vertical side walls, which are very stable in this direction are.
- the body of the container, which is arranged between the side walls is, does not need to record any load caused by the stacking. It This makes it possible to form the container for stacking very stable, without having to have in all parts a stability that only for the Stacking would be required, but not for the other purposes of the container.
- the stacking device complementary training at the top or bottom of the Has side walls. There are no additional facilities required which would have to be made as separate components.
- foot-like projections and recesses formed on the top of the side walls are. It is not just a stacking option created here an alignment in the correct state causes, but also for each other container created a secure support on the ground.
- the foot-like projections may also be useful if the container in the Individual case is not stacked, or for the lowest container.
- the stacking device and / or the side walls are designed such that the corpora stacked containers have a distance from each other. Between The individual containers are thus, with the possible exception of the side walls, a vertical distance exists. It will be taken care of that too with tolerances in the production no load of the side walls connecting Parts of the container takes place.
- connection device between the side walls is effective.
- the connection device also absorbs certain forces. The displacement of this connection device on the side walls supports the possibility of the body only in Regard to its actual function, namely the placement of objects, train.
- the Connecting device for two superimposed side walls having single connection element.
- the connecting element can be locked with formations of at least one side wall. It This training may be projections that during manufacture the sidewall can be easily made with. This adds extra Manufacturing steps not required during production. It is conceivable that Form connecting means so that they exist as a separate element is that is attached after stacking two containers.
- the connecting element is mounted on a side wall of the container, in particular pivotable. This is one way to attach the connector to attach the associated side wall captive.
- the connector when a container is not stacked, does not bother, can be provided according to the invention in a development that the Connecting element on an associated side wall in a rest position can be attached.
- the container handles having, in particular attached to the side walls.
- the handles in their Rest position at least partially in recesses in the outside of the side walls lie. In this way, they are only slightly over and disturbing therefore only a little.
- the depressions may be designed such that a user with your hand next to the handle can engage in it to the handle out in particular, swing out.
- the body as a separate Component is formed, which then subsequently with the side walls is connected.
- the side walls make the body from a completely different material.
- One way of manufacturing is to make the body of aluminum, namely from a relatively thin aluminum sheet. This can then pressed or screwed to the side walls in the edge region become.
- this additional Have side parts ie sheet metal parts, which are parallel to the existing plastic Sidewalls run.
- These can be made of thin sheet metal be whose edges are bent vertically. These bent edges can then be connected to the rest of the corpus to which they are parallel become. This creates a circumferential double-walled edge, the for pressing the body with the plastic side walls can be exploited.
- the border can contain cutouts that are called Rag pressed outwards. They form barbs when pressed in in corresponding grooves of the side walls in existing there openings intervention.
- an elastic material be present. For example, in the groove Gummifaden be inserted, which is dimensioned so that he has a corresponding Bias generated. He then presses the barbs in the intended Holes.
- the reinforced by additional side panels made of sheet metal body has the effect that it can be made very stable and warp-free. This is also true for relatively thin sheets, especially if the side walls connected to the plastic outer side walls become.
- the connection can of course also other than above described happen, for example, in that the edges of the body be bent inwards and thereby form a flange. Through this Flange through a screw with the existing plastic Sidewalls are made.
- This division of the different Functions of a container namely in the torsion-resistant body and the plastic side walls, has great advantages. All functions, that deal with stacking, transporting, touching and so on can be installed in the plastic side panels. There handles can be attached, rollers for transporting, aligning and Facilities for stacking the containers, etc.
- the Body at least partially integral with one or both side walls train. This also has manufacturing advantages.
- the Container has a bottom, a front wall, a rear wall and a lid, which can be opened.
- the floor, the back wall and the front wall made from a single piece of aluminum sheet be, with the lid then close the remaining top can.
- the lid may be both a sliding lid as well as a hinged lid.
- the container can be constructed in that the body has a bottom, a rear wall and a top, while the front can be opened, for example in the manner of a Flap. In this case, it is possible to open the container even then, ie in to use its actual function if it is not in a stack at the is arranged at the highest point.
- the body has drawers, for example can be moved in guides. Even then, the container can used when placed in a pile not at the top is.
- Figures 1 and 2 show, simplified, two superimposed containers according to the invention.
- Figure 1 in an end view, the two side walls 1 to see both containers. Both side walls are essentially just trained, see Figure 2, and have a rectangular circumference rounded corners on.
- foot-like Projections 2 formed in corresponding recesses on the top 5 of the side wall 1 can intervene. This will be explained later in detail explained.
- the side walls have a handle 3, which is arranged in a recess is.
- the recess is shaped to allow a user at the bottom of the handle 3 still has enough space to attack on the handle 3 and this off to pivot the illustrated position upwards. This too will be explained below yet to be explained.
- On the respective side wall is for connecting the two side walls. 1 arranged together a connecting element 4, which the two side walls, as long as they are stacked on top of each other.
- the connecting element 4 has been transferred to a rest position, in which it is not above the top edge 5 of the upper side wall 1.
- the connecting element 4 is therefore always held captive on the side wall and, if necessary, can be placed in a position where it is the Can ensure connection.
- a body 6 which has approximately cuboid shape.
- the bottom 7 of the body 6 points from the top 8 of the respectively arranged underneath Body 6 a clear distance.
- the body 6 can, for example, with Help a lid 9 be completed from above.
- other types of Training of containers are possible, for example, with drawers, the can be pushed forward or backward out.
- FIG 3 which is similar to Figure 1 representation of a side wall of a container.
- the handle is removed in this presentation.
- the already in Figure 1 mentioned recess 11 includes a horizontally extending Part intended to receive the actual handle 3.
- the recess pulled upwards and forms two divisions there 12, which serve for the storage of the handle 3.
- four projections 13 integrally formed, whose perpendicular to the surface of the Sidewall 1 measured height is slightly less than that in the same direction measured depth of the recess 11th
- the recess 11 is pulled through to the upper edge 5 of the side wall 1, so that the recess 11 has no edge at this point. Also on At this point, four projections 14 are formed, which are similar to the projections 13 are, but have different functions.
- the projections 14 in the middle of the upper edge 5 correspond to projections 15th in the middle of the lower edge 10 of the side wall 1. Also points at this point the recess 11 no edge, but goes directly into the lower edge 10th the side wall 1 over.
- Figure 4 now shows a cross section through the side wall 1 approximately along line IV-IV in Figure 1. This line is slightly offset, so the cut in the left Half of Figure 3 is placed through the projections 13, while right in the Figure 1 leads above the projections 13 therethrough.
- the projections 15, which can also be seen in the section of FIG. 4, on the underside the side wall and the projections 14 at the top of the side wall 1 serve to the connecting element 4 either only on the side wall 1 or on the side wall 1 and the overlying side wall 1 set.
- the Projections 13 serve to the handle 3 in its swung-out position support. It can also be seen from the section of FIG. 4 that with Except the edge portions of the side wall 1 everywhere the same wall thickness has, so that the wells on the front by appropriate Recesses on the back, in Figure 4 above, are compensated. Also From the section of Figure 4 it can be seen that on the back of the Sidewalls in the edge region a narrow depression 16 rotates to the can serve to accommodate bottom and side walls of a thin aluminum sheet, which is then pressed with the side walls.
- Figure 5 shows an angled section along line V-V in Figure 3. In both End areas are hooks 19 to see the already mentioned down the bottom of aluminum sheet serve.
- FIG. 6 now shows the handle 3 already mentioned in FIG. 1 from its underside that is, in Figure 3 from the back of the drawing plane.
- the Handle 3 includes an elongate web 20 having a cylindrical cross-section having. It can be optically divided by grooves 21.
- a leg 22 is formed in each case, wherein both legs 22 in lie on a plane.
- the legs form the connection between the side wall and the web 20.
- At the bottom shown in Figure 6 contain the Leg 22, with a certain distance from its free end 23, four elongated Recesses 24 which have an approximately rectangular cross-section.
- the width of the recesses 24 corresponds approximately to the width of the projections thirteenth The same applies to the arrangement of the depressions 24.
- FIG 7 shows a perspective view of a connecting element 4, which was also mentioned in Figure 1 already.
- the connecting element 4 has the shape of a flat trough in cuboid shape.

- the aligned openings 27, 28 form the bearing for a shaft, in their end portions in the bearing openings 18, see Figure 4, engage.
- the connecting element 4 by a certain amount pivotally fixed to the side wall 1.
- the side walls 29 of the connecting element 4, which are also the bearing openings 27 include locking lugs 30, which serve to the connecting element 4 both in the rest position, top in Figure 1, as well as in the connection position, in the middle in Figure 1, with side walls of the recess to lock. These locking lugs 30 are also apparent from the section of Figure 9.
- Figure 10 shows on an enlarged scale a section through the storage of the handle 3 in the pivoted position.
- the handle 3 is with the already mentioned Shaft 31 stored in the bearing openings 17.
- the top of both legs 22 abuts a surface 32, which limits the recess 11 at this point.
- the surface 32 is perpendicular to the front of the side walls 1.
- the bottom the leg 22 in its end regions 23 at the top of the four projections 13, which are shown in front view in Figure 3.
- the bearing of the shaft 31 is thus greatly relieved that the webs both top and bottom Parts of the side wall abut.
- the handle 3 is pivoted downwards, so get the projections 13 in the wells 24 in the bottom of the Leg to lie so that the pivoting down of the handle 3 does not interfere becomes.
- the figure 10 can also be seen that the cross section of the web 20 of the handle 3 is elliptical or oval. The distance of the Stegs 20 from the front of the side wall 1 is still chosen so large that a user can take hold of his hand.
- FIG 11 shows the mutual association of the connecting element 4 and the interconnected parts of the two superimposed Side walls 1.
- the mentioned Bearing opening 18 is formed, which takes the form of an elongated groove has, whose longitudinal direction parallel to the front. In this groove grips the inserted through the openings 27 and 28 through shaft. Thereby can the connecting element 4 is pivoted and moved.
- the connecting element is shown schematically in the connecting position. In this position, the partitions 26 engage between the projections 14th at the top of the lower side wall and the protrusions on the bottom the upper side wall. This leads to a frictional connection in one Direction perpendicular to the surface of the side walls.
- To be fixed in this position serve the locking lugs 30 which engage in corresponding recesses can.
- the locking lug engages 30 in a recess 34 above the bearing opening 18th
- Figure 12 shows the mutual association between a foot-like projection 2 at the bottom 10 of the upper side wall and a recess 35th at the top 5 of the lower side wall. While the bottom 10 and the Top 5 due to their curved training here from the horizontal is different, the bottom of the projection 2 and the inside of the recess 35 arranged horizontally.
