Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Imprägnieren von zum Herstellen hochabriebfester Laminat-Fußbodenmaterialien verwendeter Dekorpapiere, bei dem das Dekorpapier zunächst mit einem Aminoharz angefeuchtet und dadurch imprägniert wird, wobei die Menge des Harzes mittels Dosierwalzen geregelt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassauf das angefeuchtete nasse Dekorpapier zusätzlich eine Schicht aus einem Aminoharz in spezieller Dispersion aufgedüst wird, wobei die endgültige Flächenmasse bezogen auf die Trockenmasse des Rohpapiers - 100 % bis 250 % beträgt,als abrasive Substanz Siliziumcarbid mit einer durchschnittlichen Korngröße von 60 bis 160 µm oder als abrasive Substanz Aluminiumoxid in Form von Korund oder aus der Schmelze mit einer Korngröße von 60 bis 160 µm in der Dispersion verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Dispersion aus 100 Teilen eines Aminoharzes, 20 bis 95 Teilen abrasiver Substanz, 0,5 bis 2,5 Teilen eines Silanhaftvermittlers, 5 bis 25 Teilen eines Fließhilfsstoffes, 0,1 bis 0,4 Teilen eines Netzmittels, 0,05 bis 0,4 Teilen eines Trennmittels und eines Aminoharzhärters verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Aminoharz ein Melaminharz verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Fließhilfsstoff Polyglycolether, ε-Caprolactam oder Butandiol verwendet wird.
- Verfahren noch einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Gemisch aus Siliziumcarbid und Aluminiumoxid als abrasive Substanz in beliebiger Mischung verwendet wird.
- Dekorpapier für die Verwendung bei hochabriebfesten Laminat-Fußbodenmaterialien, herstellbar nach einem Verfahren mit den Merkmalen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dekorpapier als abrasive Substanz Siliziumcarbid mit einer durchschnittlichen Korngröße von 60 bis 160 µm oder als abrasive Substanz Aluminiumoxid in Form von Korund oder aus der Schmelze mit einer Korngröße von 60 bis 160 µm umfasst.
- Dekorpapier nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dekorpapier als Aminoharz ein Melaminharz aufweist.
- Laminat-Fußbodenmaterial mit einem Dekorpapier nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7.
