Description
Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Laminat-Beschichtungen, insbesondere für Fußboden-Platten, welche ein mit Amino-Harz imprägniertes Dekorpapier und eine darauf angeordnete abrisbfeste Abdeckschicht, mit partikelförmigem, feinem Aluminiumoxyd (Korund) aufweisen, wobei
das partikelförmige Aluminiumoxyd auf das noch nasse imprägnierte Dekorpapier vor dem Trocknen aufgestreut, das so behandelte Dekorpapier sodann vorgetrocknet bzw. vorkondensiert, nach der Vortrocknung auf das vorbehandelte Dekorpapier eine Abdeckschicht aus Melamin-Harz enthaltendem Fasermaterial aufgetragen und das Ganze schließlich endgetrocknet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Abdeckschicht ein Melamin-Harz enthaltendes Faservlies auf das Dekorpapier aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Aluminiumoxyd bzw. Korund mit einer Partikelgröße von etwa 125 µm auf das Dekorpapier aufgestreut wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flächenmasse des beschichteten Dekorpapiers nach dem Trocknen etwa 140 bis 150 g/m2 beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aluminiumoxyd in einer Menge von etwa 20 g/m2 aufgestreut wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aluminiumoxyd in einer Menge von etwas 8 g/m2 aufgestreut wird.
