Abstract

本发明涉及一种制备复合覆层,尤其是制备地板的复合覆层的方法。地板具有经氨基树脂浸渍处理的装饰纸和覆着在前者上面的保护层,所述保护层带有氧化铝微粒(金刚砂)。采用此方法时,将氧化铝微粒涂布在干燥前尚处于潮湿状态的装饰纸上。然后对经过上述处理的装饰纸进行预干燥或预冷凝。在预干燥后将由含有三聚氰胺树脂的纤维材料构成的保护层覆着在经预处理的装饰纸上。最后对整体进行最终干燥。

Description

制备复合覆层的方法和复合覆层
本发明涉及一种制备复合覆层的方法,所述复合覆层适用于地板并为地板设计,所述地板具有一采用氨基树脂浸渍的装饰纸和一在其上覆着的耐磨的保护层,该保护层带有氧化铝微粒(金刚砂)。另外,本发明还涉及这样一种复合覆层。
已知(DE 19508797C1)采用如下方法制备地板的耐磨复合覆层,对装饰纸用树脂浸渍并干燥至余留湿度后,在装饰纸的可见面上涂敷一具有耐磨微粒矿物成分的粘滞混合物,该混合物由三聚氰胺树脂、纤维素-纤维、金刚砂、添加剂和水组成,其量度应使在达到最终湿度程度后覆层的厚度为20至50μm,接着将经过覆层处理的装饰纸在至少另一道工序中干燥到最终湿度程度。
采用这种公知的方法时,在用三聚氰胺树脂浸渍并干燥的纸上涂敷一层粘滞的混合物,该混合物含有氧化铝或金刚砂微粒,上述物质对成品的耐磨强度起着决定性的作用。金刚砂微粒或多或少地均匀分布在由粘滞的混合物构成的保护面上并且因此也存在于保护层的表面上。
另外还已知,地板的复合覆层的制备方法如下,在用氨基树脂或三聚氰胺树脂浸渍的装饰纸的上侧或可视侧覆着一贴面,该贴面在由纸构成的基材的上侧具有起着耐磨作用的氧化铝或金刚砂微粒。
这两种公知的方法需要两道单独的工序,即一方面需要制备含有金刚砂颗粒的单独的混合物和采用此混合物进行涂敷,并且另一方面需要制备单独进行覆着的贴面。就此而言,这些方法较为昂贵,因而不太经济。
它们的另一重大的缺点在于,用机器生产复合覆层采用的冲压钢板或冲压钢带将受到位于复合层表面的金刚砂颗粒的磨损,该磨损将很容易导致完成的复合覆层表面没有光泽。所以对已知的制造技术应用的冲压钢板或由钢板构成的冲压钢带的表面必须经常修整或研磨,以便消除其表面的钝化。所以冲压钢板或冲压钢带的寿命相应较短。
对冲压钢板或冲压钢带进行的修整不仅会造成高的加工费用,而且还导致相应装备的压力机的停机时间,因而这些将对制备耐磨的复合覆层的经济性造成不利的影响。
本发明的目的在于比迄今更为经济地解决制备耐磨复合覆层的问题。
根据本发明,该目的的实现方案如下,用于制备复合覆层,尤其是用于制备地板的复合覆层的方法,所述复合覆层具有用氨基树脂浸渍的装饰纸和覆着在装饰纸上的带有氧化铝(金刚砂)微粒的保护层,其特征在于,将氧化铝微粒涂布在干燥前尚处于潮湿状态的经浸渍处理的装饰纸上,接着对经过上述处理的装饰纸进行预干燥或预冷凝,预干燥后在预处理的装饰纸上覆着一由含有氨基树脂的纤维材料构成的保护层并且最后对整体进行最终干燥。
根据本发明采用一含有三聚氰胺树脂的纤维无纺布作为保护层覆着在装饰纸上。
根据本发明采用粒度大小约为125μm的氧化铝或金刚砂微粒涂布在装饰纸上。
根据本发明,经覆层处理的装饰纸干燥后的每平方米的克数约为140-150g/m2
根据本发明,氧化铝单位面积的涂布量宜为20g/m2
根据本发明,氧化铝单位面积的涂布量宜为8g/m2
根据本发明,可以在一道工序中制备用于地板或类似用途的复合覆层,其中实现复合覆层耐磨强度的氧化铝或金刚砂微粒在覆层表面的封装应使这些微粒不致造成用于制备复合覆层采用的机械或压力机的冲压钢板或冲压钢带的损坏。
在采用氧化铝微粒涂布后,经浸渍处理的装饰纸上覆着的由含有三聚氰胺树脂的纤维材料构成的保护层是透明的,因而可以清楚地看见装饰纸的图案。由于在制备复合覆层时对实现最终产品耐磨强度的颗粒进行了覆盖,因而即使在长时间的使用机械或压力机的冲压钢板或冲压钢带之后,也不会出现冲压钢板或冲压钢带的钝化并且因而也不会造成加工出的复合覆层表面质量恶化。
换句话说,本发明制备的复合覆层的表面是透明的,这是因为作为金刚砂颗粒的封装物覆着的纤维无纺布不会改变装饰纸图案的可见度或对其不会造成不利的影响,而且另一方面可以避免用于制备复合覆层采用的压力机或其它制造机械的冲压钢板或冲压钢带提前被磨损。
本发明的复合覆层例如可以敷着在胶合板或纤维板上,所述纤维板或胶合板的上侧和/或下侧预先分别涂敷一防变形的反向牵拉层。
例1:
首先用三聚氰胺树脂对每平方米克数为70g/m2的装饰纸进行浸浴。用金刚砂,以20g/m2的量度对尚处于潮湿状态的纸带进行涂布。接着在温度180℃的情况下将纸中间干燥到湿度15%的程度。
接着在纸带上覆着一纤维无纺布,该纤维无纺布的单位面积克数为80g/m2,由80%的三聚氰胺树脂和20%长度为60μm的纤维素纤维构成。接着在180℃情况下最终干燥到湿度为6.0-6.5%的程度。
采用上述方法制备成的浸渍物在温度为205℃、压力为2.5Mpa和冲压时间为20秒的情况下经一次快速冲压被压制在高密度复合地板的载体板上。
采用上述方式制成的复合地板满足欧洲标准EN438的特性值并且其耐磨强度值IP为10.000。
例2:
用三聚氰胺树脂对每平方米的克数为80g/m2的装饰纸进行浸渍,其中在接着进行的干燥之后每平方米的克数为150g/m2。将氧化铝微粒以8g/m2量度涂布在尚处于潮湿状态的纸带上。然后在210℃的情况下将纸带干燥到湿度为12%的程度。接着将每平方米的克数为40g/m2的无纺布覆着在其上,该无纺布由85%的三聚氰胺树脂和15%的玻璃纤维构成,所述玻璃纤维的长度为3mm,直径为10μm。以下的过程与例1相同。

Claims (6)

1.用于制备复合覆层,尤其是用于制备地板的复合覆层的方法,所述复合覆层具有用氨基树脂浸渍的装饰纸和在装饰纸上覆着的耐磨的保护层,该保护层带有氧化铝(金刚砂)微粒,其特征在于,将颗粒状的氧化铝涂布在干燥前尚处于潮湿状态的经浸渍处理的装饰纸上,接着对经过上述处理的装饰纸进行预干燥或预冷凝,在预干燥后在预处理的装饰纸上覆着一由含有氨基树脂的纤维材料构成的保护层并且最后对整体进行最终干燥。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,采用含有三聚氰胺树脂的纤维无纺布作为保护层覆着在装饰纸上。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,采用粒度大小约为125μm的氧化铝或金刚砂涂布在装饰纸上。
4.按照权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,经覆层处理的装饰纸干燥后的每平方米的克数约为140-150g/m2
5.按照权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,以20g/m2的量度涂敷氧化铝。
6.按照权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,以8g/m2的量度涂敷氧化铝。
