Abstract
Description
In einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Erfindung weisen die Stellmittel einen Schlauch auf, der mit Fluid, bevorzugt Luft, in seinem Durchmesser änderbar ist, wodurch sich auch dessen Länge ändert. Alternativ kann als Stellmittel auch eine bspw. mit einem Elektromotor angetriebene Gewindespindel oder dergleichen vorgesehen sein. Die Stellmittel wirken bevorzugt auf ein Haltegestell ein, welches als Halterung für eine Bandumlenkung für die Oberförderbänder und/oder die Bogenabweiser dient.
Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum Ansammeln von Bogen (44) zu Stapeln (58) an einer Stapelablage (48), mit den Schritten:die Bogen (44) werden der Stapelablage (48) zum Ablegen auf der Stapelablage (48) mit Hilfe einer in einem Abstand (I) zum jeweils oberen Bogen (44) eines gerade angesammelten Stapels (58) über der Stapelablage (48) verlaufenden Führung (42, 46) zugeführt,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (I) zumindest während des Ablegens der Bogen (44) durch zeitweiliges Absenken eines frontseitigen Abschnittes der Führung (42, 46) annähernd konstant gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, mit den Schritten:ein gewünschter Abstand (I) wird vorgegeben,ein momentaner Abstand (I) wird erfaßt,der momentane Abstand (I) wird mit dem gewünschten Abstand (I) verglichen,eine Abweichung zwischen dem momentanen Abstand (I) und dem gewünschten Abstand (I) wird erfaßt,der momentane Abstand (I) wird dem gewünschten Abstand (I) angepaßt, wenn die Abweichung einen vorgegebenen Toleranzwert überschreitet.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei sich der gerade angesammelte Stapel (58) während des Ablegens der Bogen (44) absenkt, insbesondere verursacht durch einen Wechsel der Stapelablage (48). - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
wobei sich der gerade angesammelte Stapel (58) während des Ablegens der Bogen (44) anhebt, insbesondere verursacht durch erneutes Ansammeln von Bogen (44) nach einem Wechsel der Stapelablage (48). - Vorrichtung zum Ansammeln von Bogen (44) zu Stapeln (58) an einer Stapelablage (48),
mit Zuführmitteln (42, 46) zum Zuführen der Bogen (44) zu der Stapelablage (48) und zum Ablegen auf der Stapelablage (48),
mit einer in einem Abstand (I) zum jeweils oberen Bogen (44) eines gerade angesammelten Stapels (58) über der Stapelablage (48) verlaufenden Führung (42, 46),
gekennzeichnet durch Stellmittel (12, 10, 64, 70) zum Erhalten des Abstandes zumindest während des Ablegens der Bogen (44). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
weiter aufweisend:Sensormittel (64a, 64b) zum Feststellen des momentanen Abstandes, undSteuermittel (70) zum Vergleichen des momentanen Abstandes mit einem vorgegebenen gewünschten Abstand (I) und zum Aktivieren der Stellmittel (12, 10, 64, 70) zum Anpassen des momentanen Abstandes an den gewünschten Abstand, wenn der momentane Abstand (I) von dem gewünschten Abstand (I) in einem Ausmaß abweicht, welches einen vorgegebenen Toleranzwert überschreitet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
wobei die Sensormittel (64a, 64b) zu der Führung (42, 46) in einem festen Abstand angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
wobei der feste Abstand zumindest annähemd dem gewünschten Abstand (I) entspricht, so dass beim Erfassen des oberen Bogen (44) eines gerade angesammelten Stapels (58) durch die Sensormittel (64a, 64b) zumindest annähernd der gewünschte Abstand (I) erreicht ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8,
wobei die Zuführmittel (42, 46) aufweisen:mindestens ein Oberförderband (42) zum Zufördern der Bogen (44), - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9,
wobei die Zuführmittel (42, 46) aufweisen:mindestens einen Bogenabweiser (46) zum Ablenken der abzulegenden Bogen (44) nach unten in Richtung auf die Stapelablage (48), wobei der Bogenabweiser (46) auch als Führung dient und den Abstand (I) definiert. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10,
wobei Absenkmittel zum Absenken der Stapelablage (48) während des Ablegens der Bogen (44) vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10,
wobei die Stellmittel (12, 10, 64 70) zum, bevorzugt synchronen, Verstellen der Position des Oberbandes (42) und/oder des Bogenabweisers (46) und/oder der Sensormittel (64a, 64b) relativ zu dem gerade angesammelten Stapel (58) ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
wobei ein Verstellweg der Stellmittel (12, 10, 64, 70) ausreichend ist, um den Abstand (I) auch während des Wechsels und/oder nach dem Wechsel der Stapelablage (48) zu erhalten. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die Stellmittel (12) mit Fluid antreibbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
wobei die Stellmittel einen mit Fluid in seinem Durchmesser änderbaren Schlauch (12) umfassen, dessen Länge (L) sich im wesentlichen umgekehrt zu seinem Durchmesser ändert.
