In der aktiven Stellung weist die obere Blendenkante den gleichen horizontalen Abstand 25 zur Lichtquelle 3 und den gleichen Mindestabstand zur Linse 7 auf wie die Fernlichtblendenkante 12. Über ein Stellglied 27 ist die Schaltblende 5 mit einem elektrischen Versteller 28 bzw. Antrieb verbunden.
Beim Wechsel von Rechts- zu Linksverkehr wird so durch Einschwenken der Zusatzblende 6 in den Strahlengang eine Blendung des Gegenverkehrs vermieden. Dadurch, dass die Zusatzblende nur von dem schmalen Abblendfinger 42 gebildet wird, kann dieser bei Umschaltung der Schaltblende 5 in ihre deaktivierte Stellung zur Erzeugung des Fernlichtbündels im Strahlengang verbleiben. Die Blendkante 43 der Zusatzblende 6 wird vorzugsweise in einem kürzeren Abstand zur Linse 7 gehalten als die Kanten 12, 24 der Blenden 4, 5.
Claims (10)
- Projektionsmodul für einen Fahrzeugscheinwerfer mit einem Reflektor (2), mit einer dem Reflektor (2) zugeordneten Lichtquelle (3), mit einer dem Reflektor (2) in Abstrahlrichtung vorgelagerten Linse (7), mit einer zwischen der Lichtquelle (3) und der Linse (7) angeordneten feststehenden Fernlichtblende (4), einer der Fernlichtblende (4) zur Linse (7) hin vorgelagerten zur Erzeugung von asymmetrischen Abblendlicht in den Strahlengang einschwenkbaren Schaltblende (5) und einer der Fernlichtblende (4) vorgelagerten Zusatzblende (6) zur Erzeugung von symmetrischen Abblendlicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusatzblende (6) zur Linse (7) hin der Schaltblende (5) vorgelagert ist und dass die Zusatzblende (6) über einen angeformten Hebel (29) an einer seitlichen Lasche (30) der Fernlichtblende (4) gelagert und um eine quer zur optischen Achse (10) des Reflektors (2) etwa horizontal verlaufende Schwenkachse (14) schwenkbar ist.
- Projektionsmodul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse (14) zwischen Fernlichtblende (4) und Lampenfassung (32) angeordnet ist.
- Projektionsmodul nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitliche Lasche (30) zwei Arme (33, 34) aufweist, in denen die Zusatzblende (6) gehaltert werden kann.
- Projektionsmodul nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusatzblende (6) einen Durchzug aufweist, mit dem sie in einer Bohrung (36) der Lasche (30) lagerbar ist.
- Projektionsmodul nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusatzblende (6) durch den Armen (33, 34) benachbarte Einprägungen (37) spielfrei und mit sicherem Sitz an der Lasche (30) der Fernlichtblende (4) lagerbar ist.
- Projektionsmodul nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusatzblende (6) eine integrierte Feder (38) aufweist, die im montierten Zustand in zwei Raststellungen rastend über einen benachbarten Nocken (39), welcher aus der Lasche (30) der Fernlichtblende (4) herausgeprägt ist, gleitet.
- Projektionsmodul nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusatzblende (6) in ihrer aktiven in den Strahlengang eingeschwenkten Stellung mit einer in vertikaler Richtung oberen Kante (40) gegen einen an der Fernlichtblende (4) angeordneten zweiten Anschlag (41) anschlägt.
- Projektionsmodul nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltblende (5) in einer zweiten Ebene (19) verschwenkbar ist, die in vertikaler Richtung zu einer von der Fernlichtblende (4) gebildeten ersten Ebene (11) hin in einem Winkel (18) angeordnet ist.
- Projektionsmodul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fernlichtblende (4) mit ihrer Fernlichtblendenkante (12) zur Lichtquelle (3) hin in einem einem Mindestabstand entsprechenden Abstand (25) angeordnet ist und dass die Schaltblende (5) mit ihrer oberen Blendenkante (24) und die Zusatzblende (6) mit ihrer Blendenkante (43) im eingeschwenkten aktiven Zustand ebenfalls etwa in dem dem Mindestabstand zur Lichtquelle (3) entsprechenden Abstand (25) angeordnet sind.
- Projektionsmodul nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blendenkanten (12, 24, 43) im aktiven Zustand einen Mindestabstand (26) zur Linse (7) aufweisen.
