Definitions
- the present invention relates to an insole with a flat base sole corresponding to the outline of a shoe Made of elastic foam material on its upper Side several also made of elastic foam material existing, integrally formed surveys in the area of Has reflex zones of the sole of the foot.
- insole is used here a shoe sole firmly connected insole understood how also a loose insole, which is also used as Insole is called.
- Insole is a general one The term also includes insoles and insoles become.
- Insoles that are suitable for reflexology Surveys are provided in many different ways Embodiments known.
- the majority of such insoles have a pimpled pattern arranged over the entire surface Contact surface, the surface structure of the Insole is formed by the whole of the knobs.
- Insoles of this type are shown, for example, by EP-0'225'285 and U.S. 4,760,655 A. While in the latter case the same as with the CH-686'062 A the nub height over the entire area the insole is designed to be the same, others are Insoles, such as according to WO 85/04786 Knobs designed, their height varies and accordingly practically form a footbed.
- U is the generic term of Claim 1 forming insole known.
- the base sole and the elevations integrally consistently a foam material with a hardness of 30 ° to 45 ° Shore A.
- This insole is preferably made from Made of plastic. It can be used as an insole as well also be arranged as an insole.
- In this known Insoles are both the base sole and the elevations made of a preferably synthetic material.
- latex is traditionally hard from Shore A from 10-20. It can be done on greater hardness adjust, but this makes the product and on the other hand, the admixtures are partly physiological undesirable.
- the present invention therefore has as its object a To create insole of the type mentioned below Avoidance of the aforementioned disadvantages and at the same time Achieving the effect described above.
- This task solves an insole with the characteristics of Claim 1. Thanks to the combinatorial choice of Materials with the corresponding hardness result Product with excellent physiological properties, the is also easy to manufacture.
- the insole As a whole designated. It consists of a flat base sole 2 elastic foam material in the present case Latex or polyurethane. On the top of the flat Base sole 2 are several in one piece with base sole 2 made, made of the same material and thus integrally molded elevations 3 can be seen. These surveys 3 are in the known areas of reflex zones the sole of the foot. The surveys 3 are designed so that they are inclined laterally upwards and a central have flat surface 5. Between the central level 5 and the non-raised surface of the base sole 2 are the circumferential lateral inclinations 4. These Design has the sense that the insole is not only serves to massage the reflex zones while walking, but Achieves an acupressure effect even when at rest looks particularly gentle.
- the surveys by no means only need a circular To have shape but can also, as shown in FIG shows, have any other design.
- the elevations can also be linear.
- Such a linear elevation 6 is shown in FIG. 2 shown.
- the line-shaped elevation has one Vertex line that runs at a constant height. in the Normally, all surveys are equally above the Surface of the base sole 2 protrudes upwards.
- the base sole 2 consists of a foamed elastic Material layer, here a latex layer 10 and one above arranged, firmly connected cover layer 20.
- the foamed Material layer has a hardness of 10 ° - 20 ° Shore A. Because of the relatively small thickness of the latex layer 10, which in Area without elevations is between 1.5 mm and 4.0 mm, those that occur with latex have a relative effect large differences in hardness. This has among other things also to do with the fact that the pore size vary locally can. These differences remain even if one Latex with higher Shore hardness is used. According to the Invention, a material pairing is now proposed that these differences largely resolved and overall one clearer definable hardness that leads to the desired Properties. Unlike known soles, where only surveys in the area of the reflex zones made of soft upholstery material creates a overall better cushioned sole compared to the known, the extreme differences in hardness in the area of Surveys and in the areas adjacent to the surveys having.
- the basic thickness of the latex layer or the foamed one Thanks to the combination with a Cover layer have practically any thickness. in this connection you will be able to choose the thickness of insoles that are firm with connected to the footwear, rather a thicker one Insoles tend to choose a thinner configuration. In principle, however, with a greater thickness, the Insole also increases the absolute height of the surveys to compensate for the immersion.
- the top layer is made of leather.
- this is a high one Flexibility desirable to the flexibility of the surface to ensure the entire insole 1 and on the other hand the adhesive effect between the foamed Material layer, e.g. Latex layer 10 and the cover layer 20 if possible with physiologically harmless adhesive connector be achievable.
- This can be seen when using leather achieve as a top layer.
- Split leather is not only interesting in terms of price, but has the advantage a constant thickness over the entire surface and a particularly uniform softness in the handle. Split leather forms accordingly during production the contour of the manufacturing molds is exceptionally good.
- split leather can also be the optimal thickness ratio between the foamed material layer and the top layer set practically any. Accordingly, it can also the desired total hardness of the insole to a few degrees Shore A hardness can be adjusted. According to the invention setting to a hardness that is between 30 ° and 40 ° Shore A lies.
- the invention shows one for the first time Solution based on the hardness setting of two materials is effected, each over the entire area of the base sole 2 are constant for themselves, but one in their pairing Desired final hardness result that is not the hardness of one of the corresponds to both materials.
- Desired final hardness result that is not the hardness of one of the corresponds to both materials.
- It can be a relatively thin layer of latex be used and a latex with a relatively deep Density and correspondingly low Shore A hardness, that is reasonably priced on the market and on the other hand a split leather is used, which allows a good adjustment of the material pairing.
- the foamed material layer can also consist of Be made of polyurethane foam.
- you will preferably also a degree of hardness similar to one choose natural latex foam.
- foamed material layer from two layers of material manufacture, as shown in Figures 4 and 5.
- a thin latex layer 10 and a cover layer 20 made of leather, for example, have a water vapor permeability measured according to DIN 53333 of 6.9 mg / cm 2 .
- the sole also has an air permeability of 8.5 l / min. at 0.01 bar. Consequently, the insole according to the invention allows sweat to be released overnight.
- these desired effects also mean relatively low thermal insulation. According to the invention, this can be drastically reduced by attaching a layer of foamed polyurethane below the latex layer or by producing the entire foamed material layer from this material. Tests have shown that an antibacterial and antifungal treated polyurethane with the name Sanitized® PUR 99-45 is particularly suitable for this.
- This material is offered in Switzerland by Clariant Huningue SA in France. It is a material with a hardness of 20 to 24 Shore C measured analogously to the method according to DIN 53505.
- This polyurethane layer with a thickness of 4-7 mm produces an excellent thermal insulation. The overall effect of the sole with regard to its massage effect or acupressure effect is retained despite the relatively soft polyurethane layer 30.
- integrable insole Under the foamed layer, be one or two layers can, it is preferred to use as integrable insole a Texon, cork shot or Apply cellulose layer 40.
- This layer 40 is relative hard. It can also be used as an insole for mounting Serve shafts.
- layer 40 protects the insole mechanically against unevenness on the inside of the shoe sole. It also serves as part of the insole.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 various other survey formations for targeted Influencing different reflex zones to act on corresponding organs or body areas conceivable. While so far practically only insoles with a general applicable arrangement of the surveys were usual can Insoles with the inventive design essential can be manufactured better and more precisely and therefore for the first time a whole range of insoles with targeted Influencing certain organs or areas of the body Selection.
- Figure 6 shows an arrangement of the Elevation that affects the cross area
- Figure 7 a Arrangement that affects the sexual organs
- Figure 8 one Arrangement in which the foot reflex zones are influenced, that act on the spine area.
- Figure 9 is one Insole that can be used in shoulder girdles and The pelvic area serves as an arrangement during Figure 10 reveals to influence the digestive organs.
- an insole for action is shown in FIG shown on the vegetative nervous system.
