Claims (6)
- Stoßofen mit Schienen (7) und mit darauf verschiebbar geführten Gleitschuhen (9), die das durch den Ofen zu transportierende Behandlungsgut tragen, wobei auf den Schienen (7) plattenförmige Gleitauflagen (8) vorgesehen sind, die unter Bildung von stoßfugen aneinander gereiht und auf ihren Oberseiten mit in Längsrichtung der Schienen (7) pfeilförmig verlaufenden Nuten (12) zur Aufnahme von Materialabrieb versehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitauflagen (8) jeweils die Schienen (7) in ihrer Breite voll überdecken und die stoßfugen pfeilförmig sind, wobei der Querschnitt der Stoßfugen im wesentlichen dem der Nuten (12) entspricht. - Stoßofen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitauflagen (8) mit den Schienen (7) verschraubt sind.
- Stoßofen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schienen (7) und die Gleitauflagen (8) jeweils einstückig miteinander verbunden sind.
- Stoßofen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schienen (7) und die Gleitauflagen (8) jeweils einstückig miteinander als Gussstück verbunden sind.
- Stoßofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitauflagen (8) aus Gussstahl sind.
- Stoßofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spitzen der pfeilförmigen Nuten (12) gegen die Transportrichtung gerichtet sind.
