Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Vereinzeln von blattartigen, flächigen Elementen, insbesondere von zu belichtenden Druckplatten, von einem Stapel derartiger Elemente, vorzugsweise für ein automatisches Laden eines Druckplattenbelichters,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Trennen des im Stapel oberen bzw. vorderen Elementes vom Stapel das obere Element in einem Randverlauf ausgebuchtet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von der Stoßkante des ausgebuchteten Randes her Luft zwischen das abzutrennende Element und den Stapel geblasen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf einer Linie quer zu den Stoßkanten des gesamten Stapels Luft in den Stapel geblasen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elemente bezüglich der Lotrechten geneigt und aneinandergelehnt zu einem Stapel aufgestellt sind und daß das jeweils vordere Element in seinem unteren, waagerecht verlaufenden Randbereich erfaßt wird.
- Einrichtung zum Vereinzeln von blattartigen, flächigen Elementen, insbesondere von zu belichtenden Druckplatten, von einem Stapel derartiger Elemente, bevorzugt für eine automatische Ladevorrichtung für einen Druckplattenbelichter, mit einem Organ zur Erfassung des im Stapel jeweils oberen bzw. vorderen Elementes wenigstens im Verlauf eines Randes,
vorzugsweise zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Erfassungsorgan (2) derart ausgestaltet ist, daß der von ihm erfaßte Randverlauf des erfaßten Elementes (1') wenigstens in einem Abschnitt (10) gewölbt ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Erfassungsorgan (2) Saugelemente (4, 5) zur Ansaugung des zu erfassenden Elementes (1') umfaßt, von denen wenigstens ein Saugelement (5) weiter von der Oberfläche des anzusaugenden Elementes (1') beabstandet ist als andere der Saugelemente (4).
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens ein dem Wölbungsabschnitt (10) des erfaßten Elementes (1') zugeordnetes, unter das erfaßte Element (1') blasendes Luftblasorgan (12).
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Luftblasorgan (12) einen sich quer zu den Stoßkanten der Elemente (1) über die gesamte Stapelhöhe erstreckenden Austrittsschlitz (15) aufweist.
