Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Stapeln von flächigen Gegenständen, insbesondere Druckereiprodukten wie Zeitungen, Zeitschriften und dergleichen, mit einem Stapelschacht (12), einer Einrichtung (36) zum seitlichen Einführen eines Unterbogens (28) in den unteren Endbereich des Stapelschachtes (12), derart, dass der Unterbogen auf den Schachtboden (24) zu liegen kommt, und einem zum Ausstossen des Unterbogens (28) zusammen mit einem auf diesem angeordneten Stapel (22) von Gegenständen (14) aus dem Stapelschacht (12) von einer, in Ausstossrichtung (A) gesehen, stromaufwärts des Stapelschachtes (12) gelegenen Bereitschaftsstellung (32) durch den Stapelschacht (12) in Ausstossrichtung (A) hindurchbewegbaren Ausstosselement (30), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einführeinrichtung (36) ein am Ausstosselement (30) angeordnetes Mitnahmeorgan (42) aufweist, das dazu bestimmt ist, in Bereitschaftsstellung (32) des Ausstosselements (30) jeweils einen Unterbogen (28) aufzunehmen und beim Ausstossen eines Stapels (22) aus dem Stapelschacht (12) den erfassten Unterbogen (28) in den Stapelschacht (12) hineinzuziehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mitnahmeorgan (42) einen am Ausstosselement (30) angeordneten, nadelartigen, in Richtung gegen unten zeigenden Mitnahmestift (40) aufweist, der dazu bestimmt ist, einen auf ihn aufgespiessten Unterbogen (28) in den Stapelschacht (12) hineinzuziehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, gekennzeichnet durch eine in Ausstossrichtung (A) gesehen stromaufwärts des Stapelschachtes (12) angeordnete, vorzugsweise um eine horizontale Achse (52) schwenkbar gelagerte Auflage (50) für jeweils einen Unterbogen (28), die zum Aufspiessen dieses Unterbogens (28) auf den Mitnahmestift (40), bei sich in Bereitschaftsstellung (32) befindendem Ausstosselelment (30), aus einer Ruhelage unterhalb des Mitnahmestifts (40) in eine Aufspiesslage anhebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, gekennzeichnet durch ein am Ausstosselement (30) angeordnetes Abstreifelement (46') und einem Betätigungsorgan (68) für das Abstreifelement (46'), das dazu bestimmt ist, beim stromabwärtsgelegenen Ende des Stapelschachts (12) das Abstreifelement (46') zu betätigen um den Unterbogen (28) ab dem Mitnahmestift (40) abzustreifen.
- Vorrichung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstreifelement (46') einen am Ausstosselement (30) vorzugsweise bistabil gelagerten Abstreifhebel (46) aufweist, der mittels des Betätigungsorgans (68) in eine Abstreifstellung und vorzugsweise mittels eines Hebeantriebs (54) für die Auflage (50) in Ruhestellung verschwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine Unterbogenspeiseeinrichtung (74) mit einer Lageranordnung (76) für eine Vorratsrolle (78), einer Trenneinrichtung (98) zum Abtrennen von jeweils einem einen Unterbogen (28) bildenden Abschnitt von einer ab der Vorratsrolle (78) abgezogenen Materialbahn (80) und einer Fördereinrichtung (84) zum Abziehen der Materialbahn (80) ab der Vorratsrolle (78) und Fördern des Abschnitts zur Einführeinrichtung (36).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch eine Antriebseinrichtung zum Bewegen des Ausstosselements (30) aus der Bereitschaftsstellung (32) durch den Stapelschacht (12) hindurch und um diesen herum zurück in die Bereitschaftsstellung (32).
