Abstract

PURPOSE: To certainly separate the thin plate having been laminated, one by one by means of simple means by lifting up a little the vicinity of the both end parts of the laminated thin plate, absorbing by means of a vacuum pad, and lifting the whole one thin plate by the vacuum pad.
CONSTITUTION: Upper the thin plate 1 having been laminated, a proper number of vacuum pads 2aW2c corresponding to the length of the thin plate 1 are arranged shiftably at proper positions and freely movably up and down. When thin plates 1 are separated, each vacuum pad 2aW2c is lowered at first and positioned on the uppermost thin plate 1a. Then, only the vacuum pads 2a and 2c positioned in the vicinity of the both end parts of the thin plate 1a are elevated by a little distance H, and the thin plate 1a is pressed by other vacuum pad 2b, and the both end parts of the thin plate 1a are bent and separated from the thin plate 1 having been laminated. Then the vacuum pad 2b is elevated by the distance H described above, and only one thin plate 1a is separated certainly.
