Claims (12)
- Schloßkasten für Türschlösser, insbesondere für Einsteckschlösser, mit einem Schloßkastenboden (2) und einem am Schloßkastenboden (2) über mehrere Schrauben und/oder Nieten (12) gehaltenen Deckel (3), wobei zwischen dem Deckel (3) und einer von diesen beabstandeten Bodenwand (8) des Schloßkastenbodens (2) ein Schloßkasteninnenraum gebildet ist, der zur Aufnahme von Funktionselementen des Schlosses dient und am Umfang des Schloßkastens zumindest teilweise durch eine Umfangswand (9) des Schloßkastenbodens (2) verschlossen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (3) zusätzlich zu dem Schrauben (12) und/oder Nieten durch Einrasten am Schloßkastenboden (2) gehalten ist.
- Schloßkasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Rand des Deckels (3) erste Rastelemente (14, 15) vorgesehen sind, die bei auf den Schloßkastenboden (2) aufgesetztem Deckel (3) mit zweiten, am Schloßkastenboden (2) vorgesehenen Rastelementen (17, 18) in Eingriff stehen.
- Schloßkasten nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten oder zweiten Rastelemente Rastnasen (17, 18) sind, und daß die zweiten oder ersten Rastelemente beispielsweise von wenigstens einer Rast- oder Verriegelungsöffnung (16) gebildete und mit den Rastnasen (17, 18) zusammenwirkende Rastflächen aufweisen,
wobei beispielsweise die jeweilige Rast- oder Verriegelungsöffnung (14) an einer vorzugsweise federnden Verriegelungslasche (14, 15) vorgesehen ist. - Schloßkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Teil der Verriegelungslaschen (14, 15) am Umfang des Deckels (2) über eine Seite eines Deckelbodens (13) wegstehend vorgesehen sind.
- Schloßkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rastende Verriegelung zwischen dem Schloßkastenboden (2) und dem Deckel (3) an einer eine Schloßfalle (4) und/oder einen Schloßriegel (5) aufweisenden vorderen Stirnseite (1') und/oder an einer dieser gegenüberliegenden rückwärtigen Stirnseite (1") des Schloßkastens (1) vorgesehen sind.
- Schloßkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine an der vorderen Stirnseite (1') des Schloßkastens vorgesehene Verriegelungslasche (14) zwischen wenigstens einer in eine Verriegelungsöffnung (16) der Verriegelungslasche (14) eingreifenden Rastnase (18) und einer am Schloßkasten (1) oder am Schloßkastenboden (2) befestigten Stulpschiene (10) aufgenommen ist,
wobei beispielsweise die Stulpschiene (10) und die Verriegelungslasche (14) über Fixier- oder Verbindungselemente, beispielsweise über wenigstens einen an der Stulpschiene (10) vorgesehenen und in eine Bohrung (20) der Verriegelungslasche (14) eingreifenden Fixier- oder Zentrierstift (21) miteinander verbunden sind. - Schloßkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an beiden Enden jeder Verriegelungslaschen (14, 15) jeweils ein Einschnitt (14', 15') in dem diese Verriegelungslaschen aufweisenden Deckelboden (13) vorgesehen ist.
- Schloßkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungslaschen (15) jeweils in Ausnehmungen (19) an der Außenfläche der Umfangswand (9) des Schloßkastenbodens (2) aufgenommen sind, und zwar vorzugsweise formschlüssig.
- Schloßkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (3) aus einem Flachmaterial, vorzugsweise aus einem Metallblech, z.B. Stahlblech, beispielsweise als Stanz-Biegeteil hergestellt ist.
- Schloßkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schloßkastenboden (2) als Metall-Druckguß-Teil, beispielsweise als Zink-Druckguß-Teil ausgebildet ist und/oder als Formteil aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
- Schloßkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (3) als Metall-Druckguß-Teil, beispielsweise als Zink-Druckguß-Teil ausgebildet ist und/oder als Formteil aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
- Türschloß, insbesondere Einsteckschloß, mit einem Schloßkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
