Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Befestigen einer Bespannung auf einem Druckwerkzylinder einer Druckmaschine, wobei die Bespannung mindestens eine biegsame Trägerplatte enthält, die einen vorlaufenden und einen nachlaufenden abgekanteten Schenkel aufweist, beide Schenkel in wenigstens eine in Achsrichtung des Druckwerkzylinders verlaufende Zylindergrube einsteckbar sind, wobei der vorlaufende Schenkel mittels ersten schwenkbaren Zungen und der nachlaufende Schenkel mittels zweiten schwenkbaren Zungen spannbar ist, weiterhin die ersten schwenkbaren Zungen an einer ersten schwenkbaren Spindel und die zweiten schwenkbaren Zungen an einer zweiten schwenkbaren Spindel befestigt sind, und beide Spindeln in einer Bohrung der Zylindergrube angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine der Spindeln als Hohlspindel (5, 5.1, 5.2) ausgebildet ist, die in der Bohrung (4) der Zylindergrube (2, 2.1, 2.2) gelagert ist, und dass die weitere Spindel (6, 6.1, 6.2) in der Hohlspindel (5, 5.1, 5.2) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorlaufende Schenkel (12, 12.1, 12.2) mittels der ersten schwenkbaren Zungen (8, 8.1, 8.2) gegen eine spitzwinklig zur Zylindermantelfläche auslaufende erste Grubenwand (14, 14.1, 14.2) drückbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorlaufende Schenkel (12.1) von den ersten Zungen (8.1) formschlüssig erfass- und in die Zylindergrube (2.1) ziehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorlaufende Schenkel (12.1) eine insbesondere V-förmig ausgebildete Kerbe (18) aufweist, mit der die ersten Zungen (8.1) zusammenarbeiten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der nachlaufende Schenkel (15, 15.1) von den zweiten Zungen (9, 9.1) formschlüssig erfass- und in die Zylindergrube (2, 2.1) ziehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Zungen (9, 9.1) in den etwa 90° abgekanteten nachlaufenden Schenkel (15, 15.1) eingreifen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der nachlaufende Schenkel (15.2) mittels der zweiten schwenkbaren Zungen (9.2) gegen eine zweite Grubenwand (20) drückbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hohlspindel (5, 5.1, 5.2) Ausnehmungen (11) aufweist, durch die die an der weiteren Spindel (6, 6.1, 6.2) befestigten zweiten Zungen (9, 9.1, 9.2) hindurchtreten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Achsrichtung des Druckwerkzylinders (1, 1.1, 1.2) abwechselnd erste und zweite Zungen (8, 8.1, 8.2, 9, 9.1, 9.2) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und/oder zweiten Zungen (8, 8.1, 8.2, 9, 9.1, 9.2) federnd ausgeführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bespannung eine Druckplatte (7, 7.2) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bespannung eine Gummitucheinheit (7.1) ist, bei der auf der Trägerplatte (16) mit Ausnahme des vorlaufenden und nachlaufenden Schenkels (12.1, 15.1) ein Gummituch (17) befestigt ist.
