Claims (7)
- Klemmvorrichtung zum Befestigen von Druckformen auf dem Formzylinder von Druckmaschinen, insbesondere zum Befestigen von Druckplatten auf dem Plattenzylinder von Bogenoffsetdruckmaschinen, bestehend aus einem Ober-und Unterteil (2,3), wobei das eine Teil zylinderfest und das entsprechend damit zusammenwirkende andere Teil in zumindest annähernd radialer Richtung des Zylinders beweglich gelagert ist, einer auf das bewegliche Unter- bzw. Oberteil zum Öffnen und Klemmen einwirkenden Betätigungseinrichtung (7) sowie die Klemmkraft federelastisch auf das bewegliche Unter- bzw. Oberteil übertragende Bauteile (9,10),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens ein Bauteil der auf das bewegliche Unter- bzw. Oberteil (3, 2) einwirkenden Betätigungseinrichtung (7) eine beim Aufbauen der Klemmkraft wirksam werdende Federelastizität aufweist. - Klemmeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Betätigungseinrichtung als eine Welle (7) ausgebildet ist, welche über axial voneinander beabstandete Lager (6) zylinderfest abgestützt und zwischen den Lagern (6) durch die aufzubringende Klemmkraft jeweils um ein vorgegebenes Maß verbiegbar ist. - Klemmeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Welle (7) zwischen je zwei Lagern (6) jeweils wenigstens eine mit dem Unter- bzw. Oberteil (3, 2) zusammenwirkende Nocke bzw. einen Exzenter (9) aufweist. - Klemmeinrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Unter- bzw. Oberteil (3, 2) jeweils eine mit dem Nocken bzw. dem Exzenter (9) der Welle (7) zusammenwirkende Rolle (10) aufweist. - Verfahren zum Wechseln von Druckformen des Formzylinders von Druckmaschinen, insbesondere zum Wechsel von Druckplatten des Plattenzylinders von Bogenoffsetdruckmaschinen, wobei nach dem Öffnen einer dem Druckanfang des Zylinders zugeordneten und die vordere Kante der Druckform haltenden Klemmvorrichtung die Druckform aus dem Erfassungsbereich der Klemmvorrichtung herausgezogen wird und wobei zum Öffnen und Schließen der Klemmvorrichtung der Formzylinder in vorgegebene Positionen verfahren und zum Wechseln der Druckform in vorgegebene Richtungen verdreht wird unter Verwendung einer Klemmeinrichtung gemäß einer der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß nach dem Öffnen der dem Druckanfang des Zylinders zugeordneten und die vordere Kante der Druckform haltenden Klemmvorrichtung der Formzylinder um einen vorgegebenen Winkelbetrag rückwärts verdreht wird, daß die Druckform am Ende der Bewegung durch Halten wenigstens eines Teiles der Druckform lagefixiert wird, und daß daraufhin der Formzylinder vorwärts verdreht wird, bis die vordere Kante der Druckform aus der geöffneten Klemmvorrichtung herausgezogen worden ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß nach dem Lagefixieren der Druckform der Formzylinder wieder in die Position vorwärts gedreht wird, in welcher das Öffnen der die vordere Kante der Druckform haltenden Klemmeinrichtung erfolgt und in dieser Position eine neue Druckform in den geöffneten Erfassungsbereich der Klemmeinrichtung eingeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die vom Formzylinder abgeförderte Druckform nach dem Aufziehen einer neuen Druckform auf den Formzylinder aus der lagefixierten Position entnommen wird.
