Description

Die Druckformvorderkante 4 und die Druckformhinterkante 5 sind verkleinert wiedergegeben, sowie auch die Darstellung des Spannelements 7 in seinen Positionen 7.1 und 7.2. Das Spannelement 7 - sei es ein durchgängiges Bauteil oder mehrere einzelne Zungen - ist in einer Traverse 12 aufgenommen, die in einer Bohrung 13 des Druckformzylinders 1 drehbar ist. Die Traverse 12 ist mit einem Hebel 14 versehen, der über ein Stellorgan 17 - beispielsweise einen Pneumatikzylinder - schwenkbar ist. An dem von der Traverse 12 abgewandten Ende des Hebels 14 ist ein Bolzen 16 vorgesehen, der sowohl den Hebel 14 als auch eine Gabel 15 durchgreift, wobei die Gabel 15 durch das Stellorgan 17 verstellbar ist. Das Stellorgan 17 selbst kann in einem verdrehbaren Widerlager 18 an einer Stirnseite des Druckformzylinders 1 aufgenommen sein; auch eine Anordnung an beiden Stirnseiten des Druckformzylinders 1 wäre denkbar. Bei dem Stellorgan 17 in dem hier gezeigten Beispiel handelt es sich um einen Pneumatikzylinder, dessen Kammern über Anschlüsse 19 mit einem Druckmedium beaufschlagt sind. Es könnte auch ein Elektromotor oder ein Hydraulikzylinder oder dergleichen zur Betätigung der Traverse 12 eingesetzt werden.

Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zur Befestigung von Druckformen (3) auf dem Umfang eines Druckformzylinders (1), bei dem die Druckformvorderkante (4) und die Druckformhinterkante (5) in einem Kanal (2) aufgenommen sind, im gespannten Zustand der Druckform (3) an den Seitenwänden (8, 9) des Kanales (2) anliegen und im Kanal (2) eine drehbare Traverse (12) aufgenommen ist, an der ein Spannelement (7) befestigt ist, welches auf eine der Kanten (4, 5) der Druckform (3) einwirkt und an einer der Seitenwände (8, 9) des Kanales (2) ein Vorsprung (11) ausgeführt ist, der sich über die Breite des Druckformzylinders (1) erstreckt, und sich die Druckformhinterkante (5) am Umfang des Druckformzylinders (1) auf die Druckformvorderkante (4) zubewegt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Druckformhinterkante (5) über das federnd an diese angestellte Spannelement (7), mit welchem auch die Druckformvorderkante (4) absicherbar ist, während des Spannvorganges in tangentialer Richtung auf den Druckformzylinder spannbar ist. - Vorrichtung zur Befestigung von Druckformen gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die den Vorsprung (11) aufweisende Seitenwand (9) des Kanales mit einer Anschrägung (10) versehen ist. - Vorrichtung zum Befestigen von Druckformen gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Spannelement (7) die Druckformkante (5) linienförmig berührt. - Vorrichtung zum Befestigen von Druckformen gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Vorsprung (11) in der Seitenwand (9) des Kanales (2) gehärtet ist. - Vorrichtung zum Befestigen von Druckformen gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Vorsprung (11) an einem in die Seitenwand (9) des Kanales (2) eingelassenen sich axial über die Breite des Druckformzylinders (1) erstreckenden stabförmigen Element ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung zum Befestigen von Druckformen gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Spannelement (7) federnd in einer betätigbaren Traverse (12) eingelassen ist. - Vorrichtung zum Befestigen von Druckformen gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Spannelement (7) in dem die Druckform (3) spannenden Zustand (7.2) federnd an die Druckformkante (5) angestellt und in dieser Position arretiert ist. - Vorrichtung zum Befestigen von Druckformen gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Spannelement (7) die Druckformvorderkante (4) während der Montage oder Demontage der Druckform (3) in einer provisorischen Spannstellung (7.1) im Kanal (2) des Druckformzylinders (1) hält.
