Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Befestigen einer biegsamen Platte (02; 58) mit Einhängeschenkeln (06; 07; 61; 62) auf einem Zylinder (02) einer Rotationsdruckmaschine, mit einem Befestigungsschlitz (09), wobei der Befestigungsschlitz (09) in radialer Richtung in einer Zylindergrube (03) mündet und in der Zylindergrube (03) Befestigungselemente (39; 41; 48; 49; 53) angeordnet sind, wobei der vorlaufende, spitzwinklig abgekantete Einhängeschenkel (06; 61) zwischen einem grubenfesten Widerlager (12) und dem zweiten Befestigungselement (39) reibschlüssig geklemmt ist und der nachlaufende, annähernd rechtwinklig abgekantete Einhängeschenkel (07; 62) zwischen einem grubenfesten Widerlager (13; 19) und dem ersten Befestigungselement (41) reibschlüssig geklemmt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Befestigungselement (41) eine erste Leiste (41) und das zweite Befestigungselement (39) eine zweite Leiste (39) aufweisen, deren jeweils erste Enden (42; 43) an einem Basiskörper (19; 32 bis 334) schwenkbar gelagert sind und deren jeweils zweite Enden (46; 47) direkt oder indirekt mit den Einhängeschenkern (06; 07; 61; 62) reibschlüssig zusammenwirkend angeordnet sind, dass die Leisten (39; 41) mittels zusätzlicher Federn (48; 49) an die Einhängeschenkel (06; 07; 61; 62) anstellbar sind, dass die Leisten (39; 41) mittels eines Luftschlauches (27) von den Einhängeschenkeln (06; 07; 61; 62) abstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende (47) der ersten Leiste (41) und das Ende (46) der zweiten Leiste (39) direkt auf die Einhängeschenkel (06; 07; 61; 62) drückend angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest zwischen dem spitzwinklig abgekanteten Einhängeschenkel (06; 61) und dem Ende (46) der zweiten Leiste (39) ein Wälzkörper, insbesondere eine Klemmrolle (53), angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das grubenfeste Widerlager (13; 19) des annähernd rechtwinklig abgekanteten Endes (47) der ersten Leiste (41) als Grubenwand (13) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das grubenfeste Widerlager (13; 19) des annähernd rechtwinklig abgekanteten Endes (47) der ersten Leiste (41) als Teil des Basiskörpers ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Basiskörper (19) aus mehreren kürzeren miteinander kuppelbaren Basiskörpern (32; 33; 34) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf den vorlaufenden Einhängeschenkel (06) wirkende Druckkraft (F2) kleiner ist als die auf den nachlaufenden Einhängeschenkel (07) wirkende Druckkraft (F1 ).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem Befestigungsschlitz (09) ein vorlaufender Einhängeschenkel (06) einer zweiten Platte (58) und ein nachlaufender Einhängeschenkel (07) einer ersten Platte (02) angeordnet ist.
