Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Befestigen einer biegsamen Platte (02) mit Einhängeschenkeln (06; 07) auf einem Zylinder (01) einer Rotationsdruckmaschine mit einem Befestigungsschlitz (09), wobei der Befestigungsschlitz (09) in radialer Richtung in eine Zylindergrube (03) mündet und in der Zylindergrube (03) in axialer Richtung mehrere Basiskörper (32; 33; 34) zur Aufnahme von Befestigungselementen (14; 16; 21; 26 bzw. 39; 41; 48; 49; 53 bzw. 39; 41; 47; 48; 49) angeordnet sind, wobei diese Basiskörper (32; 33; 34) in Umfangsrichtung unverdrehbar angeordnet sind und eine Länge der Befestigungselemente (14; 16; 21; 26 bzw. 39; 41; 48; 49; 53 bzw. 39; 41; 47; 48; 49) in axialer Richtung des Zylinders (01) kleiner oder gleich einer Länge der Basiskörper (32; 33; 34) ist, wobei die Basiskörper (32; 33; 34) bezüglich einer Verdrehung in Umfangsrichtung miteinander kuppelbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Luftschlauch (27) mehrere in axialer Richtung nebeneinander liegende Befestigungselemente (14; 16; 21; 26 bzw. 39; 41; 48; 49; 53 bzw. 39; 41; 47; 48; 49) gemeinsam bewegend angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (14; 16; 21; 26 bzw. 39; 41; 48; 49; 53 bzw. 39; 41; 47; 48; 49) unabhängig voneinander bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (14; 16; 21; 26) als Blattfedern (14; 16) ausgebildet sind, deren erste Enden (17; 18) am Basiskörper (32; 33; 34) befestigt sind und deren zweite Enden (22; 23) die Einhängeschenkel (06; 07) der Platte (02) haltend angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (39; 41; 48; 49; 53 bzw. 39; 41; 47; 48; 49) und sowohl der vordere als auch der hintere Einhängeschenkel (06; 07) reibschlüssig zusammenwirken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch eine Basiskörperöffnung (31) des Basiskörpers (32, 33, 34) mit den Einhängeschenkeln (06; 07) in oder außer Wirkverbindung bringbare Teile (22; 23 bzw. 46; 53 bzw. 46; 47) der Befestigungselemente (14; 16; 21; 26 bzw. 39; 41; 48; 49; 53 bzw. 39; 41; 47; 48; 49) ragen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (14; 16; 21; 26 bzw. 39; 41; 48; 49; 53 bzw. 39; 41; 47; 48; 49) mittels eines aufblasbaren Luftschlauches (27) mit den Einhängeschenkeln (06; 07) aus einer Wirkverbindung bringbar angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Basiskörper (32 bis 34) einen C-förmig runden oder C-förmig vieleckigen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (39; 41; 48; 49; 53 bzw 39; 41; 47; 48; 49) aus zwei parallel zueinander verlaufenden Leisten (39; 41) bestehen, deren erste Enden (42; 43) voneinander beabstandet am Basiskörper (32 bis 34) schwenkbar gelagert sind, daß einhängeschenkelnahe freie zweite Enden (46; 47) der Leisten (39; 41) direkt oder indirekt mittels eines zwischen den Leisten befindlichen Luftschlauches (27) gegen die Druckkraft (F1; F2) von Federn (48; 49) mit den Einhängeschenkeln (06; 07) außer Eingriff bringbar angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf den vorlaufenden Einhängeschenkel (06) wirkende Druckkraft (F2) der Feder (49) größer ist als die auf den nachlaufenden Einhängeschenkel (07) wirkende Druckkraft (F1) der Feder (48).
