Claims (7)
- Kriechbeständige und ausdehnungsarme Eisen-Nickel-Legierung, die (in Masse-%) neben 0,08 bis 0,12% C, max. 1 % Mn, und max. 1 % Si einen Mo-Gehalt von 0,4 bis 0,8 % und/oder einen Or-Gehalt von 0,1 bis 0,3 %, max. 1,0% Nb, sowie einen Ni-Gehalt von 35 bis 38 % sowie gegebenenfalls zwischen 0.5 und 7% kobalt beinhaltet, Rest-Eisen und herstellungsbedingte Verunreinigungen, wobei die Legierung im Temperaturbereich von 20 bis 100°C einen Wärmeausdehnungskoeffizienten < 6,0 x 10-6/K aufweist.
- Verwendung der Eisen-Nickel-Legierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 für Rahmenteile von Schattenmasken sowie für Schattenmasken von Bildschirmen und Monitoren.
- Verwendung der Eisen-Nickel-Legierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 für passive Komponenten von Thermobimetallen.
- Verwendung der Eisen-Nickel-Legierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 für Komponenten zur Herstellung, Lagerung und Transport von verflüssigten Gasen.
- Verwendung der Eisen-Nickel-Legierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 für Komponenten in der Laser-Technologie.
- Verwendung der Eisen-Nickel-Legierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 für Leadframes.
- Verwendung der Eisen-Nickel-Legierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 für Bauteile von Elektronenkanonen, insbesondere in Fernsehröhren.
