Definitions
- the invention relates to a safety net for falling stone structures or the like, with one of interlocking rings or the like existing net and this supporting means, the net outside on at least two opposite sides of at least each an edge rope and / or a guy rope is held.
- the present invention was made based on this Safety net based on the task of a safety net after the beginning to further develop the above-mentioned genus in such a way that higher Energys added with a relatively low design effort can be. Furthermore, existing inventions are also intended with this invention built-in safety nets can be retrofitted to make them higher as well To be able to absorb energies. Furthermore, should failure (Tearing) of the edge ropes or guy ropes reached due to overload that the overall system still fulfills its protective task.
- connecting elements very advantageously each have a braking means which with a corresponding tensile load is a defined one Stretching the connecting element causes.
- Fig. 1 shows a safety net 10, which is built as a so-called gallery and is therefore laid out horizontally.
- the safety net 10 has Net 12, which is composed of interlocking rings 12 ' is.
- the network 12 is on the outer long sides each an edge rope 14, 15 and on the outer narrow sides on supports 16, 17 held.
- the supports 16, 17 are approximate to the conventional ones vertically extending slopes, rock walls 11 etc. in one Anchored at an angle to the outside. It's between the outside Supports 16, 17 two further supports 18, 19 at equal distances from each other anchored in rock 11, which is arranged parallel to the outer and hold the net at the front as well as at the foot end.
- the Supports 16 to 19 are additionally held on restraining cables 21, which anchored on the one hand at the front end of the support and on the other hand on the rock are. They each extend obliquely to the rear, whereby from a support two restraint cables 21 to the left or to the right run behind, so that these supports are statically optimal on the rock 11 are attached. Furthermore, there are lateral supports 16, 17 on the outer supports Guy ropes 22 are provided.
- Safety nets 10 of this type are usually above railways, Roads etc. positioned and they have the function of rock 23, rubble, wood, such as tree trunks, tree stumps, earth material and / or the like, so that they do not affect the underlying Trasses fall.
- additional connecting elements 25 are provided, which the net 12 on the outside and / or inside connect with the suspension elements, so that if one falls in, one Stone 23 or the like into the network 12 absorbs the resulting energies become.
- the supports 16 to 19 are used as suspension elements used.
- the connecting elements 25 could also on the Retaining cables 21, attached to separate anchors or the like his.
- each support 16 to 19 on the outside end and on Each foot end a connecting element 25 with identical dimensions intended.
- the supports 16, 17 located on the outside are each two, meanwhile the inner supports 18, 19 in both directions on the head and at the foot end each associated with a connecting element 25. With that in each section of the network 12 between the supports four such Fasteners available.
- the suspension elements could also with more than four, for example 8, such connecting elements be equipped.
- each connecting element 25 Brake means 27, 27 'integrated which when a stone falls or similar the resulting train and other energies in the network proportionally absorbed.
- a braking means is in the document US-A-5,207,302. It is advantageously formed from a ring, which for example consists of a bent metal tube (metal rod), at one end with a rope held on the support, however is connected at the other end to a rope held on the net.
- the adjacent end regions of the metal tube are also includes a clamping ring 28.
- the restraint cables are also 21 still equipped with such braking means 29.
- the connecting elements are in the middle section of the network 12 25 and with them the braking means 27 'in which the stone 23 has fallen in, stretched, i.e. their rings are correspondingly smaller become. With a correspondingly higher load, these tear rings forming a predetermined breaking point.
- the net 12 on the bilateral edge ropes 14, 15 is very advantageous slidably attached by means of sliding elements 24, each of which Sliding element 24 around an edge-side ring 12 'and around the edge rope 14, 15 is looped.
- the connecting elements 25 ensure that the against the Rows of rings drawn at the point of impact are retained. By doing Moment when the falling stone falls into the net and pulls it down, as can be seen from Figure 1, the connecting elements 25 are pulled, until the brake rings 27 'are stretched in a first stage, as shown, and tear the connecting elements in a second stage. In order to can be a definable proportion of the total absorption energy required be included.
- FIG. 2 shows an approximately vertically arranged safety net 30 in partial View, which differs from that according to Fig.1 is arranged on a sloping slope and falling down the slope Material, such as stones 31, catches.
- the safety net 30 is on attached approximately vertical supports 34, 38 provided as suspension means, which are held on tether 36.
- a network 33 in turn exists of intertwined rings 33 ', each of several Turns of a wire are formed.
- the network 33 is above and below held by approximately horizontal edge ropes 41, 42, wherein existing on the rings 33 'sliding elements 44 again as in a curtain for a possibility of moving the network 33 along provide these ropes 41, 42.
- connecting elements 45 are provided, which the net 33 on the one hand on the outside on its upper side 45 'or underside and on the other hand connect 45 "inside it with the support 34, 38, on this support two at the top and two at the bottom End are attached.
- the two extending into the interior 45 "of the network Connecting elements have approximately the same length and one of them is in the upper one and the other in the lower one Half of the net attached.
- the fasteners 45 in the section the net in which the stone 31 has bounced are stretched again.
- the rings of the braking means 47 are each of a diameter of, for example, 25 centimeters in the unloaded state reduced to a small diameter of a few centimeters.
- FIG. 3 shows a section of a safety net system 50, which several in the same direction and in the same place the support 51 has connecting elements 52, 53, 54, 56, 57 arranged, which in turn are each equipped with a braking means 55 are.
- the one connecting elements 52, 53, 54 engage on the outside of the network 50, but the connecting elements 56, 57 inside are attached to the network.
- the latter two are Connecting elements 56, 57 in front of the edge rope 59 carrying the net, meanwhile, this edge rope is arranged behind the support 51 on the valley side.
- the Brake means 55 acting in the manner of a shock absorber has on the side by side lying ends each a comprehensive clamping ring 55 '.
- the connecting elements 52, 53, starting from the support 51 54, 56, 57 are each provided with a different length and accordingly on the network 58 on the outside and on the other inside the same at different points at defined intervals attached so that these connecting elements one after the other in the event of a stone fall or absorb energy with each other until they tear.
- Safety net 10 additional connecting elements 25 illustrates which at one end at the outer or inner end of the supports 18, 19 attached and at the other end 25 "not on the outside, but are attached to the network. From the supports 18, 19 go into both Directions inside and outside two connection elements away. In order to there is an increased catch force compared to the embodiment according to FIG of the network, i.e. even heavier items can be safely be caught by the network.
- the connecting elements could, in addition to the different lengths according to Figure 3 also with different materials and dimensions, so that they are different Absorbance, tear strength or braking effects arise.
- several connecting elements could also be used in parallel and / or be installed in series with one another.
- the safety net according to Figure 1 can of course also on one sloping slope can be arranged as a gallery.
- the number or length and width of the fields formed by the spaced supports can be adjusted as required depending on the local conditions.
- edge ropes could also be implemented by a double rope guide, the corresponding brake rings preferably being arranged in the supports are.
- braking means could also be different than above be explained, for example by known friction elements.
- the connecting elements could only be inside the network and not be attached to the outside of it, which is not closer is shown.
- the connecting elements could also be on the suspension element not only arranged at the end, but also at any point like in the middle of the column.
- the connecting elements are included of such a length that they sag somewhat and not are already fully stretched. If a stone falls into the net, this enables the network - as shown - to still curtain-like can move before these fasteners are stretched and the network can only be moved to a limited extent.
