Claims (17)
- Verfahren zum Wechseln von Paletten (12, 86) für Bogenstapel (30, 76) bei ununterbrochener Förderung von Bogen (4) zur Stapelstelle (6), mit den Schritten:eine vorgebbare Anzahl von Bogen (4) wird an der Stapelstelle (6) zu einem ersten Bogenstapel (30) auf einer ersten Palette (12) gestapelt;ein Trennfinger (26) wird von der in Förderrichtung hinteren Seite zwischen den ersten Bogenstapel (30) und die nachfolgenden Bogen (4) verbracht;mit Hilfe des Trennfingers (26) wird eine Lücke (68) zwischen dem ersten Bogenstapel (30) und den nachfolgenden Bogen (4) erzeugt;eine winkelförmige Trennbacke (28) wird an den Rücken der nachfolgenden Bogen und in die von dem Trennfinger (26) erzeugte Lücke (68) zwischen dem ersten Bogenstapel (30) und den nachfolgenden Bogen (4) verbracht, wobei die Trennbacke eine dem Rücken (70) eines Stapels (76) aus in den Wirkbereich der Trennbacke (28) geförderten Bogen (4) zugeordnete Oberfläche (54) aufweist, an der ein Unterdruck erzeugbar ist;die nachfolgenden Bogen (4) werden an die Trennbacke (28) gesaugt;die Lücke (68) zwischen dem ersten Bogenstapel (30) und den nachfolgenden, von der Trennbacke (28) gehaltenen Bogen (4) wird vergrößert;in die vergrößerte Lücke (68) wird ein Hilfstisch (58) verbracht;die erste Palette (12) mit dem ersten Bogenstapel (30) wird unter dem Hilfstisch (58) wegbefördert;eine zweite, leere Palette (86) wird unter den Hilfstisch (58) verbracht;der Hilfstisch (58) wird wegbefördert;das Ansaugen der nachfolgenden Bogen (4) an die Trennbacke (28) wird gestoppt;die Trennbacke (28) wird aus der Lücke (68) genommen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
wobei das Erzeugen der Lücke (68) zwischen dem ersten Bogenstapel (30) und den nachfolgenden Bogen (4) erzeugt wird, indem der Trennfinger (26) langsamer abgesenkt wird, als der erste Bogenstapel (30). - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, mit dem Schritt:gleichzeitig mit oder nach dem Einbringen der Trennbacke (28) in die von dem Trennfinger (26) erzeugte Lücke (68) wird der Trennfinger (26) aus der Lücke (68) genommen.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die nachfolgenden Bogen (4) angesaugt werden, indem durch den Bogen (4) zugewandte Öffnungen (46, 56) in der Trennbacke Gas angesaugt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die Trennbacke (28) die nachfolgenden Bogen (4) an deren Unterseite (72) ansaugt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die Trennbacke (28) die nachfolgenden Bogen (4) erst dann ansaugt, wenn bereits mehrere nachfolgende Bogen (4) in den Wirkbereich der Trennbacke (28) gefördert wurden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
wobei in dem Wirkbereich der Trennbacke (28) aus den nachfolgenden Bogen (4) der Anfang eines neuen Stapels (76) gebildet wird, und wobei dessen Rücken (70) von der Trennbacke (28) angesaugt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die nachfolgenden Bogen (4) von einem Frontanrichter (8) angesaugt werden, sobald sie den Anfang eines neuen Stapels (76) bilden. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei während des Einbringens des Hilfstisches (58) mindestens ein auf seiner Oberfläche angeordnetes Band (60) derart aktiviert wird, daß die Relativgeschwindigkeit zwischen dem Band (60) und der Unterseite (72) des untersten nachfolgenden Bogens (4) im wesentlichen gleich Null ist. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei während des Einbringens des Hilfstisches (58) mit Hilfe des Hilfstisches (58) Gas gegen die Unterseite (72) des Bandes (60) geblasen wird. - Vorrichtung zum Wechseln von Paletten (12, 86) für Bogenstapel (30, 76) bei ununterbrochener Förderung von Bogen (4) zur Stapelstelle (6), mit einer an der Stapelstelle (6) angeordneten, absenkbaren Ablageplattform (12, 86),
mit einem Trennfinger (26), welcher zwischen einem eine vorgebbare Anzahl von Bogen (4) enthaltenden ersten Bogenstapel (30) und nachfolgenden Bogen (4) einbringbar ist, wobei der Trennfinger (26) zur Erzeugung einer Lücke (68) zwischen dem ersten Bogenstapel (30) und den nachfolgenden Bogen (4) langsamer absenkbar ist als die Ablageplattform (12, 86),
mit einer Trennbacke (28), die in die von dem Trennfinger (26) zwischen dem ersten Bogenstapel (30) und den nachfolgenden Bogen (4) erzeugte Lücke (68) einbringbar ist, wobei mit Hilfe der Trennbacke (28) die von dem Trennfinger (26) zwischen dem ersten Bogenstapel (30) und den nachfolgenden Bogen (4) erzeugte Lücke (68) vergrößerbar ist,
mit einem Hilfstisch (58), welcher in die vergrößerte Lücke (68) einbringbar ist,
wobei die Trennbacke Saugmittel (46, 50, 52, 56) aufweist, mit deren Hilfe mindestens einer der nachfolgenden Bogen (4) ansaugbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennbacke (28) winkelförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei die Trennbacke eine dem Rücken (70) eines Stapels (76) aus in den Wirkbereich der Trennbacke (28) geförderten Bogen (4) zugeordnete Oberfläche (54) aufweist, an der ein Unterdruck erzeugbar ist. - Trennbacke für eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Wechseln von Paletten (12, 86) für Bogenstapel (30, 76) bei ununterbrochener Förderung von Bogen (4) zur Stapelstelle (6),
gekennzeichnet durch Öffnungen (46, 56), mit deren Hilfe in der Umgebung der Trennbacke (28) ein Unterdruck erzeugbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennbacke (28) winkelförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei die Trennbacke eine dem Rücken (70) eines Stapels (76) aus in den Wirkbereich der Trennbacke (28) geförderten Bogen (4) zugeordnete Oberfläche (54) aufweist, an der der Unterdruck erzeugbar ist. - Trennbacke nach Anspruch 12,
wobei die Trennbacke (28) eine der Unterseite (72) von in den Wirkbereich der Trennbacke (28) geförderten Bogen (4) zugeordnete Oberfläche (44) aufweist, an der der Unterdruck erzeugbar ist. - Trennbacke nach einem der Ansprüche 12 oder 13,

(44) der Trennbacke (28) ausblasbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
wobei der Hilfstisch (58) Öffnungen aufweist, durch die Gas zur Erzeugung eines Überdruckes in der Umgebung des Hilfstisches (58) ausblasbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest die den auf den Hilfstisch (58) geförderten Bogen (4) zugewandte Oberfläche des Hilfstisches (58) aus einem im wesentlichen gasundurchlässigen Tuch (60) gebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16,
wobei das Tuch (60) derart relativ zum Hilfstisch (58) bewegbar ist, dass bei dem Einschieben des Hilfstisches (58) unter einen Bogenstapel (76) die Relativgeschwindigkeit zwischen der Unterseite (72) des Bogenstapels (76) und dem Tuch (60) im wesentlichen gleich Null ist.
