Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum Führen einer zu trocknenden Faserstoff-Bahn zusammen mit einem porösen Stützband (15) durch eine Trockenvorrichtung,
mit einer Anordnung zum Führen der Bahn und des Stützbandes (5) auf einem im wesentlichen geraden Laufweg von einem heizbaren Trockenzylinder (11), der auf einem Teil seines Umfangs von der Bahn und dem Stützband umschlungen wird und dabei die Bahn berührt, zu einer Umlenkwalze (10), die auf einem Teil ihres Umfangs vom Stützband umschlungen wird und dabei das Stützband berührt, zu einem weiteren Trockenzylinder (12),
einem in dem Zwickel zwischen den Trockenzylindern (11, 12) und der Umlenkwalze (10) angeordneten, an einen Absaugkanal (18) angeschlossenen Saugkasten (14), der im Bereich der Ablaufstelle (A) vom ersten Trockenzylinder (11) eine Pick-up-Zone aufweist, welche durch eine vor der Ablaufstelle (A) gelegene, sich quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung erstreckende erste Dichtleiste und eine nach der Ablaufstelle gelegene, sich quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung erstreckende zweite Dichtleiste (36) begrenzt und an einen Absaugkanal (3) angeschlossen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pick-up-Zone mit einem höheren Unterdruck beaufschlagt ist als der Saugkasten (14). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in Bahnlaufrichtung nach der Ablaufstelle (A) angeordnete Dichtleiste so positioniert ist, dass bei einer Besaugung durch den Absaugkanal (3) zwischen der Oberfläche des Trockenzylinders (11) und der Faserstoffbahn eine Hinterlüftung gegeben ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pick-up-Zone durch die Dichtleisten (16, 36) und eine die Saugöffnung (32) aufweisende Wand begrenzt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pick-up-Zone quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung in Saugzonen mit unterschiedlicher Besaugung eingeteilt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Luftstrom des mit der Pick-up-Zone verbundenen Absaugkanals regelbar ist.
