Claims (4)
- Vorrichtung zum Führen einer zu trocknenden Faserstoffbahn zusammen mit einem porösen Stützband (15) durch eine Trockenvorrichtung, mit den folgenden Merkmalen:a) Die Anordnung dient zum Führen der Bahn und des Stützbandes (15) auf einem im wesentlichen geraden Laufweg von einem heizbaren Trockenzylinder (11), der auf einem Teil seines Umfanges von der Bahn und dem Stützband umschlungen wird und dabei die Bahn berührt, zu einer Umlenkwalze (10), die auf einem Teil ihres Umfanges vom Stützband und von der Bahn umschlungen wird und dabei das Stützband berührt;b) der Walzenmantel (10a) der Umlenkwalze (10) hat Ausnehmungen, vorzugsweise Perforationen (13), die an eine Unterdruckquelle anschließbar sind mittels eines externen Saugkastens (14), der an dem vom Stützband (15) und der Bahn freien Teil des Umfanges der Umlenkwalze angeordnet ist;c) der Saugkasten ( 14) hat im Bereich eines Ablaufstelle (A) vom Zylinder (11) eine Abstreifleiste (16), die sich quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung über die Länge des Saugkastens erstreckt und zum Abstreifen der vom Stützband (15) mitgeführten Luftgrenzschicht dient;d) der Saugkasten hat im Bereich der Ablaufstelle (A) in Bahnlaufrichtung gesehen nach und parallel zu der Abstreifleiste (16) eine Dichtleiste (36), die zusammen mit der Abstreifleiste (16) und mindestens einer Saugöffnung (32) eine Pick-up-Zone (1) bildet, die einen separaten Absaugkanal (3) aufweist;e) der Saugkasten (14) hat am freien Umfangsteil der Umlenkwalze (10) wenigstens eine Saugöffnung (2) und Dichtleisten (28, 29);f) der Saugkasten (14) verfügt über einen Absaugkanal (18), der mit einer Unterdruckquelle außerhalb der Maschine verbunden ist;g) dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Absaugkanal (3) der Pick-up-Zone quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung in Saugzonen mit unterschiedlicher Besaugung eingeteilt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Absaugkanal (3) über eine separate Unterdruckquelle verfügt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Luftstrom des Absaugkanales (3) regelbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Absaugkanal (3) - quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung gesehen - im Randbereich zum Einfädeln der Bahn eine separate Saugzone aufweist.
