Definitions
- the invention relates to a machine for producing a material web, in particular a paper or cardboard web according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a machine is used to solve this task Manufacture of a web of material suggested that the features mentioned in claim 1. Thereby, that the first drying cylinder of the dryer section of this Machine - seen in the conveying direction of the material web - immediately downstream of the press equipment , the web drying process can be direct and immediate insert after the press section and thus improved become.
- the temperature of the first drying cylinder regardless of the temperature of the other drying cylinders in the dryer section is adjustable.
- the surface of the drying cylinder can quickly reach the evaporation temperature be heated, creating a space-saving Extension of the drying capacity of the machine is feasible for producing a material web.
- the This measure makes the machine very compact and is therefore characterized by relatively low Acquisition cost.
- One embodiment is particularly preferred of the procedure, which is characterized in that the Temperature in the first drying cylinder is selected so that between this and the accumulating material web forms a vapor layer and thus a Glue the material web to the surface of the drying cylinder is avoided.
- the machine described below can generally for the production of material webs respectively Fibrous webs are used. It is particularly suitable for the production of a Paper or cardboard web.
- the figure shows a section of a Machine 1 for the production of a material web 3, in particular a paper making machine for manufacturing a paper web.
- the illustration shows the Transitional area between a press section 5 and a dryer section 7. From the press section 5 is here a last press device shown, the one Press roll 9 and a conventional counter roll 11 as well has a press shoe 13. Through the press nip N the material web 3 together with a press felt 15 passed, which is pressed out of the material web Absorbs liquid.
- the first is in the immediate vicinity of the press roll 9 Drying cylinder 19 of the dryer section 7 is arranged. He takes the web of material 3 from the surface of the press roll 9 from.
- the machine 1 is a transfer scraper 21 provided the one on the surface of the press roll 9 resting doctor blade 23 and preferably a optionally adjustable blow pipe 25 having.
- the transfer scraper 21 serves, at least during the threading process the material web or a threading strip from the press roller 9 to transfer to the drying cylinder 19.
- the first drying cylinder 19 replaces the usual ones Guide rollers which are arranged downstream of a press section 5 are and serve the material web in the Transfer dryer section.
- the first drying cylinder 19 has a larger diameter than that usually used guide rollers. This makes it more rigid and is characterized by better Deduction line.
- the larger bending radius of the drying cylinder 19 is particularly effective for thick people Fiber webs positive.
- the first drying cylinder 19 is preferred independent of other drying cylinders in the dryer section 7, of which here a second drying cylinder 25 is shown heated.
- the surface of the first drying cylinder 19 is at the highest possible temperature set to the evaporation temperature to reach within the material web 3 as quickly as possible, so that it is simple, space-saving a drying capacity expansion of the dryer section 7 results.
- the at high surface temperatures of the first drying cylinder 19 resulting vapor layer between its surface and the accumulating Material web 3 prevents the web from sticking the cylinder surface.
- the drive of the first drying cylinder 19 is preferably designed to be controllable so that a differential speed at the transfer point Ü between Press roll 9 and the first drying cylinder 19 set can be, but also at the transfer point Ü ' from the first drying cylinder 19 to other areas of the Dryer section 7, the difference in speed at the transfer point Ü 'as a function of the wrap angle of the conveyor belt 31 on the drying cylinder 19 is set.
- the dependency is like that. that with increasing wrap angle the differential speed gets smaller, so that on the Material shear forces acting on an uncritical Size can be adjusted.
- the machine for producing a Material web is - as can be seen from the figure - only one small area of the drying cylinder 19 from the conveyor belt 31 wrapped around, so here is the possibility is given a relatively large differential speed adjust.
- the adjustability of the differential speed leads to a further improvement in Transfer between press section 5 and dryer section 7th
- a smoothing device 27 can be at least one preferred adjustable smoothing roller 29 includes.
- a deflection-controlled smoothing roller is conceivable to be used with an elastic cover or jacket.
- the smoothing device 27 enables one Pre-smoothing the material web 3 immediately after Accumulation on the first drying cylinder 19.
- the dryer section 7 also has a dryer fabric designated conveyor belt 31, which the material web 3 around the other drying cylinders of the dryer section 7 meanders around.
- a dryer fabric designated conveyor belt 31 which the material web 3 around the other drying cylinders of the dryer section 7 meanders around.
- Web guide roller 35 is provided, the jacket, as indicated, is porous or perforated the material web 3 and the conveyor belt 31 wrapped circumferential area of the web guide roller 35 is via the suction box 33 with a negative pressure acted on, so that the outside around the web guide roller 35 material web 3 running around held and stabilized becomes.
- suction box 33 is also on known way, between that on the web guide roller 35 running run and the suction box 33 existing space 37 and that between the from the web guide roller 35 running run of the conveyor belt 31 and the suction box 33 lying space 39 applied with a negative pressure, so that the material web 3 securely on the conveyor belt 31st is held or managed.
- the one in the area the web guide roller 35 lying on the conveyor belt 31 Material web 3 lies in the area of the second drying cylinder 25 directly on its surface and is pressed against the conveyor belt 31, to ensure optimal heat transfer.
- an enlargement of the Wrapping angle of the conveyor belt 31 on Drying cylinder 19 can be provided.
- a displaceable relative to the drying cylinder 19 Guide roller 32 is provided, with the help of the conveyor belt 31 over the largest possible surface area of the drying cylinder can be performed.
- the Guide roller 32 is opposite the drying cylinder 19 that the distance of the surface of the guide roller and the drying cylinder preferably 5 mm is. It is conceivable that the guide roller 32 also during the operation of the machine is shiftable so that flexible adjustment of the dry content of the material web is possible.
- the guide roller 32 is a variable wrap angle of the conveyor belt 31 on the drying cylinder 19, realizable, whereby the contact area of the material web to the drying cylinder 19 depending on the desired material web properties is adjustable.
- the direction of rotation of the first drying cylinder 19 is indicated by an arrow.
- the transfer area Ü ' is one with the peripheral surface of the first drying cylinder 19 interacting cleaning scraper 41 provided, the one on the first drying cylinder 19 overlying cleaning blade 43 includes. This prevents air from the drying cylinder 19 into the Air space 45 between the first drying cylinder 19 and the press roll 9 is introduced and thus to Transfer area Ü arrives.
- the guide roller 17 is like this arranged that the press felt 15 immediately next to the Cleaning scraper 41 expires and thus air from the Air space 45 is suctioned off.
- the suction effect can through a blowing nozzle 47 on the cleaning scraper 41 be reinforced, the air in the direction of the press felt 15 can flow out.
- the air space 45 is preferably on sealed the sides of the machine 1.
- the guide roller 17 If the guide roller 17 is pivoted into its upper position, it promotes the transfer of the material web. The rewetting is reduced in the lower position.
- the first drying cylinder 19 is preferably with provided with a low-wear cover, the one has low adhesion. This will make the transfer the material web 3 to subsequent rollers, here promoted to the web guide roller 35, the dryer section 7.
- the material web 3 of the last press roll 9 of the press section 5 at first Pass drying cylinder 19 to a dryer section 7 will that usual guide rollers can be omitted and that the drying process immediately after the Press section 5 can use.
- the first drying cylinder 19 independently of the others Drying cylinders of the dryer section 7 heated, for example through a separate regulation of the vapor pressure in the drying cylinder 19. With this regulation, the Evaporation temperature on the surface of the drying cylinder 19 can be reached quickly, resulting in a space-saving expansion of dry capacity in existing Dryer sections or paper making machines is feasible.
- the speed of rotation of the first drying cylinder 19 controlled so that a defined differential speed in the Transitional areas Ü and Ü 'results in which the Transfer of the material web 3 from the press section 5 to the dryer section 7 can be further improved.
- the differential speeds at the transfer areas Ü and Ü 'can affect the material web properties and adapted to their moisture content in order to to ensure a safe handover of the train.
- the in the edge regions of the drying cylinder 19th radiated heat causes the Press roll 9, whereby the edge regions of the material web be over-dried.
- This disadvantage will thereby avoided that the press roll 9 has a cooling device is assignable to the heat in the peripheral areas the press roll leads away.
- the drying section of the drying cylinder 19 a Allocate hood, creating heat radiation reduced from the drying cylinder 19 to the press roll 9 or is prevented. This leads to a qualitative improvement of the material web.
