Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method according to claim 1 and to a device according to claim 6.
- a device attachable to a toilet is i.a. from the WO 93/03232 known that an oily liquid by a simple hose pump in the toilet and injects Sitting on the seat (toilet seat) pressed becomes. This type of pretreatment should be used for the preparation of Reduce dirt.
- a self-cleaning toilet (US -A- 4,183,105) has in Cistern an autonomous container with detergent on which, about the pressure of the aqueduct and over Distributes spray nozzles, cleans the walls of the toilet bowl.
- EP-A1-579 581 An improved device is described in EP-A1-579 581.
- an electronically controlled hose pump will be a defined amount of disinfecting liquid pumped from a reservoir and in a mixing chamber mixed with incoming rinse water.
- the pumping process is triggered by a switch that over then a rubber diaphragm closing the mixing chamber is actuated when the chamber is filled with water.
- the the pump associated electronic control limits their Term, so within certain limits, a dosage of the disinfectant takes place.
- the mixture in the chamber flows into the incoming one rinse water; a remainder wetted due to the pressure conditions in the piping this too at the end of the Flushing process, which increases the hygiene in the sanitary appliance.
- the disadvantage here is that the hose pump against the internal pressure the already filled with water mixing chamber work needs and that a relatively large amount of disinfectant necessary to achieve any effect, because the mixture flowing during the entire flushing process is initially heavily diluted.
- the liquid should be distributed evenly will reach all dirty parts in normal operation.
- the subject of the invention increases the knowledge make use of the fact that every non-stationary process has its own characteristic which must be reproducible Processes can also generate reproducible signals.
- the ideal time for admixture be determined a liquid, such that they themselves just still distributed in the apparatus, but not by nachfliessendes Water unnecessarily diluted and / or washed away becomes.
- the effect, especially of oily emulsions thus remains until the next use of the apparatus and prevents or at least reduces its later Pollution quite considerably.
- the inventive method is thus very efficient, economical and environmentally friendly.
- the liquid itself can be made of a variety of known and proven Be established active ingredients and indeed on the basis of easily degradable wetting agents, which on smooth ceramic Adhere surfaces very well. Even with a frequent Use in large public toilets is no significant proportion of active substance-containing liquid detectable in the downstream sewerage.
- the device according to claim 5 is used for simple pressure monitoring the rinsing process and allows a particularly efficient Dosing the amount of liquid. It is preferred the last time interval with already reduced Water pressure determined to be stored in the next flush, in the Interval timely add the liquid.
- This device is especially advantageous. opposite one single determination of the pressure drop when pressure fluctuations or effects of the building (structure-borne noise, etc.) too are expected. In addition, this can be the dosage of the liquid empirically adapted to local requirements become.
- the structural design according to claim 8 is fluidic and energetically favorable; also very economical in the production and, in the maintenance, as they no auxiliary power needed.
- the embodiment according to claim 9 requires no changes on commercial cisterns and is thus in particular suitable for retrofitting and light realizable.
- Fig. 1 In the three juxtaposed representations of the Fig. 1 are each a notoriously known, attached to a wall W Pissoir 60 shown which with a feeder 1 for rinsing water and a dosing device 100, with a reservoir 2 is provided for a suitable liquid.
- the first representation of FIG. 1 shows how the liquid, after a cistern 50 through a stub 5 the feed 1 is added; the second presentation has a standard, automatic instead of the cistern Purge valve 80 on.
- the third drawing is the Introduced liquid via the cistern in the feeder 1, during the triggering of the flushing process manually via a rinse button 90.
- FIG. 2 is drawn, in conjunction with a likewise usual toilet bowl 70; in turn serve the stubs 5 the introduction of the liquid.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 show, by way of example, the universal one Possible use of the subject invention.
- FIG. 3 A likewise universally applicable device for implementation of the claimed method is shown in FIG. 3.
- a pressure hose 46 attached to an intermediate container 20 leads, which the housing for pressure monitoring forms.
- This intermediate container 20 is up to a level N2 with the liquid 3 filled; above it is an air cushion 9, which is completed by a silicone membrane 7 is, and on that, on a substrate 8 (thin laminate) made of epoxy resin, a pressure sensor 6, a commercially available Piezo element (with piezo-silver-printed disc of 20 mm ⁇ ) is glued on.
- a pressure sensor 6 a commercially available Piezo element (with piezo-silver-printed disc of 20 mm ⁇ ) is glued on.
- By an upper lid 21 are two led out electrical lines 22, which due to Pressure fluctuations on the air cushion 9, signals s, as a result of charge shifts in the sensor 6, to a control electronics 30 forward.
- the neck-like trained lower part of the intermediate container 20 is via a pressure line 4b with a rudimentary Ejector 16 connected, which in the feeder 1 for Rinse water sticks out.
- About the ejector 16 can be the pressure curve p in the Monitor 1 feed, evaluate and deliver the results for one next rinse, for optimum admixture of Use liquid 3.
- the pump 40 After installing the dosing device 100 above the Feed 1, the pump 40 via a control line ST turned on until the liquid 3 under a pressure p the ejector 16 exits. It forms in the intermediate container 20 the air cushion 9, so that fluctuations in the Pressure P in the feeder 1, over the liquid column in the pressure line 4b detected by the sensor 6 and as Signal s in the powered by a battery 31 control electronics 30 are registrable. That in an analog Comparator C in a conventional manner with an internal Reference signal compared and then amplified Signal s is evaluated in a microprocessor ⁇ P, the waveform is time normalized and stored, in the next flushing process for the control of the pump 40 necessary control signal ST provide.
- FIG. 3 the simplest embodiment of an ejector 16th in connection with a pump 40 are further developments in Fig. 4, showing the use of a weaker pump or its complete replacement by a allow easy shut-off valve 18.
- the ejector 16 ' is installed centrally in a mixing section 13, which indicated by in Fig. 4 threaded sleeves 14th between the feed 1 of the rinse water and a feeder 15 in the apparatus, urinal 60 or toilet 70, screwed is.
- nozzle head in the form of a change nozzle 17th formed, i.
- a nozzle 17 with screwed to the actual pressure adapted nozzle bore become.
- the head shape of the nozzle 17 is in a conventional manner designed such that at the nozzle bore a relative Negative pressure -p with respect to the pressure P of the rinse water so that the liquid 3 - even without a pump - is pulled and mixed.
- the pressure line 4b is by sealing nipple 4 'in the Mixing section 13 pressure-tight screwed; the shut-off valve FIG. 18 is notoriously known with a solenoid 19 provided and is also acted upon by the control signal ST or the corresponding valve stem activated to allow a flow of the liquid 3.
- the measures described can be the drug consumption limit to an absolute minimum, so that even with a variety of installed devices with brisk used toilets, no additional burden on the central Wastewater treatment plant occurs.
- the subject invention discussed here as a separate device, Easily fits into redesigned sanitary appliances integrate, so the risk of damage due to Vandalism etc. especially in public institutions is reduced.
