Claims (9)
- Richtmaschine zum Richten von Metallband oder -blech unter Zug mit mindestens zwei Richtrolleneinheiten (1,6) in einem Maschinenständer (5), die jeweils ober- und unterhalb zum Metallband (25) angeordnet sind, die jeweils eine Rollenkassette (2) mit mindestens einer um ihre Längsachse drehbar angeordneten Richtrolle (10) aufweisen sowie Anstellmitteln (24a bis 24f) für die Richtrolleneinheiten zur Erzeugung eines Richtspaltes und Führungsmitteln (7, 8) zur Bewegung der Richtrolleneinheiten zwischen einer Arbeitsstellung und einer von dem Metallband beabstandeten Rollenwartungs- und Ausbaustellung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens die Rollenkassette (2) der oberen Richtrolleneinheit (1) eine Lagereinheit (18) aufweist, die mindestens die Richtrolle (10) aufnimmt und die an der Metallbandeinlauf- oder der Auslaufseite der Kassette (2) zwischen einer geschlossenen Arbeitsstellung und einer verschwenkten Rollenwartungs- und Ausbaustellung schwenkbar angeordnet ist. - Richtmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagereinheit (18) mindestens zwei Rollengehäuse (13) zur Lagerung der jeweiligen Rollenenden umfaßt und die Rollengehäuse (13) jeweils an einem Lagerbock (14) befestigt sind, der an der Rollenkassette (2) schwenkbar angeordnet ist und an seiner dem Verschwenkpunkt gegenüberliegenden Seite lösbar mittels Befestigungselementen (15) für die Arbeitsstellung an der Rollenkassette arretierbar ist. - Richtmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagereinheit (18) mindestens zwei Federelemente (17) umfaßt, die an den jeweiligen Lagerbock (14) angreifen und so dimensioniert sind, daß die Summengewichtskraft des Rollengehäuses (13) einschließlich Rollen (10, 11a, 11b) und des Lagerbockes (14) annähernd ausbalanciert wird. - Richtmaschine nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Federelement eine Gas- oder Flüssigkeitsfeder (17) oder mechanischer Art ist. - Richtmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Verschwenkhebel (20) an der Lagereinheit befestigt ist. - Richtmaschine nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschwenkhebel ein die Lagereinheit überspannender Bügel (21) ist, der sowohl mit dem antriebs- als auch mit der bedienungsseitigen Lagerbock verbunden ist. - Richtmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Rollengehäuse (13) Aufnahmetaschen (23) für die jeweiligen Rollenenden ausgebildet sind. - Richtmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagereinheit zwei Rollengehäuse (13) aufweist, die die Enden einer Richtrolle (10) und zweier Zwischenrollen (1a, 11b) bügelartig umgreifen. - Anlage zum Streckrichten eines Metallbands, insbesondere eines gewalzten Dünnbandes, welche mindestens eine Richtmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 umfaßt.
