7' mit der Schiene 8 Kontakt, während das vordere Ende der Rollenkassette über
einen Zapfen 10a auf der ausgezogenen Wechsel- und Ausfahrvorrichtung 10' (10
in nicht ausgefahrener Position) aufliegt. Der hier gezeigte Kran (schematisch
angedeutet als Haken 9) unterstützt den Ausbau der Rollenkassetten aus der
Wechselvorrichtung, wenn beispielsweise der Ausbau der nicht innerhalb der

Rollenkassette schwenkbar gelagert ist. Der Verschwenkpunkt kann entweder auf
der Metallbandein- oder der -auslaufseite angeordnet sein. Auf der dem Drehpunkt
A gegenüberliegenden Seite ist der Lagerbock 14 mittels einer Schraubverbindung
15 an der Rollenkassette-Stimseite lösbar arretiert. Über ein Hebelelement 16

und somit entgegen der Federkraft ein wenig über den Feder-Totpunkt (hier
durch 19A dargestellt) hinaus, so daß die Lagereinheit 18' in der Wartungs- und

Claims (9)
- Straightening machine for straightening metal strip or metal plate under tension by at least two straightening roller units (1, 6) in a machine housing (5), which units are respectively arranged above and below with respect to the metal strip (25) and which each comprise a roller cassette (2) with at least one straightening roller (10), which is arranged to be rotatable about the longitudinal axis thereof, as well as adjusting means (24a to 24f) for the straightening roller units for producing a straightening gap and guide means (7, 8) for movement of the straightening roller units between a working setting and a roller maintenance and demounting setting spaced from the metal strip, characterised in that at least the roller cassette (2) of the upper straightening roller unit (1) has a bearing unit (18) which receives at least the straightening roller (10) and which is arranged to be pivotable at the metal strip inlet side or outlet side of the cassette (2) between a closed working setting and a pivoted roller maintenance and demounting setting.
- Straightening machine according to claim 1, characterised in that the bearing unit (18) comprises at least two roller housings (13) for mounting of the respective roller ends and the roller housings (13) are respectively fastened to a bearing block (14), which is pivotably arranged at the roller cassette (2) and at its side opposite the fulcrum is releasably lockable to the roller cassette by means of fastening elements (15) for the working setting.
- Straightening machine according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the bearing unit (18) comprises at least two spring elements (17) which engage the respective bearing block (14) and are so dimensioned that the total gravitational force of the roller housing (13) inclusive of rollers (10, 11a, 11b) and of the bearing block (14) is approximately balanced out.
- Straightening machine according to claim 3, characterised in that the spring element is a gas or liquid spring (17) or of a mechanical kind.
- Straightening machine according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that a pivot lever (20) is fastened to the bearing unit.
- Straightening machine according to claim 5, characterised in that the pivot lever is a yoke (21) which spans over the bearing unit and which is connected not only with the bearing block at the drive side, but also with the bearing block at the operating side.
- Straightening machine according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that receiving pockets (23) for the respective roller ends are formed in the roller housing (13).
- Straightening machine according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the bearing unit comprises two roller housings (13) which engage in yoke-like manner around the ends of a straightening roller (10) and two intermediate rollers (1a, 11b).
- Plant for stretch-straightening of a metal strip, particularly a rolled in strip, which comprises at least one straightening machine according to one of claims 1 to 8.
