Claims (20)
- Druckwerk einer Rotationsdruckmaschine mit mindestens einem Formzylinder (23) und einer Farbwalze (21) oder einem Farbübertragungszylinder (22) eines Farbwerkes, wobei der Formzylinder (23) zwischen Ballenenden (05; 10) seines Ballens (19) eine außenliegende Stützfläche (35) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Farbwalze (21; 22) oder der Farbübertragungszylinder (22) zwischen ihren/seinen Ballenenden eine Stützfläche (24; 30) und an ihren/seinen Ballenenden Stützflächen (37; 38; 49; 51) aufweist, daß auf diese Stützflächen (35; 24; 37; 38; 30; 49; 51) eine außerhalb des Ballens (19) angeordnete Stützeinrichtung (03; 04; 24; 26; 27) wirkend angeordnet ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formzylinder (23) an seinen Ballenenden Stützflächen (52; 53) aufweist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützeinrichtung als Formzylinder (23) ausgebildet ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützeinrichtung (03; 04; 24; 26; 27) jeweils drehfest auf dem/der Zylinder/Walze (21; 22; 23) befestigt ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützeinrichtung (03; 04; 24; 26; 27) jeweils rotierbar auf dem/der Zylinder/Walze (21; 22; 23) gelagert ist.
- Druckwerk nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützeinrichtung (03; 04; 24; 26; 27) als kreisrunder, sich auf dem/der Zylinder/Walze (21; 22; 23) abstützender Stützring ausgebildet ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützfläche eben ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützfläche konkav gekrümmt ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützfläche konvex gekrümmt ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Zylinder/Walzen vorgesehen sind, die in axialer Richtung mit mehreren Gummitüchern nebeneinander belegt sind.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formzylinder (23) in axialer Richtung mit mehreren Druckplatten nebeneinander belegt ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützeinrichtungen (03; 04; 24; 26; 27) unmittelbar benachbarter Zylinder/Walzen (21; 22; 23) miteinander in Berührung bringbar angeordnet sind.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rotationsachsen von Gummituchzylinder (37), Formzylinder (23), Farbübertragungszylinder (22) und Walze (21) mit strukturierter Mantelfläche eines Druckwerkes (45; 50) auf einer gemeinsamen Ebene (81; 82) liegen.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rotationsachsen von Gummituchzylinder (37), Formzylinder (23), Farbübertragungszylinder (22) und Walze (21) mit strukturierter Mantelfläche zweier Druckwerke (45; 50) auf einer gemeinsamen Ebene (79) liegen und eine Druckeinheit (40) bilden.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gemeinsame Ebene (79) horizontal verläuft.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gemeinsame Ebene (79) in einem Winkel (Alpha) zur Horizontalen verläuft.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Ebenen (81; 82) zweier eine Druckstelle bildender Druckwerke (45; 50) in einem spitzen, rechten oder stumpfen Winkel (Beta) schneiden.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützfläche (20; 25; 30; 35), bezogen auf eine axiale Richtung des Zylinders (01; 02; 22; 23), Walze (21) annähernd in der Mitte des Ballens angeordnet ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützfläche (20; 25; 30; 35) als Schmitzring ausgebildet ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf einem Zylinder (23) mindestens drei Schmitzringe angeordnet sind und daß die Schmitzringe annähernd in einem Abstand, der einem Vielfachen einer Breite einer Zeitungsseite entspricht, angeordnet sind.
