Claims (16)
- Antrieb für einen Rollenwechsler mit mindestens einem Motor (1a, 1b) zum Antreiben des Rollenwechslers und mindestens einer Ansteuerelektronik (9), welche den mindestens einen Motor (1a, 1b) so ansteuert, dass der mindestens eine Motor (1a, 1b) als Antrieb und/oder als Bremse wirkt.
- Antrieb für einen Rollenwechsler nach Anspruch 1, wobei der mindestens eine Motor (1a, 1b) als Zentrumsantrieb vorgesehen ist.
- Antrieb nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei mindestens zwei Motoren (1a, 1b) vorgesehen sind, welche insbesondere auf verschiedenen Seiten des Rollenwechslers angeordnet sind.
- Antrieb für einen Rollenwechsler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der mindestens eine Motor (1a, 1b) ein Drehstrom-Asynchronmotor ist.
- Antrieb für einen Rollenwechsler nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, wobei die mindestens zwei Motoren (1a, 1b) über eine gemeinsame Ansteuerelektronik (9) angesteuert werden.
- Antrieb für einen Rollenwechsler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Ansteuerelektronik (9) die Charakteristiken der verwendeten Motoren (1a, 1b) berücksichtigt bzw. kompensiert.
- Antrieb für einen Rollenwechsler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Ansteuerelektronik (9) die Soll- und/oder Istwerte der Papiergeschwindigkeit, Bahnspannung oder Pendelwalzenposition zur Erzeugung der Ansteuersignale für den mindestens einen Motor (1a, 1b) berücksichtigt.
- Antrieb für einen Rollenwechsler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Ansteuerelektronik (9) einen Antriebsregler (5) und eine Leistungsstufe (8) bestehend aus einer Speise- bzw. Versorgungseinheit (7) und einem Frequenzumrichter (6) aufweist.
- Antrieb für einen Rollenwechsler nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Leistungsstufe (8) eine rückspeisefähige Speiseeinheit (7) aufweist, welche bei Bremsbetrieb der an den Frequenzumrichter (6) angeschlossenen Motoren (1a, 1b) elektrische Energie zurück in ein elektrisches Netz oder einen Akkumulator speisen kann.
- Antrieb für einen Rollenwechsler nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, wobei die an der Ansteuerelektronik (9) angeschlossenen Motoren (1a, 1b) parallel am Ausgang der Ansteuerelektronik (9) angeschlossen sind.
- Antrieb für einen Rollenwechsler nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, wobei die an der Ansteuerelektronik (9) angeschlossenen Motoren (1a, 1b) seriell verschaltet sind.
- Verfahren zum Antreiben bzw. Ansteuern eines Rollenwechslers, wobei mindestens ein Motor (1a, 1b) des Rollenwechslers so angesteuert bzw. angetrieben wird, dass er als Antrieb oder Bremse wirken kann.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, wobei der mindestens eine Motor (1a, 1b) im Bremsbetrieb mit Spannungssignalen angesteuert wird, so dass der Motor (1a, 1b) aufgrund dieser Spannungssignale eine Gegenkraft zu einer vorgegebenen Drehbewegung erzeugt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, wobei der mindestens eine Motor (1a, 1b) im Bremsbetrieb als Generator betrieben wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, wobei die Motorcharakteristik bei der Ansteuerung des Motors berücksichtigt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, wobei aus der Differenz zwischen Soll- und Istwert der Pendelwalzenposition ein Geschwindigkeitskorrekturwert gebildet wird, welcher mit dem Istwert der Papiergeschwindigkeit einer Druckmaschine addiert wird, wobei von dieser Summe der Istwert der Papiergeschwindigkeit der Papierrolle (3) subtrahiert wird und aus dieser Differenz eine Ansteuergröße für den mindestens einen Elektromotor (1a, 1b) gebildet wird.
