Claims (9)
- Verschlußvorrichtung mit:einem Verschluß (6), dessen seitliche Schürze (6a) mit Mitteln (20) versehen ist, um mit einem Behälter (2) in Eingriff gelangen zu können, wobei der Verschluß (6) in einer Position zum Verschließen des Behälters (2) auf der Öffnung des Behälters (2) aufgesetzt werden und in einer anderen Position von dieser Öffnung entfernt werden kann, um einen Zugang zum Inneren des Behälters (2) zu ermöglichen;einen Ring (3), der auf dem die Öffnung begrenzenden Teil des Behälters (2) aufgesetzt ist und axial auf diesem gehalten ist, undzwei Armen (4) in Form eines Kreisbogens, von denen jeder einerseits mit dem Behälter (6) mittels eines Filmscharniers (5) und biegbaren Teilen (4a) und andererseits mit dem Ring (3) verbunden ist, wobei die Arme (4) mit dem Ring (3) an winkelmäßig gegenüber dem Filmscharnier (5) entfernten Orten verbunden sind; die biegbaren Teile (4a) ermöglichen die Schwenkung der Arme (4) zwischen einer Zusammenfaltatellung, in der die Arme (4) in der Nähe des Ringes (3) angeordnet sind und in der der Verschluß (6) sich axial nahe an dem Ring (3) befindet, und einer Auseinanderfaltstellung, in der die Arme (4) gegenüber dem Filmscharnier (5) und dem Ring (3) verschwenkt sind, und die biegbaren Teile ermöglichen es durch ihre Länge dem Verschluß (6), in eine axial von dem Ring (3) entfernte Position gebracht zu werden, wobei diese Position ausreichend ist, um die Mittel (11, 20), mit denen der Verschluß (6) mit dem Behälter (2) in Eingriff gelangen kann, lösen und den Verschluß (6) relativ zum Behälters nach außen kippen zu können, um den Verschluß (6) in die Position zu bringen, in der er die Öffnung des Behälters (2) freigibt;
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel durch eine Lasche (21) gebildet sind, die axial von der Schürze (6a) des Verschlusses (6) in der Nähe des Filmscharniers (5) vorspringt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rand der Lasche (21), der gegen den Behälter zum Abstützen kommt, abgerundet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel, die soweit verformbar sind, daß die Schwenkung der Arme (4) zwischen den Zusammenfalt- und den Auseinanderfaltstellungen ermöglicht wird, durch eines oder mehrere der folgenden Mittel gebildet wird:ein Material, aus dem die Verschlußvorrichtung (1) besteht, das ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe der elastisch dehnbaren Materialien, insbesondere Polyäthylen oder Polypropylen;ein Spiel zwischen dem Ring (3) und dem Behälter (2), um durch die Verformung des Rings (3) eine Relativbewegung in Umfangsrichtung der an dem Ring (3) befestigten Enden der Arme (4) zu ermöglichen;wenigstens ein Spalt (17) oder eine Kerbe, der/die auf der Höhe des Filmscharniers (5) ausgebildet ist, um eine Relativbewegung in Umfangsrichtung der an dem Filmscharnier (5) befestigten Enden der Arme (4) zu ermöglichen;Arme (4), die in der Zusammenfaltstellung in das Material des Rings (3) einbeschrieben und durch Durchbrüche in diesem Material individualisiert sind, so daß der Ring (3) am Lot zu den Armen (4) eine geringere Höhe als an den anderen Orten entlang seines Umfangs aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ring und/oder wenigstens ein Arm (4) vor dem ersten Öffnen des Behälters (2) mit dem Verschluß und/oder dem Filmscharnier (5) durch zerbrechliche Brücken (15) verbunden ist, die dazu vorgesehen sind, bei dem ersten Öffnen zu zerbrechen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel, mit denen der Verschluß (6) in Eingriff mit dem Behälter (2) gelangen kann, von der Art einer Schraube sind, so daß der Ring (3) drehbar auf dem Behälter (2) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschluß (6) zwei Filmscharniere (5) aufweist, die zu beiden Seiten einer wie bereits erwähnten Lasche (21) ausgebildet sind, wobei jeder Arm (4) mit einem der Filmscharniere (5) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filmscharniere (5) eine dreieckige Form haben und bezüglich der Mittelachse der Lasche (21) symmetrisch sind; jedes der Scharniere hat, ausgehend von dem seitlichen, der Lasche (21) entsprechenden Rand, zwei geneigte Seiten, die auseinandergehen und dann an der diesem Rand der Lasche (21) gegenüberliegenden Seite in einer zu diesem Rand parallelen Seite enden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lasche (21) mit den Filmscharnieren (5) durch zwei Materialbrücken (22) verbunden ist.
