Claims (17)
- Verfahren zum Anbringen von Markierungen bzw. Bedruckungen an freien Außenflächen von Packungen (10) mittels Druckwerk, insbesondere zum Anbringen von Codierungen an (quaderförmigen) Zigarettenpackungen mittels Laser-Codierer (19), wobei Druckwerk bzw. Laser-Codierer (19) ortsfest neben einem Endlosförderer für die Packungen (10) positioniert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Packungen (10) mit einer dem Druckwerk/Laser-Codierer (19) zugekehrten, mindestens teilweise freien, vom Endlosförderer nicht bedeckten Außenfläche der Packung (10) vorbei bewegt werden und dass während der Förderbewegung oder während zeitweiligen Stillstands der Packungen (10) die Bedruckung bzw. Codierung an der freien bzw. am freien Teil der Außenfläche der Packung (10) angebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endlosförderer für die Packungen (10), insbesondere Fördergurte oder Halteorgane eines Revolvers (34), ausschließlich an solchen Außenflächen der Packungen (10) anliegen, die nicht dem Druckwerk bzw. Laser-Codierer (19) zugekehrt sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) die Packungen (10) werden als Packungsgruppe (54) transportiert, derart, dass mindestens eine Packungsfläche aller Packungen (10) der Packungsgruppe (54) freiliegt, insbesondere eine Stirnfläche (15),b) die Packungsgruppe (54) wird gleichzeitig im Bereich einer Codierungsstation durch einen oder mehrere Laser-Codierer (19) mit Bedruckung bzw. Codierungen versehen,c) die Packungen (10) der Packungsgruppe (54) werden während der Codierung bzw. Bedruckung hinsichtlich der zu bedruckenden Flächen exakt ausgerichtet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Packungen (10) oder die Packungsgruppe (54) im Bereich des Druckwerks bzw. Laser-Codierers (19) zur Bedruckung bzw. Codierung aus dem Bereich von Förderorganen herausbewegt werden oder wird, derart, dass mit einer Codierung bzw. Bedruckung zu versehene Außenflächen der Packungen (10) freiliegen und dass nach Durchführung der Bedruckung bzw. Codierung die Packungen (10) in den Bereich der Förderorgane zurückbewegt werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Anbringen von Markierungen bzw. Bedruckungen an freien Außenflächen von Packungen (10) mit einem Druckwerk, insbesondere zum Anbringen von Codierungen an (quaderförmigen) Zigarettenpackungen mit einem Laser-Codierer (19), wobei die Packungen (10) durch einen Förderer, insbesondere einen Packungsförderer, an dem Druckwerk bzw. Laser-Codierer (19) vorbei bewegbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Packungen (10) durch den Packungsförderer so gehalten sind, dass die mit der Bedruckung bzw. Codierung zu versehenen Packungsflächen mindestens teilweise freiliegen, derart, dass die betreffenden Packungsflächen oder Teile derselben zur Bedruckung bzw. Codierung während des Transports oder während einer Stillstandsphase dem Druckwerk bzw. Laser-Codierer (19) zugekehrt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Packungen (10) im Bereich einer Prüfvorrichtung bzw. Prüfstrecke durch an seitlichen Packungsflächen, insbesondere an seitwärts gerichteter Stirnfläche (15) und Bodenfläche (16), angreifenden Förderorganen - Gurte (20, 21) - erfassbar und mit einer Codierung zu versehene Seitenflächen (14) nach oben gerichtet sind, wobei ein Laser-Codierer (19) oberhalb der Bewegungsbahn der Packungen (10) positioniert ist, vorzugsweise in Förderrichtung vor Prüforganen - Kamera (22, 23).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Packungen (10) durch insbesondere zwei schmale, im Abstand voneinander geführte Gurte (20, 21) förderbar sind und dass ein Laser-Codierer seitlich neben den Gurten (20, 21) so angebracht ist, dass neben oder zwischen den Gurten (20, 21) freiliegende Flächen - Stirnfläche (15), Bodenfläche (16) - der Packungen (10) zur Codierung beaufschlagbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Packungen (10) im Bereich einer Dichtreihe (31) durch einen Laser-Codierer (19) beaufschlagbar sind, vorzugsweise im Bereich von nach oben weisenden Seitenflächen (14), wobei die Dichtreihe (31) durch einen vorgeordneten Packungsförderer (28) gebildet ist, der vor dem Wirkungsbereich des Laser-Codierers (19) endet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Packungen (10) durch einen Revolver (34) mit Taschen (33) für die Packungen (10) einem Druckwerk bzw. einem Laser-Codierer (19) zuführbar sind, wobei das Druckwerk bzw. der Laser-Codierer (19) ortsfest benachbart zur Außenseite des drehend bewegten Revolvers (35) positioniert ist und vorzugsweise während einer Stillstandsphase des Revolvers (34) freiliegende Packungsflächen bedruckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Revolver (34) ein Trockenrevolver ist mit Taschen (33) zur Aufnahme einer Packungsgruppe (54) mit mehreren in achsparalleler Richtung nebeneinander angeordneten Packungen (10), die im Bereich einer radial nach außen gerichteten Fläche - Stirnfläche (15) - während der Stillstandsphase des Revolvers (34) durch mindestens einen Laser-Codierer (19) bedruckbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Halteorgane der Packungen (10) bzw. Packungsgruppen (54) am Revolver (34), insbesondere in Radialrichtung weisende Taschenwände (41, 42). so bemessen sind, dass ein Teilbereich der den Taschenwänden (41, 42) zugekehrten Packungsflächen, insbesondere mindestens einer Seitenfläche (14), in Radialrichtung aus der Tasche (33) herausragt und durch einen in Querrichtung wirkenden Laser-Codierer (19) beaufschlagbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Packungen (10), insbesondere eine Packungsgruppe (54), im Bereich einer Codierstation hinsichtlich der mit der Codierung zu versehenen Packungsflächen, insbesondere hinsichtlich der radial nach außen gerichteten Stirnflächen (15), exakt ausgerichtet sind durch ein Andrückorgan, insbesondere eine an den Packungsflächen bzw. Stirnflächen (15) anliegende, achsparallele Andrückwalze (55).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die Bedruckung bzw. Lasercodierung der Packungen (10) einer Packungsgruppe (54) mehrere Laser-Codierer (19), insbesondere zwei Laser-Codierer (19) nebeneinander positioniert sind, wobei jeder Laser-Codierer (19) mehrere, insbesondere drei Packungen (10) der Packungsgruppe (54) während der Stillstandsphase des Revolvers (34) beaufschlagt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Packungen (10) zur Bedruckung oder Codierung aus der Förderstellung heraus bewegbar sind in eine für die Bedruckung oder Codierung geeignete Position relativ zu einem Druckwerk oder Laser-Codierer (19) und dass die Packungen (10) nach Durchführung der Bedruckung oder Codierung in die Förderstellung zurück bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Packungen (10), insbesondere eine Gruppe von Packungen (10), durch einen Schieber (45, 49) ganz oder teilweise aus einer Tasche (33) des Revolvers (34) heraus bewegbar sind, insbesondere in Radialrichtung oder in achsparalleler Richtung, derart, dass eine Packungsfläche, insbesondere eine Seitenfläche (14), in eine wirksame Position relativ zum Laser-Codierer (17) gelangt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (45, 49) gabelförmig ausgebildet ist bzw. zwei im Abstand voneinander liegende Schenkel (46, 47; 51, 52) aufweist, die die Packungen (10) bzw. die Gruppe der Packungen (10) an gegenüberliegenden Seiten erfasst, nämlich insbesondere im Bereich von Stirnfläche (15) und Bodenfläche (16) oder im Bereich von Frontseiten (13), derart, dass durch radiale oder achsparallele Bewegung des Schiebers (45, 49) die Packungen (10) in der einen oder anderen Richtung aus der Tasche (33) heraus bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Packungen (10) durch die Bewegung relativ zum Förderer, insbesondere relativ zum Revolver (34), an dem Laser-Codierer (19) vorbei bewegbar sind, wobei dieser während der Relativbewegung die Codierung (53) nacheinander an den Packungen anbringt.
