Claims (13)
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß
mit einer Sperrklinke (2), einem Innenbetätigungshebel (3), einem Kindersicherungshebel (4) und einer Kindersicherungsbetätigung (5),wobei der Kindersicherungshebel (4) mittels der Kindersicherungsbetätigung (5) in eine Stellung "ein / kindergesichert", in der ein Ausheben der Sperrklinke (2) vom Innenbetätigungshebel (3) aus nicht möglich ist, und eine Stellung "aus / nicht kindergesichert", in der ein Ausheben der Sperrklinke (2) vom Innenbetätigungshebel aus möglich ist, bringbar ist,wobei die Kindersicherungsbetätigung (5) stets nur gleichsinnig gegen eine Rückstell-Federkraft betätigbar ist undwobei der Kindersicherungsbetätigung (5) und/oder dem Kindersicherungshebel (4) eine Kugelschreibermechanik (6) o. dgl. derart zugeordnet ist, daß durch jedes Betätigen der Kindersicherungsbetätigung (5) ein Stellungswechsel des Kindersicherungshebels (4) erfolgt,daß ein elektromotorischer Antrieb (11) vorgesehen ist,daß der elektromotorische Antrieb (11) einen elektrischen Antriebsmotor (12) und ein bewegbares Antriebselement (13) aufweist, das in zwei einander entgegengesetzten Bewegungsrichtungen antreibbar und wahlweise jedenfalls in eine Neutralstellung rückstellbar ist, unddaß in einer Bewegungsrichtung vom bewegbaren Antriebselement (13) die Kindersicherungsfunktion durch motorische Betätigung ansteuerbar ist. - Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch das bewegbare Antriebselement (13) des elektromotorischen Antriebs (11) in der entgegengesetzten Bewegungsrichtung eine andere Funktion des Kraftfahrzeug-Türschlosses ansteuerbar ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der entgegengesetzten Bewegungsrichtung die Öffnungsfunktion - Ausheben der Sperrklinke (2) - oder eine Zentralverriegelungsfunktion eingerichtet ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein und dieselbe Kindersicherungsbetätigung (5) sowohl von Hand als auch vom elektromotorischen Antrieb (11) her betätigbar ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kugelschreibermechanik (6) o. dgl. eine herzkurvenförmige Kulisse mit oberem und unterem Ruhepunkt aufweist, in der oder an der ein Führungsstift (8) o. dgl. der Kindersicherungsbetätigung (5) und/oder des Kindersicherungshebels (4) läuft.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kindersicherungsbetätigung (5) für Handbetätigung durch Drehung, Verschiebung oder Druck betätigbar ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kindersicherungsbetätigung (5) ein, vorzugsweise im Einlaufschlitz eines Fanglagers (10) zugänglicher Drehknopf, Verschiebehebel oder Druckknopf ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kindersicherungsbetätigung (5) ein in die Bewegungsbahn des Antriebselementes (13), vorzugsweise eines Mitnehmerzapfens (14) an einer Antriebsscheibe ragender Hebel ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am die Kindersicherungsbetätigung (5) bildenden Hebel an anderer Stelle eine Handbetätigungsausformung (5') vorgesehen ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der elektromotorische Antrieb (11) in beiden Richtungen reversierbar arbeitet und in beiden Richtungen nach dem Abschalten, vorzugsweise durch Blockbetrieb, in die Neutralstellung zurückläuft.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der elektromotorische Antrieb (11) in der Kindersicherungsrichtung reversierend und in der für die andere Funktion vorgesehenen Bewegungsrichtung, insbesondere in der Öffnungsrichtung, nicht reversierend arbeitet.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kindersicherungsbetätigung (5) gegenüber dem Antriebselement (13) bei Bewegung des Antriebselementes (13) in der entgegengesetzten Bewegungsrichtung, insbesondere in der Öffnungsrichtung, wirkungslos ausweicht.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kindersicherungsbetätigung (5) eine in einer Richtung federbelastete, in der Gegenrichtung an einem Anschlag (17) anliegende Ratsche (18) aufweist, mit der sie in die Betätigungsbahn des Antriebselementes (13) ragt.
