Claims (11)
- First- oder Gratabdeckstreifen mit zwei luftdurchlässigen, weichen Seitenzonen (1), die randseitig einen Metallstreifen (2) tragen und zusammen mit dem metallischen Randstreifen (2) und einem steiferen, mittleren Stützstreifen (3) in Wellenform gebracht sind, wobei in Streifenmitte die Scheitel der Wellenberge (5) mit einem ungewellten Deckstreifen (4) ebenfalls aus steiferem Material verklebt sind und die Wellentäler (6) in einem vom Deckstreifen (4) überlappten Abschnitt des Stützstreifens (3) derart ausgespart sind, daß sich zwischen Randkante (8) des Deckstreifens (4) und Aussparungsrand sich gegenüberliegende, quer zur Längserstreckung des First- oder Gratabdeckstreifens verlaufende Lüftungskanäle (10) mit äußeren (12) und aufeinander zu weisenden inneren Öffnungen (11) ausbilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenzonen (1) von zwei Einzelstreifen (13) ausgebildet sind, deren voneinander beabstandete Randkanten (14) innerhalb des zugeordneten Lüftungskanals und beabstandet von Innen- (11) und Außenöffnungen (12) liegen.
- First- oder Gratabdeckstreifen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Seitenzonen (1) ausbildenden Einzelstreifen (13) aus einem Vlies bestehen und sich stofflich von Deckstreifen (4) und Stützstreifen (3) unterscheiden.
- First- oder Gratabdeckstreifen nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im Bereich (15) zwischen den sich gegenüberliegenden inneren Kanalöffnungen (11) in unmittelbarer Verbundlage stehenden Stütz- (3) und Deckstreifen (4) werkstoffidentisch sind.
- First- oder Gratabdeckstreifen nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Stützstreifen (3) und Deckstreifen (4) aus Polypropylen bestehen.
- First- oder Gratabdeckstreifen nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Seitenzonen (1) ausbildenden Einzelstreifen aus Polyacrylnitril bestehen.
- First- oder Gratabdeckstreifen nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckstreifen (4) insbesondere auch der Stützstreifen (3) wasser- und luftundurchlässig sind.
- First- oder Gratabdeckstreifen nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die inneren Öffnungen (11) bildende Aussparung (7) eingebrannt oder eingeschmolzen ist.
- First- oder Gratabdeckstreifen nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützstreifen (3) materialschwächer ist, als die die Seitenzonen (1) ausbildenden Einzelstreifen (13).
- First- oder Gratabdeckstreifen nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Scheitel (9) des Stützstreifens (3) mit dem Deckstreifen (4) durch thermische Aktivierung unmittelbar verbunden ist.
- First- oder Gratabdeckstreifen nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Metallstreifen aus Blei besteht.
- First- oder Gratabdeckstreifen nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das die Seitenzonen (1) ausbildende Material ein insbesondere aufgebauschtes Vlies mit einem Flächengewicht von 100 g/m2 ist und der Stützstreifen (3) bzw. der Deckstreifen (4) ein Flächengewicht von 140 g/m2 aufweisen.
