Definitions
- the invention relates to a ridge or ridge sealing strip with ventilation function, consisting of one curled at the edges and stretch-proof in the middle, air-permeable or made air-permeable, rollable strips.
- the deforming happens for example by thermal-mechanical means. basis For example, there is a polypropylene nonwoven. Do not come from air-permeable materials, for example, foils, use, that's how you get there the air permeability in the middle Perforation.
- the object of the invention is a generic Ridge or ridge sealing strips too in terms of production technology improve.
- This task is initially and essentially at a strip with the features of claim 1 solved by spacing the waves in the middle of the strip provided, extending transversely to the course of the strip, by bringing together the transverse ones Recesses with closed edges.
- the occupied area of the ridge beam is nevertheless ventilated by the specified Measures, be it as a result of existing air permeability or air permeability provisions.
- the occlusive, i.e. Recess tight- ening Can bring the edges of the recesses together in this regard even in the sense of achieving air permeability be made partially, for example via edge contour recesses.
- the bringing together the edge is also defined by the stop itself, because the cutouts are transverse to the stripe extending webs are separated.
- the acquisition area to prove the profiled roofing slabs of sufficient waves it is sufficient if the clear width of the recesses in the Essentially, but at least corresponds to the width of the webs; nevertheless there is also a large room for Given variations.
- the Edges of the recesses are connected to each other.
- the edges can be blunt or in Overlap.
- the blunt Connection should be given preference, as this becomes a complete stepless connection of the webs leads. Even with that butt connection can sew the lanyard can be used, using a zigzag seam.
- the invention proposes that the stretch reserve of the edges from the spacing width the edges of the recesses results. It also proves to be favorable that the opposite Edge of the recesses in some areas run parallel to each other.
- the strip S shown serves to seal the ridge or ridge with included ventilation function on roofs of construction.
- the strip S in FIG. 1 shown in vertical section of a ridge 1.
- the strip S consists of fleece or fabric, which can easily be converted into the roll form leaves and so easy to handle on the "roof" site is. Attention is paid to weatherproof material, which is also partially waterproof or water-repellent is equipped.
- the ones from Ridge beam 2 directly underlaid, strip-covered Zone is breathable. That can be from the property of the material as well as through changing Measures in terms of mechanical achievement the air permeability, for example in the form of a Perforation.
- the strip S thus consists of one on its two 3 wavy edges and 4 smooth, web-like in the middle Element.
- the latter has the property mentioned air permeability.
- the waves of the edges 3 are denoted by W. It is a largely schematic representation chosen, more in the direction of a zigzag undulation W. Its amplitude leads to wave crests exposed on both sides 5. There is an essentially even corrugation. Their height is in the range from 4 to 10 mm, preferably 6 mm.
- the edges are 3 from two to four times the width of the middle 4. Die
- the width of the strip S is between 25 cm and 35 cm, preferably at 30 cm.
- the width of the side edges 3 is between 6 cm and 12 cm, preferably 10 cm.
- the middle 4 is stretch-proof.
- the edges 3 hold against it a deployable supply of space, the usual Profiles of roofing slabs 6 suitable for fitting and sealingly covers.
- the change from the smooth Middle 4 to the undulated edges 3 is on the one-piece strip S without distortion of the fleece or other structure achieved, specifically by im Distance of the waves W in the middle 4 of the strip S. provided, extending transversely to the strip course x, by bringing together those extending in the transverse direction y Edges 7 ', 7' closed cutouts 7.
- Material bridges are the ones that remain like ladder rungs Areas of the middle 4 of the strip-shaped Web.
- the recesses 7 can be seen in this way by extending transversely to the strip course x Web 8 spaced apart, more precisely separated.
- the clear width z of the recesses i.e. the distance between the edges 7 'essentially corresponds to the same, but at least the width of the webs 8.
- the length of the cutouts 7 seen in the transverse direction y corresponds to three to five times the width z.
- the accompanying gathering of the webs 8 can be done Brushing, for example, also reach spiked rollers.
- the edges 7 'of the recesses 7 are together connected. This can be done by gluing. Even welding is conceivable. Here can possibly even on the thermally responsive Base material of the strip S can be used. Even sewing is not excluded; it is accordingly selected penetrable material.
- FIG. 4b shows an overlapping connection of the edges 7 '.
- the overlap bears the reference symbol Ü.
- Your area can be used to attach both edges of the webs 8 penetrating seam N can be used or as Adhesive joint.
- the light to a material thickness of the strip S increased partial thickness range is not disturbing.
- the overlap Ü actually sets into a more intense curl taking into account the fact that the stretching reserve of the edges 3 from the clear spacing width the edges 7 'of the recesses 7 results.
- the increase mentioned is also available for printing not towards the middle 4.
- Edges 7 'of the recesses 7 in some areas parallel to each other. That applies to at least one the width of the same in the transverse direction y of the strip S, that of the upper bearing surface of the in Fig. 4th for comparison purposes with ridge bar 2 shown equivalent. From this parallel course of the edges 7 ' the cutouts are thinned at both ends 7, providing a boat-like recess outline. The edges 7 'run towards their ends approximately in at an angle of 50 °. Coming under the gathers it in relation to the lateral extensions 9 of the Web 8 to a flow divider-like bow 10 of attached wave heads. They form evenly both broad sides of the strip S.
- Fig. 2 illustrates that there are opposing directions trapezoidal contours in the middle 4 comes.
- the base 11 of the trapezoid is aligned from the end of the Bow ridge 12 with the crest 5 of the waves W. It is a center symmetrical structure.
- the end sections tapering in the manner described 7 '' of the edges 7 each have the same length and angle in the ridge 12 over.
- the end sections 7 '' themselves can even be disconnected his. They provide a gap-like ventilation opening 13.
- This burr-side ventilation opening 13 can also be provided here alternately, once to the crest walking and once to the wave valley.
- FIG. 6 shows a variant according to which the burr-shaped or -sided, by not connecting the end sections 7 '' gap-shaped ventilation opening 13 is replaced by a more concise one. Is achieved that which partially leaves through the thinning, better enlarging niches 14 in the end portions 7 ''. Under Burr-forming folding of the end sections 7 '' of the edges 7 ', these areas are given a lenticular shape Contoured ventilation openings 13. The Niches 14 complement each other.
- FIG. 7 The variant shown in FIG. 7 is reversed method. There are pointed to each other tapering end regions 7 '' of the edges 7 'instead of niches Projections realized, more precisely valve lobe 15 considered.
- the protrude - still unfolded - as convex extensions in the window area of the recesses 7. Under the burr-shaped unfolding arise Ventilation valves 16, recognizable lip valves, performing the aspired, working here directionally Vents 13.
- Both the recessed niches 14 and the protruding valve tabs 15 can contour at Punching the recesses 7 are taken into account. This can also be done by cutting.
- the ventilation valves 16 so that there is a ventilation to the roof skin towards or away from the roof skin, that is to say Ridge covering tile 17 towards the same in the cathedral space.
- ridge beam brackets 20 having a U-shaped shoe, whose shaft is firmly connected to the rafters 18.
- the edge fixation of the strip can also be seen in FIG. 1 S, this using an adhesive cord 21.
- The is located at the bottom of the strip S and is linked there.
- the adhesive cords 21 have a protective cover 22.
- the ridge covering tile 17 is tied under Use of conventional fasteners 23.
- the corrugation of the interposed strip S allows recognizable the profile-following nestling with a sufficient stretch reserve equipped edges 3.
- the Middle 4 is protected from rain on the ridge beam 2 suitable for ventilation.
