Claims (7)
- First- oder Gratentlüftungselement (1), bestehend aus einem zur Anbringung auf einer First- (4) oder Gratlatte vorgesehenen und aus einzelnen, vorzugsweise ein Gitter, Gewebe oder Geflecht bildenden Filamenten aufgebauten Mittelteil (2) und sich beidseitig an das Mittelteil (2) anschließenden Seitenteilen (3a, 3b), die auf Dacheindeckungen (8) auflegbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filamente des Mittelteils (2) aus einem gegenüber einem seitlichen Rand (6a, 6b) der Seitenteile (3a, 3b) härteren Werkstoff jeweils in das weichere Material eines Seitenteils (3a, 3b) eingedrückt und mit diesem Material kraftschlüssig verbunden sind.
- First- oder Gratbelüftungselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filamente aus einem Kunststoff oder Verbundwerkstoff und die Seitenteile (3a, 3b) aus Weichmetall hergestellt sind.
- First- oder Gratbelüftungselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filamente aus einem Hartmetall und die Seitenteile (3a, 3b) aus Weichmetall hergestellt sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines First- oder Gratbelüftungselements (1) nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filamente des Mittelteils (2) aus einem gegenüber dem Seitenteil (3a, 3b) härteren Werkstoff überlappend über einem seitlichen Rand (6a, 6b) eines Seitenteils angeordnet werden und in dieses weichere Material eingedrückt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filamente des Mittelteils (2) mit Hilfe einer Presse in den Rand (6a, 6b) eines Seitenteils (3a, 3b) eingedrückt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der seitliche Rand (5a, 5b) des Mittelteils (2) mit Hilfe einer Walze (11, 12) in ein Seitenteil (3a, 3b) eingedrückt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der seitliche Rand (6a, 6b) des Seitenteils (3a, 3b) durch Falze (9, 10) zweifach umgeknickt ist, und daß die Filamente des Mittelteils (2) zwischen den Falzen (9, 10) eingeklemmt werden.
