- an oven door is known with two support profiles that form the two vertical door edges.
- the two support profiles On the sides facing each other, the two support profiles have a plurality of vertical receiving grooves, into which two glass panes corresponding in width and height to the door dimensions are inserted.
- One of the two glass panes forms the outer pane of the door and is wider than the other glass pane that forms the inner pane of the door.
- the inner pane On the other hand, is higher than the outer pane.
- Up and down the top and bottom edge of the door moldings are attached to the support profiles by means of screws that close the cavities of the support profiles up and down and thereby hold the inserted glass panes against displacement in the grooves.
- the glass panes can be replaced in the event of a broken glass by removing a cover strip.
- additional receiving grooves are provided, into which, if necessary, further plates, such as additional radiation protection plates, for example made of perforated sheet metal or the like, can be inserted.
- the additional grooves in the DE-GM 77 36 544th known door have the same distances from each other as the grooves provided for the inner pane. Thereby can when reassembling after removing the inner pane and the additional installation of another glass pane the two discs are confused. This is especially in disadvantageous in cases where the inner pane is different Has heat radiation reflectivity than the washer.
- To increase the reflection of the from the oven muffle escaping heat radiation is namely the inner pane often with a coating reflecting heat radiation provided, which is significantly less effective if the inner pane is accidentally installed in the intermediate position and already a large proportion of the heat radiation in the door interior has reached and through the components of the door Heat conduction can get outside.

- highly elastic material can also be a solid body can be used as elastic element 13.
- Another assembly aid is designated and includes 14 essentially three parallel to and from each other spaced flat guide members 141, 142 and 143.
- the support bar 10 is in the edge region with the Edge area of the carrier element 5 in a fastening area 155 connected, for example screwed or clipped.
- the carrier element is again in the area of the flange edge 53 glued to the outer pane 3.
- the door pane 4 is now used as the first door pane in the insertion direction EV on the associated contact surface 34 of the elastic element 13 with a certain force pressed.
- the on the elastic member 13 through the door glass 4 applied force leads to a deformation below the areas of the wall lying the support area 34 30, which is indicated by a dashed, curvilinear Deformation of the webs is indicated.
- the two leadership elements 142 and 143 of the assembly aid 14 serve as a means for positioning the door pane 4, but are in the general with the door pane 4 not inserted on the door pane 4 on.
- the door pane 4 by a predetermined insertion length in the direction of the insertion direction EV against the elastic Element 13 has been pressed, it can be on the opposite 5 in the receiving grooves 74 and 84 of the holding elements 7 and 8 are introduced and will then the restoring force of the elastic element 13 (and the other elastic elements 11 and 12) in these grooves 74 and 84 pressed.
- the elastic element 13 the door glass 4 and the receiving grooves 74 and 84 matched so that the door window 4 in the fully installed state when in the Receiving grooves 74 and 84 is inserted under a certain Tension is maintained, so the elastic element 13 is under a certain preload and is not relieved of force and is therefore a restoring force on the Door pane 4 also exercises in its installed state. Thereby the door glass 4 becomes stable between the elastic Elements 11 to 13 on one side and the grooves 74 and 84 kept on the other side and can't clatter or even fall out.
- FIG. 8 shows the assembly of the next door pane 9 on elastic element 13.
- the door window 9 is analogous to 7 again in the insertion direction EV against the associated receiving surface 39 of the elastic element 13 pressed. Now serve to introduce the door pane 9 the guide elements 141 and 142 as guide aids.
- FIG. 9 illustrates in a longitudinal section that as a hollow profile part trained elastic element 13 with three associated Support surfaces 34, 39 and 32 built-in door panes 4, 9 and 2.
- the deformation of the webs of the wall 30 by the door panes 4, 9 inserted and held under pressure and 2 from the relieved position is indicated in the drawing.
- the elastic element exercises through this elastic deformation 13 a restoring force against the insertion direction EV through which the door panes 4, 9 and 2 are pressed down become.
- the different heights of the holding devices for the Door panes 2, 4 and 9 can be used in all embodiments by staggered support surfaces on the elastic elements 11, 12 and 13 or on the holding elements 7 and 8 in connection with at the same level or likewise tiered support surfaces on the other Side, so on the holding elements 7 and 8 or the elastic Elements 11, 12 and 13 can be realized
- 1 to 9 form the holding elements 7 and 8 on the one hand and the elastic members 11 to 13 on the other hand together three holding devices for the three door panes 4, 9 and 2, with each door window, 2, 9 and 4 individually and is held independently of the other door panes.
- the elastic elements 11 to 13 is caused by the deformation of the elastic element 13 in the Installation order of the door panes 4, 9 and finally 2 the restoring force for each door pane increased so that even with the significantly thinner training of the elastic element 13 in the area of the contact surface 32 the bias caused by the door panes 4 and 9 a sufficient restoring force for the door pane 2 shows.
- the door panes 4, 9 and 2 are always in the specified Order from inside to outside as well as from expand inside out.
- Unmistakability of the door panes 2, 4 and 9 can additionally or alternatively also by different thicknesses the door panes and the associated grooves in the holding elements 7 and 8 can be reached.
