  • EP 0 010 829 B1 discloses a viewing window unit for an oven door with a plurality of glass panes, each fastened in receiving grooves and arranged parallel to one another.
  • the viewing window unit is installed as a module in the oven door using screws. It is not possible to remove the individual glass panes separately from the door.
  • the glass panes are of different sizes and are held in receiving grooves that are spaced apart at different distances.
  • DE 26 54 017 A1 discloses a self-contained window unit for installation in an oven door with two glass panes arranged parallel to one another.
  • the front glass pane arranged on the outside of the door can be removed from the door by pressing it against a spring element and then removing it from the door.
  • the other glass pane is fixed.
  • Embodiments are disclosed in DE 26 54 017 A1 , in which the two glass panes and the associated holding devices have different dimensions.

  • One of the two glass panes forms the outer pane of the door and is wider than the other glass pane that forms the inner pane of the door.
  • the inner pane On the other hand, is higher than the outer pane.
  • Up and down the top and bottom edge of the door moldings are attached to the support profiles by means of screws that close the cavities of the support profiles up and down and thereby hold the inserted glass panes against displacement in the grooves.
  • the glass panes can be replaced in the event of a broken glass by removing a cover strip.
  • additional receiving grooves are provided, into which further plates, such as additional radiation protection plates, for example made of perforated sheet metal or the like, can be inserted if necessary.
  • the additional grooves in the DE-GM 77 36 544th known door have the same distances from each other as the grooves provided for the inner pane. Thereby can when reassembling after removing the inner pane and the additional installation of another glass pane the two discs are confused. This is especially in disadvantageous in cases where the inner pane is different Has heat radiation reflectivity than the washer.
  • To increase the reflection of the muffle escaping heat radiation is namely the inner pane often with a coating reflecting heat radiation provided, which is significantly less effective if the inner pane is accidentally installed in the intermediate position and already a large proportion of the heat radiation in the door interior has reached and through the components of the door Heat conduction can get outside.

  • the special design of the elastic elements 11 to 13 is due to the deformation of the elastic element 13 in the Installation order of the door panes 4, 9 and finally 2 the restoring force for the individual door panes increased so that even with the significantly thinner training of the elastic element 13 in the area of the contact surface 32 the bias caused by the door panes 4 and 9 a sufficient restoring force for the door pane 2 shows up.
  • the door panes 4, 9 and 2 are always in the specified Order from the inside to the outside as well as from expand outside inside.
  • the holding devices for the door panes 100, 200 and 300 are each with a receptacle 101 and 201 or 301, in each of which a spring element 103 or 203 or 303 is arranged on one side and with a receiving groove 102 or 202 or 302 formed on the other side.
  • the recordings 101, 201 and 301 are preferably in a common receiving part 150 and provided by intermediate parts 204 and 304 formed in receiving part 150 separated from each other.
  • the receiving grooves 102, 202 and 302 are formed in a common holding element 160 and preferably arranged in one plane so that the introduced Door panes 100, 200 and 300 closed at the same height come to lie.
  • the height of the first holding device for the Door pane 100 is designated h1 and is determined by the distance between the upper limit of the receptacle 101 and the lower limit of the receiving groove 102. 'are corresponding the heights of the second holding device for the door window 200 with h2 and for the third holding device with h3.
  • the heights h1 to h3 of the three holding devices take in the order of an installation direction E from the outside inwards.
  • the distance of the door pane 100, 200 or 300 from the upper limit of the receptacles 101 or 201 or 301 is designated with d1 or d2 or d3.
  • the heights the door panes 100, 200 and 300 correspond to that Differences h1-d1 or h2-d2 or h3-d3 and also take in installation direction E from outside to inside.
  • At the Front of the receiving part 150 and holding member 160 is an outer pane 400 is arranged.
  • support elements 104 for the inner pane 100 on Receiving part 150 provided to this in addition support.
  • the door panels 100, 200 and 300 are through associated spring elements 103, 203 and 303 with a predetermined restoring force in the receiving grooves 102, 202 or 302 pressed and thereby fixed.
  • the Door panes 100, 200 or 300 become the respective door panes in the direction labeled F1 or F2 or F3 from the Recording groove 102, 202 and 302 against the spring force of the Spring element 103, 203 and 303 pulled.
  • the depth t of the receiving grooves 102 to 302 is chosen smaller than the distances d1 to d3, so that the Door panes 100 to 300 at all from the receiving grooves 102 to 302 can be removed.
  • the door window can be inclined to the front, opposite to installation direction E out of the door be removed.
  • Disassembly of the door panes 100 to 300 is to be carried out in a predetermined order namely, first the door pane 100, then the door pane 200 and finally the door pane 300.
  • the spring elements 103, 203 and 303 can be formed with and are attached to the steel springs Receiving part 150 attached, for example by gluing, Screw or rivet. Because of the different Sizes of door panes 100, 200 and 300 as well as the corresponding ones Holding devices are the door panes 100, 200 and 300 unmistakably installable and removable.
  • the unmistakability of the door panes 100, 200 and 300 can additionally or alternatively also by different Thicknesses of the door panes 100 to 300 and associated mounting grooves can be achieved in the holding element 160.
  • Such Embodiment is shown in FIG 11.
  • the thickness of the door panes 100, 200 and 300 are designated a1, a2 and a3, the corresponding widths of the receiving grooves 102 or 202 or 302 with b1 or b2 or b3.
