Claims (40)

  1. Dispositif pour la fermeture de l'orifice d'accès (82) d'une enceinte d'un appareil ménager, en particulier d'un four ménager, d'un appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation ménager, d'un lave-vaisselle ménager ou d'un lave-linge ménager, comportant
    a) une porte (8), qui
    a1) présente une vitre extérieure (10) éloignée de l'orifice d'accès (82) et
    a2) au moins deux éléments de support (11, 12) reliés à la vitre extérieure (10), et
    b) une installation de déplacement
    b1) pour déplacer la porte (8) relativement à l'orifice d'accès (82) entre deux positions d'extrémité, où la porte (8), dans une première des positions d'extrémité, ferme l'ouverture d'accès (82) et, dans une seconde des positions d'extrémité, libère l'orifice d'accès (82), en particulier pour introduire dans ou retirer un produit de l'enceinte à travers l'ouverture d'accès (82),
    b2) où l'installation de déplacement comprend au moins deux parties de retenue de porte (4) pour retenir la porte (8) et au moins deux parties de liaison (3) pouvant être logées dans un boîtier ou dans une autre partie fixe de l'enceinte de l'appareil ménager et reliées à respectivement une partie de retenue de porte (4),
    c) où chaque élément de support (11, 12) présente un canal de réception (16, 17) entouré d'une paroi de canal (26, 27), avec une ouverture de réception (23, 24), à travers laquelle respectivement une partie de retenue de porte associée (4) de l'installation de déplacement est ou peut être insérée dans le canal de réception (16, 17) et est ou peut être arrêtée dans le canal de réception (16, 17),
    d) où chaque partie de retenue de porte (4) et la paroi de canal (26, 27) du canal de réception associé (16, 17) présentent des faces de butée coopérantes qui, lorsque la partie de porte de retenue (4) est arrêtée dans le canal de réception (16, 17), s'appliquent l'une à l'autre de sorte qu'à l'état arrêté, une première partie (4A) de la partie de retenue de porte (4) se situe à l'intérieur du canal de réception (16, 17) et une seconde partie (4B) de la partie de retenue de porte (4) présentant la ou les faces de butée (45) se situe à l'extérieur du canal de réception (16, 17),
    e) où la seconde partie (4B) de chaque partie de retenue de porte (4) est reliée à la partie de liaison associée (3) de l'installation de déplacement à l'extérieur du canal de réception (16, 17),
    caractérisé en ce que
    f) la paroi de canal (26, 27) de chaque canal de réception (16, 17) présente au côté extérieur orienté vers la vitre extérieure (10) un perçage (29) qui est espacé de l'ouverture de réception (23, 24).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel chaque partie de retenue de porte (4) est reliée dans une position angulaire fixe rigidement ou d'une manière immobile à la partie de liaison associée (3), et les parties de liaison (3) avec les parties de retenue de porte (4) sont déplaçables axialement ou linéairement entre deux positions d'extrémité correspondant aux positions d'extrémité de la porte (8).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel chaque partie de retenue de porte (4) est reliée aux parties de liaison associées (3) par une liaison pivotante, et de ce fait la partie de retenue de porte (4) et la partie de liaison associée (3) peuvent être pivotées relativement l'une à l'autre autour d'un axe de pivotement (A) de sorte que la porte, par un mouvement de pivotement, est déplaçable entre les positions d'extrémité.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, dans lequel l'installation de déplacement comprend au moins deux charnières de porte (2, 2') qui présentent chacune deux parties de charnière (3, 3'; 4, 4') qui peuvent être amenées à pivoter l'une relativement à l'autre autour d'un axe de pivotement (A) à l'intérieur d'une plage angulaire de pivotement entre un angle de pivotement minimal (αmin) et un angle de pivotement maximal (αmax), où à chaque fois une partie de liaison (3) comprend ou est une première partie de charnière (3, 3') d'une charnière de porte, et la partie de retenue de porte associée (4) comprend ou est la deuxième partie de charnière (4, 4') de la charnière de porte associée, et où au moins une des deux parties de charnière (3, 3', 4, 4') présente une installation de couple de rotation qui exerce au moins dans une zone partielle de la plage d'angle de pivotement un couple de rotation entre les deux parties de charnière (3, 3', 4, 4') dans l'axe de pivotement (A).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le couple de rotation exercé par l'installation de couple de rotation, au moins dans une zone partielle de la plage d'angle de pivotement, dépend de l'angle de pivotement (α).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou la revendication 5, dans lequel le couple de rotation exercé par l'installation de couple de rotation, au moins dans une zone partielle de la plage d'angle de pivotement, s'oppose à un couple de rotation à appliquer pour agrandir l'angle de pivotement (α) entre les deux parties de charnière (3, 3'; 4, 4').
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, dans lequel l'installation de couple de rotation de chaque charnière de porte est disposée dans ou à la première partie de charnière (3, 3') de la charnière de porte respectivement dans ou à la partie de liaison (3) de l'installation de déplacement.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la paroi de canal (26, 27) de chaque canal de réception (16, 17) est espacée de la vitre extérieure (10).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la section transversale de chaque partie de retenue de porte (4), dans une zone de transition entre la première partie et la seconde partie, augmente, en particulier par paliers, de sorte que par la seconde partie, en raison de la section transversale plus grande dans la zone de transition, la face d'application est formée.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la face d'application de la seconde partie de la partie de retenue de porte (4) est disposée à un côté intérieur, éloigné de la vitre extérieure (10), de la partie de retenue de porte (4), la partie de retenue de porte (4) étant montée, et la face de contre-butée est disposée à la paroi de canal (26, 27) au côté intérieur, éloigné de la vitre extérieure (20), de l'ouverture de réception (23, 24).
  11. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel est prévue une liaison à encliquetage et/ou à enclenchement pour arrêter chaque partie de retenue de porte (4) dans le canal de réception associé (16, 17).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, dans lequel la liaison à encliquetage et/ou enclenchement comporte au moins une saillie d'encliquetage (41) et au moins un évidement d'encliquetage (28) ou creux d'encliquetage, où à l'état arrêté de la partie de retenue de porte (4), la saillie d'encliquetage (41) s'engage dans l'évidement d'encliquetage.
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, dans lequel la première partie de chaque partie de retenue de porte (4), de préférence à une extrémité libre (47) éloignée de la partie de liaison (3) ou de la deuxième partie de charnière (4, 4'), présente au moins une saillie d'encliquetage (41), et la paroi de canal (26, 27) de la partie de réception associée présente un évidement d'encliquetage (28) ou creux d'encliquetage.
  14. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13, dans lequel la première partie de la partie de retenue de porte (4) présente à un côté intérieur une première face d'application (42), par laquelle la partie de retenue de porte (4), à l'état arrêté, s'applique de l'intérieur au côté intérieur, éloigné de la vitre extérieure (10), de la paroi de canal (26, 27) du canal de réception (16, 17) et, à un côté extérieur, une deuxième face d'application (42) avec laquelle la partie de retenue de porte (4), à l'état arrêté, s'applique de l'intérieur à un côté extérieur, orienté vers le disque extérieur (10), de la paroi de canal (26, 27) du canal de réception (16, 17).
  15. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 12 à 14, dans lequel la première partie de la partie de retenue de porte (4), vue de son extrémité libre (47), présente au côté intérieur d'abord une saillie d'encliquetage (41), ensuite la face d'application (42) décalée vers l'arrière par rapport à la saillie d'encliquetage (41), ensuite un évidement (43) décalé vers l'arrière par rapport à la face d'application (42), où l'évidement (43) rejoint par la face d'application une saillie d'application de la seconde partie.
  16. Dispositif selon la revendication 15, dans lequel, en raison de la réduction de la section transversale dans la zone de l'évidement (43), d'une part, et par le perçage (29) dans la paroi de canal (26, 27), d'autre part, est possible pour le montage ou le démontage un basculement de la première partie de la partie de retenue de porte (4) par rapport au canal de réception (16, 17), en particulier en déformant la zone extérieure de la paroi de canal (26, 27) entre l'ouverture de réception (23, 24) et le perçage (29) et, lors de ce basculement, la saillie d'encliquetage (41) est disposée encore à l'extérieur de l'évidement d'encliquetage (28), et la face d'application (42) au côté intérieur ne s'applique pas à la paroi de canal (26, 27) et, après le basculement de la partie de retenue de porte (4) relativement au canal de réception (16, 17) dans la direction opposée, la saillie d'encliquetage (41) s'engage dans l'évidement d'encliquetage (28), la face d'application (42) s'applique à la paroi intérieure de la paroi de canal (26, 27) et la face extérieure (46) s'applique à la paroi extérieure de la paroi de canal (26, 27) entre le perçage (29) et l'ouverture de réception (23, 24) et de ce fait la partie de retenue de porte (4) est arrêtée dans le canal de réception (16, 17), où l'écart entre la face d'application de la seconde partie et le côté de la saillie d'encliquetage (41) orienté vers la face d'application correspond à l'écart entre l'ouverture de réception (23, 24) et la zone de paroi, orientée vers l'ouverture de réception (23, 24), de l'évidement d'encliquetage (28) dans la paroi de canal (26, 27) de sorte que la partie de retenue de porte (4) est également assurée axialement.
  17. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la liaison entre la partie de retenue de porte (4) et la partie de liaison (3), en particulier la liaison pivotante ou l'axe de pivotement (A), dans une projection dans la direction d'introduction de canal, vient à se situer essentiellement à l'intérieur de la section transversale du canal de réception (16, 17) et/ou est espacée de la vitre extérieure (10) d'un écart qui n'est pas plus grand que l'écart de la paroi extérieure, éloignée de la vitre extérieure (10), de la paroi de canal (26, 27) du canal de réception (16, 17) de la vitre extérieure (10).
  18. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la vitre extérieure (10), d'une manière opposée à la direction d'insertion de la partie de retenue de porte (4) ou dans un prolongement imaginaire du canal de réception (16, 17) au-delà de l'ouverture de réception (23, 24) est réalisée plus longue que chaque canal de réception (16, 17) et de préférence aussi que les éléments de support (11, 12) et/ou où la vitre extérieure (10) recouvre les secondes parties des parties de retenue de porte (4) vers l'extérieur.
  19. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les éléments de support (11, 12) présentent chacun une partie de retenue de vitre pour retenir au moins une vitre de porte additionnelle.
  20. Dispositif selon la revendication 19, dans lequel les canaux de réception sont réalisés, rapportés par formage ou disposés aux côtés extérieurs éloignés l'un de l'autre des parties de retenue de vitre (63, 64), des éléments de support (11, 12).
  21. Dispositif selon la revendication 19 ou 20, dans lequel les parties de retenue de vitre (63, 64) sont disposées ou réalisées sur des brides de liaison (61, 62) par lesquelles les éléments de support (11, 12) sont reliés, en particulier collés ou soudés avec la vitre extérieure (10).
  22. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 19 à 21, dans lequel chaque élément de support (11, 12), en particulier avec la partie de retenue de vitre, canal de réception (16, 17) et/ou bride de liaison (61, 62) associé, est réalisé comme partie moulée en une pièce ou dans un processus de fabrication ou réalisé en un matériau.
  23. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chaque élément de support (11, 12) est réalisé au moins partiellement en un ou plusieurs matériaux synthétiques.
  24. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la vitre extérieure (10), une vitre intérieure (13) et les éléments de support (11, 12) délimitent à chaque fois d'une manière étanche au gaz un espace intérieur de porte (20), et où l'espace intérieur de porte (20) débouche à deux zones de bord opposées dans des ouvertures entre les éléments de support (11, 12) et la vitre extérieure (10) et la vitre intérieure (13).
  25. Dispositif selon la revendication 24, dans lequel au moins une des ouvertures de l'espace intérieur de porte (20) est rendue sensiblement étanche par un élément d'étanchéité associé, qui est fixé amoviblement aux éléments de support (11, 12) et s'applique d'une manière étanche à la vitre extérieure (10), la vitre intérieure (13) et à chaque élément de support (11, 12).
  26. Dispositif selon la revendication 24 ou 25, dans lequel est disposé à une ouverture de l'espace intérieur de porte (20) un élément de guidage d'air qui présente au moins une ouverture de passage d'air (94) pour le passage de l'air d'une zone de carcasse de l'appareil ménager vers l'extérieur.
  27. Dispositif selon la revendication 25 ou 26, dans lequel l'autre ouverture de l'espace intérieur de porte (20) est ouverte.
  28. Dispositif selon la revendication 25 ou 26, dans lequel l'autre ouverture de l'espace intérieur de porte (20) est également rendue sensiblement étanche par un élément d'étanchéité associé, qui est fixé amoviblement aux éléments de support (11, 12) et s'applique d'une manière étanche à la vitre extérieure (10), la vitre intérieure (13) et à chaque élément de support (11, 12).
  29. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 26 à 28, dans lequel au moins un élément d'étanchéité ou élément de guidage d'air est fixé aux éléments de support (11, 12) à chaque fois par une liaison à encliquetage ou enclenchement.
  30. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 25 à 29, dans lequel au moins un élément d'étanchéité ou élément de guidage d'air (14) est fixé aux côtés intérieurs orientés l'un vers l'autre des deux éléments de support (11, 12).
  31. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 25 à 30, dans lequel au moins un élément d'étanchéité ou élément de guidage d'air (14) est fixé notamment à des côtés frontaux, en particulier sensiblement perpendiculaires à la vitre extérieure et/ou parallèles à l'ouverture à rendre étanche de l'espace intérieur de porte (20), des deux éléments de support (11, 12).
  32. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 25 à 31, dans lequel au moins un élément d'étanchéité ou élément de guidage d'air (14) est introduit avec une zone d'enfichage ou élément d'enfichage dans à chaque fois au moins un canal de réception (16, 17) ou une rainure de réception (65, 66) de chaque élément de support.
  33. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chaque élément de support (11, 12) possède au moins une rainure de réception (65, 66) pour recevoir la vitre intérieure (13) et/ou une autre vitre de porte, et à un côté de chaque rainure de réception (65, 66), une partie d'appui (67, 68) pour la vitre intérieure (13) ou l'autre vitre de porte.
  34. Dispositif selon la revendication 33, dans lequel au moins un élément d'étanchéité ou élément de guidage d'air (14) est enclenché ou encliqueté dans une rainure de réception (65, 66) ou entre deux parois de rainure dans la zone de la partie d'appui (67, 68).
  35. Dispositif selon la revendication 33 ou 34 avec au moins une autre vitre de porte reçue dans les rainures de réception associées (65, 66) des éléments de support (11, 12) dans l'espace intérieur de porte (20).
  36. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 25 à 35, dans lequel au moins un élément d'étanchéité ou élément de guidage d'air (14) est fixé avec les deux éléments de support (11, 12) par des assemblages par vissage.
  37. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 25 à 36, dans lequel au moins un élément d'étanchéité, dans son contour avoisinant les éléments de support (11, 12), est adapté aux éléments de support (11, 12) de sorte qu'une application étanche est atteinte.
  38. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 25 à 37, dans lequel la forme extérieure de l'agencement constituée des deux éléments de support (11, 12) et de deux éléments d'étanchéité pour rendre étanche les deux ouvertures de l'espace intérieur de porte (20) est sensiblement rectangulaire, et/ou les éléments de support (11, 12) et les éléments d'étanchéité, aux faces extérieures (46), sont en affleurement ou se rejoignent de manière régulière.
  39. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les éléments de support (11, 12), au moins à l'état fermé de la porte, s'étendent sensiblement verticalement et/ou les ouvertures de l'espace intérieur de porte (20), au moins à l'état fermé de la porte, se situent dans une zone de bord supérieure et dans une zone de bord inférieure de l'espace intérieur de porte (20).
  40. Appareil ménager, en particulier four ménager, appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation ménager, lave-vaisselle ménager et/ou lave-linge ménager avec un espace intérieur avec une ouverture d'accès et un dispositif associé à l'ouverture d'accès pour la fermeture de l'ouverture d'accès selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 39.
