- Out EP 1 106 932 A2 is a door for a Garofen, preferably for the household, known with at least two spaced apart support elements, which are made of a temperature-resistant mechanically stable polymer material, in particular a thermoplastic or a thermosetting polymer material, and with an outer pane, with which the support elements via one Adhesive connection are connected.
- On the two support elements receiving means and / or fastening means are arranged, which are formed with the associated support member as a continuous molding and for receiving or securing another door pane, in particular an inner pane or washer, and / or at least one other door component, in particular in each case a door hinge and / or at least a third door pane and / or a door handle are provided.
- One or more of the functional parts of the door may be integrated with the carrier elements to form common moldings and then consists of a common polymer material.
- the support elements can be used as hollow profile parts, but also be solid.
- suitable high temperature resistant plastics are in EP 1 106 932 A2 in column 7, from line 33 to column 8, line 5, given some possible plastics.
- a cooking oven with a furnace muffle with a feed opening for the introduction of food to be cooked is then equipped with such a door for closing the feed opening.
- two door hinges are provided as connecting elements for connection to the rest of the cooking oven, which are each mounted in a cavity of the support member or on a support member, preferably resiliently. Such resilience can be achieved, for example, with a snap or snap connection, which then the power surges are damped when opening the door from the door hinge on the support member.
- the two support elements of the known door extend to the lower edge of the outer pane and each have a vertical slot-shaped opening for performing the in the housing of the Garofens to be fastened and with respect to the hinged part located in the support member hinge part.
- a door can be pivoted about a pivot axis extending horizontally under the door by means of two door hinges.
- the door hinges each have in cross-section U-shaped hinge housing made of sheet steel, in each of which two embossments are provided with metric threads for attaching the hinge in similar to the in EP 1 106 932 A2 described constructed and arranged, but formed of sheet metal carrier elements.
- a tension spring is arranged, which is designed as a helical spring and a restoring force on the opened door to push the door when opening or the movement upwards against the feed opening or its edge. This also causes a damped movement of the door down to the open position.
- One end of the tension spring is connected at the end of the housing by a bolt to the housing.
- the other end of the tension spring is also suspended in a bolt which is movably guided in two elongated holes of the housing.
- This further pin actuates a pull lever, which is connected via a further bolt with a Festarm.
- the arm exits or protrudes from the hinge housing and connects to the hinge bearing on the hearth body.
- the Festarmes for example, 87 degrees
- the built-tension spring is stretched by 12 mm. If the closed door is opened by pivoting down, so the arm of each hinge via the pull lever actuates the tension spring, which is stretched more and more with increasing door opening angle.
- the spring force is approximately equal to the total weight of the door to prevent the door from falling too fast.
- the spring force of the tension spring is assigned individually to the respective door weight.
- a further, arranged in the hinge housing compression spring is used in addition to the tension spring, which is supported in the pull lever on one side, guided by a connecting rod, which actuates the pressure lever via a bolt.
- the pressure lever is arranged as a U-shaped rocker and presses on the front edge of the Festarmes.
- the roller mounted in the pressure lever rolls over the contour or front edge of the Festarmes.
- hinge housing with the functional parts therein is thus integrated in this as well as in most of the devices on the market in the door, while hinged in the hinge bearing and mounted counter lever of the hinge, which is often referred to as a hinge sword, in the housing of the Garofens is usually attached below or to the side of the feed opening.

- the connection between the spring and the hook-shaped tension member is made by a pair of rollers which are coaxially and rotatably mounted on a shaft and run along the inside of the rear wall of the frame during the movement of the tension member and the extension or compression of the tension spring.
- a pivotal blocking device or locking lever is mounted to hold the oven door or oven door in a middle, open position.
- the hinge according to DE 198 24 148 A1 has a frame with a U-shaped cross section, which is firmly connected to the oven door and having a pin in which one end of a lever is rotatably mounted. Another end of the lever extends outside the frame and is fixedly inserted in a seat laterally of the feed opening of the hearth.
- the frame is thus pivotable with respect to the lever about the axis of the pin, whereby an axis of rotation or pivot axis is formed for the door.
- One end of the tension spring is connected to the frame and the other end to the middle portion of the lever via a bent steel wire tension member.
- This tension element is inserted in a recess which is formed in an edge region of the lever and with the oven door closed with respect.
- the axis of the pin forms a lever arm for the tensile force exerted by the tension spring to increase the closing force when closing the door.
- an oven door in which two vertically and parallel to each other, substantially U-shaped support members made of aluminum are glued to an outer pane.
- the support elements extend to the lower edge of the outer pane and take down each a door hinge part with a tension spring.
- an opening in each support member is formed in each case.
- the support elements have on their inner sides grooves for receiving an inner pane which covers the entire feed opening. Between the outer pane and the inner pane is an open space below made to cool the door by natural air convection.

The hinge housing with the functional parts therein is thus integrated in this as well as in most of the devices on the market in the door, while hinged in the hinge bearing and mounted counter lever of the hinge, which is often referred to as a hinge sword, in the housing of the Garofens is usually attached below or to the side of the feed opening. Furthermore, the known hinge also comprises a so-called release lever, which makes it possible only by his position to mount or unhinge the hinge in the hinge bearing.

In all these known doors, at least one hinged part fixed to the housing is either guided past the side wall of the door or guided through an opening in the inner wall of the door facing the charging opening and moves up and down in this opening when the door is pivoted. When passing the hinge part laterally past the door side walls, space for the viewing window formed in the door is laterally lost. When the hinge part is passed through an opening or a slit in the inner wall of the door, dirt, in particular vapors (gaseous fumes) or liquid residues, can enter the interior of the door through this opening, in particular when the door is horizontally open. In particular, this dirt can attack or corrode the hinge parts (3, 3 ', 4, 4') in the door.

As a

As an alternative to receiving grooves, stepped receptacles for the door panes can also be provided, in which the door notches decrease at least in the dimension between the carrier elements from the outside inwards, so that they can be inserted one after the other into the door in steps or steps from the inside.
The

On the opposite side of the
