Definitions

  • the invention relates to a door for a device, in particular a cooking oven, preferably for the household.
  • Out EP 0 010 829 B1 is a viewing window unit for a oven door known with several, each mounted in receiving grooves and arranged parallel to each other glass sheets.
  • the viewing window unit is installed as a module in the oven door by means of screws. Separate removal of the individual glass panes from the door is not possible.
  • the glass panes are of different sizes and held in differently spaced receiving grooves.
  • the DE 26 54 017 A1 discloses a self-contained window unit for installation in a oven door with two glass panes arranged parallel to one another.
  • the front, arranged on the outside of the door glass is removable from the door, in which it is pressed against a spring element and then taken out of the door.
  • the other glass pane is firmly mounted. It is in the DE 26 54 017 A1 embodiments disclosed in which the two glass sheets and the associated holding means have different dimensions.
  • Out DE 41 18 800 A1 is a door for a laboratory cabinet, in particular a heating cabinet, known with a transparent outer pane, a transparent intermediate pane and a transparent inner pane.
  • the washer is held by the outer pane and the inner pane respectively by fixed to the door frame spacers made of sheet metal at a distance.
  • the three discs have identical geometric dimensions and are not expandable after their installation without much effort.
  • a oven door is known with two carrier profiles that form the two vertical door edges.
  • the two carrier profiles On sides facing each other, the two carrier profiles have a plurality of vertical receiving grooves into which two glass panes corresponding in width and height to the door dimensions are inserted.
  • One of the two glass panes forms the outer pane of the door and is wider than the other glass pane that forms the inner pane of the door.
  • the inner pane is designed to be higher than the outer pane.
  • Up and down the upper and lower edge of the door forming end strips are attached to the support profiles by means of screws which close the cavities of the support profiles up and down and thereby hold the inserted glass sheets against displacement in the grooves.
  • the glass panes By removing a closing strip, the glass panes can be replaced in case of glass breakage.
  • further receiving grooves are provided, in which, if necessary, further plates, such as additional blasting protection plates, for example, perforated metal sheet or the like, can be inserted.
  • the additional grooves at the out of the DE-GM 77 36 544 known door have the same distances from each other as provided for the inner pane receiving grooves. This can be confused during reassembly after removing the inner pane and the additional installation of another glass pane, the two discs. This is particularly disadvantageous in cases where the inner pane has a different heat radiation reflectivity than the intermediate pane. To intensify the reflection of exiting from the oven muffle heat radiation namely the inner pane is often provided with a heat radiation reflecting coating that is significantly less effective if the inner pane is accidentally installed in the intermediate position and already a large proportion of the heat radiation has passed into the door interior and about the components of the door can pass through heat conduction to the outside.
  • DE 197 38 506 C1 discloses a door for a household appliance, in particular for a Mosgarofen, with an outer pane, two attached to the outer pane support members and arranged on the two support elements on the side remote from the outer pane side inner pane.
  • the inner pane is held removable in a special holding device.
  • the holding device comprises two holding elements fastened to the carrier elements and a spring element which, when installed, presses the inner pane into the two holding elements and is arranged in a door grip strip applied from above onto the carrier elements.
  • an intermediate disc can be inserted, which has at its edge at least one frame element made of plastic for holding in each case a defined distance of the intermediate disc to the outer pane and to the inner pane.
  • the washer can be mounted in the door with the inner pane removed.
  • the Inner pane and the washer have different geometric dimensions. However, since the washer is supported on the inner pane, the washer is not held in the door with the inner pane removed and therefore can fall out of the door.
  • the EP 0 811 806 A1 discloses a door for closing the oven muffle of a baking and roasting oven with a front panel forming plate of glass or vitreous material (outer pane) and one of the oven muffle facing viewing window (inner pane).
  • outer pane On the outer pane two columnar, formed from sheet metal profile parts and parallel to each other extending support elements are glued to the inside.
  • An operating handle is fastened to the carrier elements at the top.
  • the inner pane is placed on the side facing away from the outer pane surfaces of the support elements from the outside and on the top one hand in the operating handle and on the other hand down in the two corner areas by means of two on one support member releasably secured, laterally cross-retaining corners ( Fig.
  • the inner pane is inserted from above in two holding and / or guide rails of U-shaped cross section attached to the mutually facing inner sides of the carrier elements.
  • embodiments with two viewing panes are also disclosed. The two viewing windows are pulled out of the carrier elements (FIG. 11). There are then provided either two holding or guide rails for one viewing window or a double U-rail for both viewing windows (column 3, lines 48 to 57).
  • the invention is based on the object, a door for a device, in particular a household appliance, preferably a cooking oven, specify in which up to at least three door panels can be mounted in a simple manner and, for example, for cleaning purposes, also removed in a simple manner can.
  • a door is created, in which a number of at least arbitrarily selectable in principle two door panes can be used.
  • the holding elements are designed so that they can hold or receive the at least two door panes and indeed one or more in the space between the two support elements (washer or shims) and a further above the support members on the side facing away from the outer pane (inner pane).
  • the door is particularly easy to install, because the outer pane and the support elements form a basic unit on which various holding elements can be mounted, the design of the desired number of door panels is adaptable.
  • the entire holding element is a continuous molding and can therefore be mounted in an assembly step on the associated support member. This reduces assembly times for the door.
  • At least one of the bearing surfaces is formed by the bottom surface of a receiving groove formed in the retaining element.
  • the term receiving groove is to be understood in the broadest sense here and in the following, all structures except the said bottom surface on which the recorded (imported) door edge edge surface, also have lateral boundaries for the door glass, where the recorded door glass strikes or rests , The bottom surface and the lateral boundaries need not be contiguous, even if such a coherent design is preferred and is often understood in the narrower sense of a receiving groove.
  • Receiving grooves are provided on the holding elements preferably at least for holding those door glass or door glass, which is or are to be arranged in the space between the inner sides of the support elements. The inserted and held in the space between the support elements in the receiving grooves intermediate discs can thus not fall out of the door even when removed or not yet inserted, to be positioned on the front of the support elements inner pane.
  • the receiving grooves of the holding elements for the intermediate plate or the intermediate plates are now preferably limited to the support elements through lateral boundaries that hold as spacers the inserted door glass at a distance from the support elements.
  • each washer is thermally decoupled from the carrier elements by the air-filled gap.
  • the intermediate discs can no longer strike the insides of the support elements and cause unwanted noise.
  • receiving grooves are formed in the retaining elements whose lateral boundary arranged between the front side of the respective carrier element and the installed inner pane preferably keeps the inner pane at a distance from the respective carrier element.
  • the spacing of the inner pane from the carrier elements again has the advantages of thermal decoupling and noise reduction.
  • the holding elements are now advantageously formed with a polymer plastic.
  • a plastic practically any shaped body for the holding elements can be produced.
  • such a plastic is a good heat insulator, so that the heat transfer between the door panes and the carrier elements via the holding elements is kept low.
  • the holding elements are hollow profile parts, which are applied to the outer surfaces of the respective carrier elements and are adapted in shape to these associated outer surfaces.
  • the holding elements are in particular releasably connected to the associated support elements, for example latched, screwed or braced.
  • doors with different door panes can be constructed based on a common platform with the outer pane and the carrier elements or subsequently changed by simply exchanging the corresponding holding elements.
  • a locking or clamping has the advantage that no additional, separate fastening means such as screws or the like are needed.
  • each door pane is cantilevered between the holding elements. This further reduces thermal bridges and saves material for the retaining elements.
  • the holding elements are each arranged at one end of the carrier elements and at the opposite ends of the carrier elements, a carrier strip connected to the two carrier elements is arranged with receiving means for the door panes.
  • the receiving means may also comprise receiving grooves and / or restoring devices.
  • each restoring device presses the built-in door pane with a restoring force against the associated bearing surfaces in the holding elements.
  • the restoring devices may in particular be formed with one or more elastic elements, i. Elements which are formed as a resilient element and / or formed of a material having a low modulus of elasticity and thereby exert a deformation directed against the deforming force restoring force.
  • the bearing surfaces are arranged in at least two different, preferably in pairs, different planes.
  • a distinctiveness of the door panels during installation or removal can be realized. This ensures that to be installed on a specific position disc, already in production, but especially after removal of the discs for cleaning or replacement in case of damage, actually back to the intended position is installed.
  • Such a clear assignment of door pane to bearing surfaces on the holding elements is particularly advantageous in the embodiments in which door panes made of different materials and / or different physical, especially thermal, properties, in particular different reflectivities for thermal radiation having.
  • the door panes can be installed one after the other on the associated bearing surfaces of the holding elements only in a predetermined sequence, preferably from the inside to the outside, and successively expandable in the reverse order. Due to the structural definition of the installation and removal sequences for the door panels no marks on the door panes are required as a reminder. The person who has taken out the door panes for cleaning in the given order need only reinstall the door panes in the reverse order. This is a great mnemonic aid, especially with a number of three or more door panels.
  • each retaining element The bearing surfaces of each retaining element are generally arranged at least approximately parallel to each other, so that the built-door windows usually come to lie parallel to each other. But it is also possible, at least to position a part of the door panes at an angle to each other or to the outer pane.
  • the door panes are at least partially translucent, so that a viewing window is formed in the closed by the door device interior.
  • the design of the door such that the door panels can be installed only by hand and / or can be removed from these, so that no tool for dismantling the door is required for cleaning purposes.
  • a particularly advantageous use is the door according to the invention for closing the feed opening of a furnace muffle of a household yarn oven.
  • the 1 to 4 show a holding element (receiving part) 7 for holding three door panes of a door, wherein in the 1 to 4 the number of door windows increases.
  • FIG. 1 shows the holding member 7 with no built-in door glass.
  • the holding member 7 has a receiving groove 72, 74 and 79, respectively.
  • the receiving groove 72 is formed between a first delimiting part 170 and a second delimiting part 171 of the holding element 7, the receiving groove 79 between the second delimiting part 171 and a third delimiting part 172 of the holding element 7 and the third receiving groove 74 between the third delimiting part 172 and a fourth delimiting part 173 of the holding element 7.
  • each of the receiving grooves 72, 74 and 79 is up to the bottom 174 or 175 or 176 in an insertion along the Arrows labeled ER each insert a door glass.
  • a lateral limiting part 73 is furthermore provided on the receiving groove 72.
  • Such lateral boundary parts can also be arranged on the further receiving grooves 74 and 79, preferably in the same direction (on the same side) as the limiting part 73 in the receiving groove 72.
  • the receiving grooves 72, 74 and 79 for receiving door panels with straight edges, which preferably abut each other at a right angle (rectangular door panes) are formed.
  • the grooves can also be adapted to a predetermined edge contour of the door windows, which can then be designed in particular concave or convex.
  • the holding element 7 now has according to the 1 to 4 an at least predominantly cuboid wrapping surface and is open at one of the sides of this cuboid basic shape.
  • An inner side wall of the holding element 7 is denoted by 76 and an outer side wall, whose extension forms the delimiting part 73, with 77.
  • the two side walls 76 and 77 are via a perpendicular thereto top wall 71, which merges in the extension in the limiting part 170, connected.
  • the holding member 7 is formed as a hollow profile part and applied with its side facing away from the top wall 71, open side on a support member 5.
  • the wall of the carrier element 5 is the inner wall the retaining element 7 adapted in shape so that an inner side wall 56 of the support member 5 on the inside of the side wall 76 of the support member 7, an outer side wall 57 of the support member 5 on the outer side wall 77 of the support member 7 and an upper side 51 of the support member 5 at the inside of the top wall 71 of the holding member 7 comes to rest.
  • the carrier element 5 is now also formed as a hollow profile part, the walls 51, 56 and 57 extend in the manner of a column substantially parallel to the insertion direction ER, and preferably from a corresponding, in particular U-shaped profiled sheet, preferably a steel sheet formed.
  • flange-shaped fasteners flange edges
  • a designated 59 shaping (eg embossing) in the fastening part 53 serves to hold a defined distance of the fixing member 53 from the surface of the outer pane 3, so that the adhesive 99 can be applied in a defined thickness.
  • Similar formations 59 are preferably also provided in the opposite fastening part 50. Due to the comparatively large adhesive surface of the adhesive 99 forces are transmitted from the carrier element 5 evenly on the outer pane 3, so that a shattering of the outer pane 3 by thermal or mechanical stresses is practically avoided. Die'Klebeitati 99 also ensures a gentle connection of the support member 5 with the outer pane 3 during manufacture. However, it can also be a screw connection, a snap-in connection or another connection of the support member 5 may be provided with the outer pane 3.
  • the holding member 7 is brought by means of protruding on the inside of its wall projections 78 into corresponding openings 58 in the wall of the support member 5 is engaged, in particular engaged under frictional engagement.
  • the engagement connection prevents movement of the retaining element 7 relative to the carrier element 5 parallel to the wall (51, 56 and 57).
  • the connection via the projections 78 and the openings 58 also prevents movement of the holding element 7 away from the carrier element 5, so that the holding element 7 is fixed on the carrier element 5.
  • the retaining element 7 with the carrier element 5 for example, by means of a screw detachably connected or be inextricably linked by means of an adhesive connection.
  • the holding element 7 is formed as a molded part from a polymer compound (polymer plastic), preferably a thermoplastic or thermosetting plastic, wherein all components, in particular the limiting members 73, 170 to 173 and the bottoms 174 to 176 of the receiving grooves 72, 74 and 79, respectively and the side walls 76 and 77 and the top wall 71 are manufactured in a single manufacturing process, in particular an injection molding process or a drawing process.
  • halogenated or non-halogenated hydrocarbon polymers are mentioned as materials for the holding element 7, for example polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride and fluorocarbon materials and also copolymer compounds with these polymers. In the applications at higher temperatures, such as in a Garofeng appropriate temperature-resistant plastics are selected.

  • a at right angles to the top 41 and bottom 42 and the bottom edge 45 extending lateral edge (lateral narrow side) 46 of the door glass 4 can now rest either on the side wall 56 of the support member 5 or by a lateral boundary member (spacers), not shown.
  • the receiving groove 74 are kept spaced from the side wall 56 of the support member 5.
  • Such an additional lateral boundary part in the receiving groove 74 which is formed again on the molding, reduces the heat conduction between the support member 5 and the door panel 4 and rattling when otherwise possible striking the door panel 4 on the side wall 56 of the support member fifth

  • the two grooves 72 and 79 according to the 1 to 4 (and correspondingly the receiving grooves 82 and 89 in the holding element 8) of the holding element 7 in a plane, ie at the same height extend.
  • the door windows 4 and 9 In order to distinguish the door windows 4 and 9 from each other, according to the 1 to 5 the door windows 4 and 9 in their heights, parallel to the direction EV and ER e messenger, of different sizes, and the elastic members 11, 12 and 13 and the associated grooves 79 and 89 and 74 and 84 of the holding elements 7 and 8 respectively different distances from each other, which are adapted to the dimensions of the door windows 4 and 9.
  • the receiving grooves 74 of the holding member 7 and 84 of the holding member 8 for the door glass 4 are to continue upwards the differences in the heights of the door panels 4 and 9 should not be too large to maintain a sufficiently large viewing window and are generally between 2 mm and 40 mm, in particular between 5 mm and 20 mm, chosen.
  • the lateral surfaces of the door panes 4, 9 and 2 increase from the inside to the outside.
  • the innermost door panel 4 is thus smaller than the door panel 9, while the door panel 9 is again smaller than the inner pane. 2
  • the corresponding holding devices in a further development, not shown, for example, by asymmetrical design of the grooves 72, 79 and 74 of the holding member 7 compared to the retaining grooves 82, 89 and 84 in the support member 8, and the door panels 2, 9 and 4 are adapted to each other so that the flat sides of the door panels 2, 4 and 9 can not be reversed.
  • FIG. 6 now shows a section of the door according to FIG. 5 in its upper right corner area.
  • the door panels 4 and 9 are not installed and therefore not shown.
  • the elastic member 13 is practically completely visible.
  • the elastic element 13 is formed with a shaped profile part, which has a continuous wall 30 and a plurality of chambers (cavities, intermediate spaces) 31 which are separated from each other by a respective portion (partition wall) of the wall 30.
  • the chambers 31 are open at the sides and limited only parallel to the insertion direction EV of the wall 30.
  • the wall 30 of the elastic member 13 includes individual, under certain Angles directed towards each other, in the unloaded state substantially straight and interconnected webs, so that the chambers 31 have a generally polyhedral shape.
  • the elastic element 13 is inserted or clamped in an associated receiving pocket 23 which is formed on the carrier strip 10 and can be easily removed therefrom.
  • the wall 30 of the elastic element 13 is flat and bears against a rear flat side of the carrier strip 10.
  • the wall 30 is stepped and has three planar bearing surfaces 32, 39 and 34 with the vector EV as the normal vector and oblique flanks 33 between the support region 32 and the support region 39 and 35 between the support area 39 and 34 and in connection with the support surface 34 still another flank 36.
  • the support surface 34 for the door glass 4 the support surface 39 is provided for the door glass 9 and the support surface 32 for the inner pane 2.
  • the flanks 36, 35 and 33 are for stabilization and as a guide for the door windows advantage.
  • This design of the elastic element 13 as a hollow profile part with a plurality of chambers the spring action against a solid body of the same (elastic) material is significantly increased. In a correspondingly highly elastic material, however, a solid body can also be used as the elastic element 13.
  • Another mounting aid is designated by 14 and essentially comprises three mutually parallel and spaced-apart flat guide members 141, 142 and 143.
  • the carrier strip 10 is connected in its edge region with the edge region of the support member 5 in a Befest Trentsbeeich 155, for example screwed or clipped.
  • the carrier element is bonded again in the region of the flange edge 53 with the outer pane 3.
  • FIG. 7 is now pressed as the first door glass, the door glass 4 in the insertion direction EV on the associated support surface 34 of the elastic member 13 with a certain force.
  • the force exerted on the elastic element 13 by the door pane 4 leads to a deformation underneath the areas of the wall 30 which lie behind the support area 34, which is indicated by a curvilinear deformation of the bars indicated by dashed lines.
  • the two guide elements 142 and 143 of the mounting aid 14 serve as a means for positioning the door glass 4, but are generally not at the door glass 4 at inserted door glass 4. If the door glass 4 has been pressed by a predetermined insertion length in the direction of the insertion direction EV against the elastic member 13, it can on the opposite side according to FIG.
  • the elastic member 13, the door panel 4 and the receiving grooves 74 and 84 are coordinated so that the door panel 4 in the fully installed state, when inserted into the receiving grooves 74 and 84, is held under a certain voltage, the elastic element 13 is therefore under a certain bias and is not relieved of force and thus still exerts a restoring force on the door glass 4 in its installed state.
  • the door glass 4 is stably held between the elastic members 11 to 13 on the one side and the receiving grooves 74 and 84 on the other side and can not rattle or even fall out.
  • FIG. 8 now shows the mounting of the next door panel 9 on the elastic element 13.
  • the door panel 9 is analogous to the door glass 4 according to FIG. 7 again pressed in the insertion direction EV against the associated receiving surface 39 of the elastic member 13.
  • the guide elements 141 and 142 are now used as guide aids.
  • FIG. 9 illustrates in a longitudinal section formed as a hollow profile member elastic member 13 with three built-in support surfaces 34, 39 and 32 door panels 4, 9 and 2.
  • the deformation of the webs of the wall 30 by the introduced under pressure and held door panels 4, 9 and 2 off the relieved situation is indicated in the drawing.
  • the elastic member 13 exerts a restoring force against the insertion direction EV, through which the door panels 4, 9 and 2 are pressed down.
  • the different heights of the holding devices for the door panes 2, 4 and 9 can in all embodiments by stepped mutually arranged bearing surfaces on the elastic members 11, 12 and 13 or on the holding elements 7 and 8 in conjunction with at the same height or also arranged stepped support surfaces the other side, ie on the holding elements 7 and 8 and the elastic members 11, 12 and 13, are realized
  • the holding elements 7 and 8 on the one hand and the elastic elements 11 to 13 on the other hand together three holding devices for the three door panes 4, 9 and 2, each door pane, 2, 9 and 4 is held individually and independently of the other door panes. Due to the special design of the elastic elements 11 to 13 is increased by the deformation of the elastic member 13 in the assembly order of the door panes 4, 9 and finally 2 each of the restoring force for the individual door panes, so that even in the much thinner design of the elastic member 13 in the area of the support surface 32 through the door panes 4 and 9 caused bias a sufficient restoring force for the door glass 2 zeitigt.
  • the door windows 4, 9 and 2 are always installed in the specified order from the inside to the outside and expand from outside to inside.
  • a distinctiveness of the door panes 2, 4 and 9 can additionally or alternatively also be achieved by different thicknesses of the door panes and the associated receiving grooves in the holding elements 7 and 8.
