Definitions

  • the invention relates to a door for one, preferably for household appliance, especially a cooking oven.
  • Doors for household ovens are known with a viewing window, that through a translucent outer pane and a translucent inner pane and possibly also a translucent washer arranged between them is formed.
  • Windows in the door are a variety of options known.
  • DE 197 38 504 C1 discloses a door for a household appliance, in particular a household oven, with a door pane that can be installed and removed.
  • This known door comprises an outer pane on which two columnar support elements are fastened, and an inner pane which is held in a removable manner by two receiving devices fastened to the support elements.
  • a spring element is provided in one of the two receiving devices, the other receiving device comprises two corner brackets, each provided for a corner of the inner pane, with a circumferential receiving groove.
  • the inner pane is inserted into the first receiving device against the restoring force of the spring element until it can also be inserted into the receiving grooves of the second receiving device.
  • the inner pane Due to the restoring force of the restoring device, the inner pane is pressed into the receiving groove of the second receiving device and held there (locked, fixed). To remove the inner pane is simply pressed again against the restoring force of the spring element in the first receiving device until it emerges from the receiving grooves of the second receiving device, and can then simply be removed from the first receiving device. In the installed position, the inner pane rests on the flat central parts of the two columnar support elements and is pushed along on these central parts during assembly or disassembly. Because of the relatively low coefficient of friction between glass and sheet metal, this sliding of the pane on the carrier elements is comparatively easily possible in this door known from DE 197 38 504 C1 .
  • the inner pane lies directly on the sheet metal of the carrier elements, so that larger temperature gradients could occur due to the good heat conduction of the sheet in the glass of the inner pane and the inner pane is stressed by thermal stresses. Furthermore, the fact that the inner pane rests directly on the sheet metal of the support elements when the door is shaken during use can lead to disturbing noises, in particular rattling noises.
  • DE 197 05 120 A1 discloses an oven door for closing an oven muffle of an oven with a frame-like support for enclosing an inner pane, an outer pane and an intermediate pane.
  • the frame-like carrier comprises a frame-like filler plate and lateral edging strips which form a frame wall which borders a door interior.
  • the frame wall and the filler plate form an integral frame profile part of the frame-like carrier.
  • a bracket is glued to the outer pane by means of an adhesive, to which the frame profile part is fastened by means of a screw.
  • the inner pane is glued to a support surface of the frame profile part facing away from the outer pane.
  • a spacer element which extends into the interior of the door and has a support surface, is formed on the frame profile part.
  • the washer rests on one side on the contact surface of the spacer element. On the opposite side, the washer rests on the retaining bracket on the outer pane via an elastic element.
  • the intermediate pane is clamped between the support surface of the spacer and the elastic element.
  • an elastic element can also be arranged on the support surface provided for the outer pane and on the support surface provided for the intermediate pane.
  • US-A-2 514 590 is an oven door with a transparent Disc known in which two discs by springs to each other be held in a floating arrangement, with support the springs on a frame.
  • a spacer is provided, one on one Bearing the silicone buffer attached.
  • the invention has for its object a door for a Device, especially a cooking oven, preferably for the Budget specifying that of the prior art known doors with regard to the assembly and disassembly of a Door window is still improved.
  • the spacer holds the door window from the carrier element at a distance. This enables in applications with temperature gradients better thermal decoupling of the door window from the support element, since the spacer is one has a smaller contact area.
  • a particular advantage in All applications can be seen in the fact that the deformable Spacers force shocks between the door glass and the Carrier element used when assembling or disassembling the door window or when the door moves and is shaken Can occur, dampens (soft storage of the door glass on the spacer) and thus the door pane in front damage during assembly and / or disassembly protects and prevents noises such as rattling in the door.
  • the coefficient of sliding friction between the surface of the Spacer and the door glass is generally below 0.5 is set, can be below 0.4 in particular and preferably even below 0.25.
  • the coefficient of sliding friction the frictional force between two bodies determines which counteracts the movement when the two Sliding bodies with their surfaces together or - rub, and therefore referred to as sliding friction becomes.
  • the sliding friction force is proportional to the normal force, that presses the two bodies together with the Coefficients of sliding friction as a proportionality factor.
  • the Sliding friction coefficient depends on the type and the surface condition the materials of the two bodies, here the door pane and the spacer.
  • the coefficient of sliding friction can easily be determined experimentally are called the tangent of the angle of an inclined plane, at one body on the other is uniform (with constant speed) because then by the The force of movement exerted by gravity is precisely the force of friction compensated.
  • the static friction force between two bodies is the friction force, which counteracts the movement power when the both bodies pressed together under a normal force are and are at rest relative to each other.
  • the static friction is proportional to the normal force with the coefficient of static friction as a proportionality factor.
  • the static friction is practically always greater than the sliding friction. A particularly low static friction is used in most cases of material combinations already achieved, even if the Sliding friction is selected small.
  • the coefficient of static friction can be experimentally simple be determined as the tangent of the angle of an inclined plane, where one body is on top of the other starts to slide because then by gravity exerted movement force just equal to the friction force is.
