Claims (10)
- Kettenwirkmaschine mit mindestens einer um vorbestimmte Wege versetzbaren Barre, wie Legebarre, einem ersten steuerbaren Motor, der an einem Barrenende angreift, und einer Rückstellvorrichtung, die am anderen Barrenende angreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Rückstellvorrichtung ein zweiter steuerbarer Motor dient und daß mittels einer Steuervorrichtung (18) der erste Motor (4, 24, 30 oder 7, 25, 31) die Barre um vorbestimmte Wege in der einen Versatzrichtung (Zugkraft P1 oder P2) und der zweite Motor (7, 25, 31 oder 4, 24, 30) die Barre um vorbestimmte Wege in der anderen Versatzrichtung (Zugkraft P2 oder P1) zieht und der jeweils andere Motor eine entgegengerichtete Spannkraft (S1 oder S2) auf die Barre ausübt.
- Kettenwirkmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Barre als Band (1, 22, 29) ausgebildet ist.
- Kettenwirkmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuervorrichtung (18) einen PI-Regler (11) zum Steuern des ersten oder zweiten Motors (4 oder 7) und einen von einem P-Anteil beeinflußten Regler (20) zum Steuern des jeweils anderen Motors (7 oder 4) aufweist.
- Kettenwirkmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuervorrichtung (18) einen Regler (11) aufweist, dem Ist- und Sollwerte der Barrenlage als Absolutwerte zugeführt werden.
- Kettenwirkmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Skala (15) des Istwertgebers für die Barrenlage am Band (1) montiert ist.
- Kettenwirkmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gesamtverstellweg der Barre mindestens 150 mm beträgt.
- Kettenwirkmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Motoren (4, 7) Linearmotoren sind.
- Kettenwirkmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Motoren (24, 25; 30, 31) Rotationsmotoren sind.
- Kettenwirkmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (22) Fadenführerelemente (23) trägt.
- Kettenwirkmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (29) Löcher (32) zur Fadenführung aufweist.
